VARIABILITY OF CARBON STABLE ISOTOPE RATIO OF SOIL HETEROTRO...

The carbon stable isotope ratio (commonly expressed in simplified form,dC) of atmospheric CO provides important information about the global carbon *** with consecutive measurements of the atmospheric CO mixing ratio （[CO]）,time series of the dC values of atmospheric CO have been used to estimate the relative roles of the oceans and terrestrial biosphere as net CO sinks in global scale. The dC of atmospheric CO has also been used to separates flux components of CO in ecosystem scale atmosphere-biosphere exchange. Those methods are based on the mass balance of CO and CO in the *** [CO] and the d13C of CO both fluctuate within the terrestrial biosphere in response to photosynthetic and respiratory *** d13C of both fluxes has not been well observationally *** developments of studies using d13C requires correct understanding of the dC variability in both ecosystem fluxes and its *** this study,we focus the potential variability of dC of soil heterotrophic *** it has estimated to have just a minor variation in previous model estimates,there is no reliable measurements of dC variations under natural environments because of its technical *** investigate potential variability in dC of heterotrophic respiration,we measured dC of CO respired from soil at plots with and without“root-exclusion”in a deciduous needle leaf forest in Japan for 3 ***-precision measurement coupled with a sampling system optimized for soil respiration made it possible to detect spatiotemporal variability intrinsic to heterotrophic *** in the absence of root respiration,the dC of soil-respired CO had significant seasonal variation with range greater than previous model *** dC of soil-respired CO at the root-excluded plot generally showed minimum in early sunnner but its temperature relationship was not monotonous like that in the CO *** observational facts would leave implica

据报道,家蚕卵中存在半胱氨酸蛋白酶(Cysteine proteinase,CP),其性质与哺乳类溶酶体半胱氨酸蛋白酶类的组织蛋白酶L相似,最佳作用pH为3.5,体外最适作用底物为牛血红蛋白,体内最适作用底物为卵黄磷蛋白。经SDS—PAGE分析,分子量47KD。其主要作用是在胚胎发育过程中降解卵黄蛋白质,供胚胎发育之需要。在成熟卵中具很高含量的半胱氨酸蛋白酶,在胚胎发育开始前,并不发生卵黄蛋白质的水解,其作用机制尚待阐明。为了进一步研究半胱氨酸蛋白酶的组织分布、合成位点、及cDNA克隆等,作者从家蚕卵中纯化了半胱氨酸蛋白酶,并制备了抗血清。

To define the relationship between F concentrations in the serum and urine of workers and the amount of gaseous F in the workplace, postshift serum and urine samples of exposed and unexposed workers of an aluminium smelting factory were *** gaseous F concentration in each work environment was 1. 89 mg/m3to 4. 82 mg/*** serum F concentrations in unexposed workers increased with age, those in F exposed workers did not change, and the levels of F in serum and urine of them were more than twice as high as those in the controls. The serum and urinary F of exposed workers were well correlated (r= + 0. 66 ) with each other.

评价了聚乙烯醇（PVA）作为黏膜黏附聚合物在直接压片法制备吲哚美辛黏膜黏附口颊片中的可用性。采用不同聚合度和粒径的PVA制备口颊片，并考察其拉伸强度、体外黏附力和吸水性。结果显示含中等黏度、小粒径PVA的片剂具有最大的拉伸强度。通过析因设计分析法优化得到了PVA的规格参数，用该优化PVA以直接压片法制备黏膜黏附口颊片，并与采用羧乙烯基聚合物和羟丙纤维素为黏膜黏附聚合物制备的口颊片进行比较。结果显示，含优化PVA的片剂黏附力最高、黏度较低、药物释放相对较快；含羧乙烯基聚合物的片剂拉伸强度最火，但崩解速度快；而含较高浓度羟丙纤维素的片剂黏附性能良好，但崩解时间很长。
