BACKGROUND Chylous ascites is caused by disruption of the lymphatic system,which is characterized by the accumulation of a turbid fluid containing high levels of triglycerides within the abdominal *** two most common causes are cirrhosis and tuberculosis,and colon signer ring cell carcinoma(SRCC)due to the use of immunosuppressants is extremely rare in cirrhotic patients after liver transplantation,making it prone to misdiagnosis and missed *** SUMMARY A 52-year-old man who underwent liver transplantation and was administered with immunosuppressants for 8 months was admitted with a 3.month history of progressive abdominal ***,based on lymphoscintigraphy and lymphangiography,lymphatic obstruction was considered,and cystellar chyli decompression with band lysis and external membrane stripping of the lymphatic duct was ***,his abdominal distention was persistent without *** paracentesis revealed allogenic cells in the ascites,and immunohistochemistry analysis revealed adenocarcinoma cells with phenotypic features suggestive of a gastrointestinal *** endoscopy was performed,and biopsy showed atypical signet ring cells in the ileocecal *** patient eventually died after a three-month follow-up due to progression of the *** Colon SRCC,caused by immunosuppressants,is an unusual but un-neglected cause of chylous ascites.

Knowledge distillation,as a pivotal technique in the field of model compression,has been widely applied across various ***,the problem of student model performance being limited due to inherent biases in the teacher model during the distillation process still *** address the inherent biases in knowledge distillation,we propose a de-biased knowledge distillation framework tailored for binary classification *** the pre-trained teacher model,biases in the soft labels are mitigated through knowledge infusion and label de-biasing *** on this,a de-biased distillation loss is introduced,allowing the de-biased labels to replace the soft labels as the fitting target for the student *** approach enables the student model to learn from the corrected model information,achieving high-performance deployment on lightweight student *** conducted on multiple real-world datasets demonstrate that deep learning models compressed under the de-biased knowledge distillation framework significantly outperform traditional response-based and feature-based knowledge distillation models across various evaluation metrics,highlighting the effectiveness and superiority of the de-biased knowledge distillation framework in model compression.

The identification of aerodynamic parameters is accomplished through the test data of the dynamic movement of scaled aircraft models flying dynamically in wind tunnel,which can real-ize the accurate acquisition of the aerodynamic model of the aircraft in the preliminary stage for aircraft design,and it is of great significance for improving the efficiency of aircraft ***-ever,the translational motion of the test model in the wind tunnel virtual flight is subject to con-straints that result in distinct flight dynamics compared to free *** constraints have implications for the accuracy of aerodynamic derivatives obtained through the identification of wind tunnel test *** this issue in mind,the research studies the differences in longitudinal dynamic characteristics between unconstrained free flight and wind tunnel virtual flight,and inno-vatively proposes an online correction test based wind tunnel virtual flight test *** lon-gitudinal trajectory and velocity changes of the model are solved online by the aerodynamic forces measured during the test,and then the coupled relationship between aircraft translation and rota-tion is used to correct the model's pitch attitude motion *** the first time,the problem of solving the data approximation for free flight has been solved,eliminating the difference between the dynamics of wind tunnel virtual flight and free flight,and improving the accuracy of the aero-dynamic derivative identification *** experiment's findings show that accurate aerodynamic derivatives can be identified based on the online correction test data,and the observed behaviour of the identified motion model has similarities to that of the free flight motion model.

In this study,the impacts of egg consumption on mice model of metabolic syndrome(Met S)were comparatively *** were divided into five groups(n=8):normal diet group(ND),high-fat diet group(HFD),HFD with whole egg group(WE),HFD with free-yolk egg substitute group(YFES),and HFD with lovastatin group(Lov).Main biochemical indexes and a non-targeted lipidomic analysis were employed to insight the lipid profile changes in *** was revealed that WE could significantly improve serum biochemical indexes by reducing body weight,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC),while increasing high-density lipoprotein *** exhibited remarkably better performance in increasing phosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidic acids,while decreasing phosphatidylinositol than WE.A total of 50 differential lipids biomarkers tightly related to glycerophospholipids metabolism were screened *** C18:2 and C12:1,SM(d18:0/12:0),and SM(d18:1/14:1)were significantly upregulated in YFES compared to *** reduced expression of SREBP-1c and Cpt1a,while did not affect the expression of PPAR-α.Sphingomyelin biomarkers were positively related to the TC(|r|>0.6),while PPAR-αwas negatively correlated with triglyceride and LDL-C *** sum up,YFES attenuated HFD-induced Met S by improving the serum phospholipids,which account for its modulation of glycerophospholipid metabolism.

The visions of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 have reinforced the industrial *** have also made artificial intelligence incorporated as a major *** machine faults has become a solid foundation for automatically recognizing machine failure,and thus timely maintenance can ensure safe *** learning is a promising solution that can enhance the machine fault diagnosis model by borrowing pre-trained knowledge from the source model and applying it to the target model,which typically involves two *** response to the availability of multiple datasets,this paper proposes using selective and adaptive incremental transfer learning(SA-ITL),which fuses three algorithms,namely,the hybrid selective algorithm,the transferability enhancement algorithm,and the incremental transfer learning *** is a selective algorithm that enables selecting and ordering appropriate datasets for transfer learning and selecting useful knowledge to avoid negative *** algorithm also adaptively adjusts the portion of training data to balance the learning rate and training *** proposed algorithm is evaluated and analyzed using ten benchmark *** with other algorithms from existing works,SA-ITL improves the accuracy of all *** studies present the accuracy enhancements of the SA-ITL,including the hybrid selective algorithm(1.22%-3.82%),transferability enhancement algorithm(1.91%-4.15%),and incremental transfer learning algorithm(0.605%-2.68%).These also show the benefits of enhancing the target model with heterogeneous image datasets that widen the range of domain selection between source and target domains.

A novel meta steel with negative Poisson’s ratio effect(termed as micro-NPR steel)is developed for rock support in deep underground *** possesses high strength,high ductility,and high energy absorption *** this paper,static tension and modified dynamic drop hammer tests are performed on this novel material to investigate its mechanical properties *** based on this material,a new generation of micro-NPR anchor cable is developed and applied in field tests subjected to blasting dynamic *** results of laboratory tests reveal that the ultimate elongation of micro-NPR steel under dynamic impacts is more than 3.%and it is over 1.5 times that of Q23.;the plastic and total energy absorption of micro-NPR are both significantly higher than that of *** test indicates the fine controlling effect of micro-NPR anchor cable on surrounding rock mass under dynamic *** force confirms that micro-NPR cables can distribute and absorb the dynamic energy uniformly around the supported rock when subjected to dynamic disturbance,avoiding local failure induced by excessive stress *** excavation compensation principle and energy-absorbing characteristics are used to explain the support ***,micro-NPR material and anchor cable can control and prevent dynamic disasters in deep underground engineering effectively.

In the past two decades, the oxy-fuel combustion of pulverized coal has been extensively developed, leading to the completion of several large industrial pilot oxy-fuel plants worldwide. Various types of oxy-fuel burners have been designed and tested in largescale pilot plants as key components of oxy-fuel combustion. These burners face major challenges in terms of their flame stability because of their decreasing stream momentum ratio and increasing carbon dioxide concentration. However, it offers flexibility in adjusting the oxygen concentration in each burner stream. This study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the state-of-the-art knowledge on oxy-coal burner design and operation in power plants. First, the combustion characteristics under oxy-fuel conditions are briefly introduced. Subsequently, the principal requirements and fundamental parameters of the oxy-coal burners are discussed. The development process of oxy-fuel burners is also presented. Moreover, a compatible design strategy and scaling-up techniques are described for oxy-coal burners developed by the authors over the past ten years. The performances of oxy-coal burners in three large pilot oxy-fuel plants worldwide are summarized and compared. Finally, concluding remarks are provided and potential research needs are suggested.

An eddy deep leaching technology was developed in this paper to address the challenge of treating heavy metal contaminants in industrial mining *** desorption effect of As,Cd,Sb and Pb was investigated utilizing chemical leaching and physical eddy *** was found that the heavy metals concentration increased with decreasing particle *** highest proportion of Cd in the form distribution of soil was in the bound to iron and manganese oxides,while the maximum proportion of As,Sb and Pb were in the *** optimal solid-liquid ratio of the hydrocyclone was 1:20,and the corresponding separation efficiency and flow rate were 84.7%and 1.76 m^(3./hr,*** grade efficiency of soil particle separation increases with particle size and exceeds 99%for particles above 1,000μ*** experiments have revealed that oxalic acid(OA)and a combination of oxalic acid and EDTA(OAPE)were more efficient than citric acid(CA)and a combination of citric acid and EDTA(CAPE)for the desorption of heavy metals,*** comparison of OAPE and eddy leaching found that the latter improved the desorption efficiency by 9.4%,7.5%,7.2%and 7.8%for As,Cd,Sb and Pb compared to the former,*** results demonstrated that the eddy leaching technique could further enhance the desorption efficiency of heavy *** is expected to provide technical support for soil remediation with reduced usage of leaching agents.
