We simulated the heat transfer phenomena of the heating module that is primarily based on the radiant energy in the near-infra-red(NIR) *** the module,the power emitted by the lamp filament is distributed to the lamp glass,reflector,and the target medium,which are cooled by an air *** radiant heat transfer is simulated by using the ray-tracing scheme,in which the spectral characteristics of the emission and the materials are *** heat transport from the lamp glass to the cooling air is analyzed by using the finite volume *** the lamp-filament temperature rises in the range of 3000-3400K,the NIR radiant power on the target medium ***,the lamp-glass temperature also rises,and the proportion of the NIR power to the entire radiation has a peak in the temperature *** spectral distributions of the absorbed energies in all the components in the module are highly non-uniform,and a monochromatic model of the radiant heat transfer may result in a significant discrepancy.

Swarm robot systems are an important application of autonomous unmanned surface vehicles on water *** monitoring natural environments and conducting security activities within a certain range using a surface vehicle,the swarm robot system is more efficient than the operation of a single object as the former can reduce cost and save *** is necessary to detect adjacent surface obstacles robustly to operate a cluster of unmanned surface *** this purpose,a LiDAR(light detection and ranging)sensor is used as it can simultaneously obtain 3D information for all directions,relatively robustly and accurately,irrespective of the surrounding environmental *** the GPS(global-positioning-system)error range exists,obtaining measurements of the surface-vessel position can still ensure stability during platoon *** this study,a three-layer convolutional neural network is applied to classify types of surface *** aim of this approach is to redefine the sparse 3D point cloud data as 2D image data with a connotative meaning and subsequently utilize this transformed data for object classification ***,we have proposed a descriptor that converts the 3D point cloud data into 2D image *** use this descriptor effectively,it is necessary to perform a clustering operation that separates the point clouds for each *** developed voxel-based clustering for the point cloud ***,using the descriptor,3D point cloud data can be converted into a 2D feature image,and the converted 2D image is provided as an input value to the *** intend to verify the validity of the proposed 3D point cloud feature descriptor by using experimental data in the ***,we explore the feasibility of real-time object classification within this framework.

Recently,there has been a sudden shift from using traditional office applications to the collaborative cloud-based office suite such as Microsoft Office *** cloud-based systems allow users to work together on the same docu-ment stored in a cloud server at once,by which users can effectively collaborate with each ***,there are security concerns unsolved in using cloud *** of the major concerns is the security of data stored in cloud ser-vers,which comes from the fact that data that multiple users are working together cannot be stored in encrypted form because of the dynamic characteristic of cloud *** this paper,we propose a novel mode of operation,DL-ECB,for AES by which we can modify,insert,and delete the ciphertext based on changes in ***,we can use encrypted data in collaborative cloud-based *** demonstrate that the DL-ECB mode can preserve the confidential-ity,integrity,and auditability of data used in collaborative cloud systems from adversaries,we implement and evaluate the prototype of the DL-ECB mode.

A heavy metal contaminated soil sample collected from a mine in Chonnam Province of South Korea was found to be a source of heavy metal adsorbing biosorbents. Chemical analyses showed high contents of lead （Pb） at 357 mg/kg and cyanide （CN） at 14.6 mg/kg in the soil. The experimental results showed that Penicillium sp. MRF-1 was the best lead resistant fungus among the four individual metal tolerant fungal species isolated from the soil. Molecular characterization of Penicillium sp. MRF-1 was determined using ITS regions sequences. Effects of pH, temperature and contact time on adsorption of Pb（Ⅱ） by Penicillium sp. MRF-1 were studied. Favorable conditions for maximum biosportion were found at pH 4 with 3 hr contact time. Biosorption of Pb（Ⅱ） gradually increased with increasing temperature. Efficient performance of the biosorbent was described using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. Adsorption kinetics was studied using pseudo first-order and pseudo second-order models. Biosorbent Penicillium sp. MRF-1 showed the maximum desorption in alkali conditions. Consistent adsorption/desorption potential of the biosorbent in repetitive cycles validated the efficacy of it in large scale. SEM studies given notes on surface modification of fungal biomass under metal stress and FT-IR results showed the presence of amino groups in the surface structure of the biosorbent. In conclusion, the new biosorbent Penicillium sp. MRF- 1 may potentially be used as an inexpensive, easily cultivatable material for the removal of lead from aqueous solution.

Neighbor-Based Malicious Node Detection in Wireless Sensor Networks

The primary function of wireless sensor networks is to gather sensor data from the monitored area. Due to faults or malicious nodes, however, the sensor data collected or reported might be wrong. Hence it is important to detect events in the presence of wrong sensor readings and misleading reports. In this paper, we present a neighbor-based malicious node detection scheme for wireless sensor networks. Malicious nodes are modeled as faulty nodes behaving intelligently to lead to an incorrect decision or energy depletion without being easily detected. Each sensor node makes a decision on the fault status of itself and its neighboring nodes based on the sensor readings. Most erroneous readings due to transient faults are corrected by filtering, while nodes with permanent faults are removed using confidence-level evaluation, to improve malicious node detection rate and event detection accuracy. Each node maintains confidence levels of itself and its neighbors, indicating the track records in reporting past events correctly. Computer simulation shows that most of the malicious nodes reporting against their own readings are correctly detected unless they behave similar to the normal nodes. As a result, high event detection accuracy is also maintained while achieving low false alarm rate.

Bleeding after endoscopic papillectomy and its risk factors:A single center experience of 196 cases

Background:Endoscopic papillectomy(EP)is an effective method to remove an ampulla of Vater(AoV)adenoma with minimal *** reviewed the clinical outcomes and prognosis of patients undergoing EP,including tumor recurrence and adverse ***:A total of 196 patients who underwent EP from January 2004 to December 2017 were *** information was collected through electronic medical records,and risk factors to predict postprocedural bleeding were analyzed using a multivariate logistic regression ***:A total of 93.9%patients(184/196)underwent complete *** the follow-up period,14.7%patients(27/184)experienced tumor recurrence,and two of seven surgically resected tumors were malignant.A total of 45.4%patients(89/196)experienced adverse events related to *** bleeding occurred in 16.3%of the patients(32/196),and they were all successfully treated with endoscopic hemostasis and conservative *** most frequent site of delayed bleeding was the distal end of the papillary orifice,and 56.3%(18/32)patients of delayed bleeding were classified as having mild severity,the others had moderate *** adenomatous polyposis(FAP)[odds ratio(OR)=3.80,95%confidence interval(CI):1.01-14.29;P<0.05]and male sex(OR=2.82,95%CI:1.04-7.63;P=0.04)showed statistical significance in predicting delayed post-EP ***:EP for AoV adenoma was a highly effective and safe *** risk of post-EP delayed bleeding was increased in patients with FAP syndrome and male patients,and post-EP bleeding occurred most commonly in the distal part of the AoV.

Ti-2 Al-9.2 Mo-2 Fe is a low-cost β titanium alloy with well-balanced strength and ductility, but hot working of this alloy is complex and unfamiliar. Understanding the nonlinear relationships among the strain,strain rate, temperature, and flow stress of this alloy is essential to optimize the hot working *** this study, a deep neural network(DNN) model was developed to correlate flow stress with a wide range of strains(0.025–0.6), strain rates(0.01–10 s^-1) and temperatures(750–1000℃). The model, which was tested with 96 unseen datasets, showed better performance than existing models, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. The processing map constructed using the DNN model was effective in predicting the microstructural evolution of the alloy. Moreover, it led to the optimization of hot-working conditions to avoid the formation of brittle precipitates(temperatures of 820–1000℃ and strain rates of 0.01-0.1 s^-1).
