This study presents novel findings on the potential of phloretin， an apple polyphenol， to enhance the effectiveness of anti-HER2 antibody therapy in HER2-positive breast cancer patients. Our research reveals that phloretin inhibits type II glucose transporter (GLUT2) activity， significantly reducing cancer cell glucose uptake. We confirmed the overexpression of GLUT1 and GLUT2 mRNA in paired human breast tumor tissues， with GLUT2 overexpression associated explicitly with poorer survival rates in breast cancer patients. Treatment with phloretin was observed to increase the interaction between GLUT2 and HER2 proteins， attenuate glycolysis， and enhance the binding affinity of anti-HER2 antibody drugs to target human breast cancer cells. Furthermore， the efficacy of the combination therapy involving phloretin and antibody drugs was reaffirmed in a cell-derived xenograft (CDX) tumor animal model， particularly in suppressing the growth of Trastuzumab-resistant HER2+ breast cancer. These significant findings suggest that targeting GLUT2 activity with phloretin in combination with anti-HER2 antibody drugs may help mitigate the development of drug-resistant breast cancer， offering valuable insights for enhancing tumor treatment strategies and contributing to developing more effective therapies.

Development and understanding of highly mechanically robust and electronically conducting hydrogels are extremely important for ever-increasing energy-based *** mixing/blending of conductive additives with hydrophilic polymer network prevents both high mechanical strength and electronic conductivity to be presented in polymer ***,we proposed a double-network(DN)engineering strategy to fabricate PVA/PPy DN hydrogels,consisting of a conductive PPy-PA network via in-situ ultrafast gelation and a tough PVA network via a subsequent freezing/thawing *** resultant PVA/PPy hydrogels exhibited superior mechanical and electrochemical properties,including electrical conductivity of~6.8 S/m,mechanical strength of~0.39 MPa,and elastic moduli of~0.1 *** further transformation of PVA/PPy hydrogels into supercapacitors,they demonstrated a high capacitance of~280.7 F/g and a cycle life of 2000 galvanostatic charge/discharge cycles with over 94.3%capacity retention at the current density of 2 mA/cm2 and even subzero temperatures of−20℃.Such enhanced mechanical performance and electronic conductivity of hydrogels are mainly stemmed from a synergistic combination of continuous electrically conductive PPy-PA network and the two interpenetrating DN *** in-situ gelation strategy is applicable to the integration of ionic-/electrical-conductive materials into DN hydrogels for smart-soft electronics,beyond the most commonly used PEDOT:PSS-based hydrogels.

弯道换道决策及运动规划算法主要影响自动驾驶汽车的安全性和操纵稳定性。针对高速公路弯道换道场景决策的安全性和行驶效率不够高的问题,提出新的基于主车相对前车的驾驶不满意度的决策算法。为了提高运动规划算法实时性,采用路径-速度解耦框架进行主车换道轨迹规划。对于路径规划,选择五次多项式曲线,采用考虑安全、舒适和高效性的4个换道路径评价指标,实现最优路径规划。对于速度规划,结合动态规划与二次规划优化获取平滑速度规划曲线。仿真结果表明基于驾驶不满意度的换道决策模型能选择更高效和安全的行驶方式。在典型的主车换道场景,主车最大质心侧偏角,最大横摆角速度的数值均小,表明换道轨迹规划算法能确保主车换道的安全性和操纵稳定性。

液舱晃荡现象在航行船舶中普遍存在,不仅会影响船舶稳定性,还会对海洋环境与人类生产生活造成威胁,如何减轻液舱晃荡幅度一直是海洋工程的重点研究问题。本文将基于改进的移动粒子半隐式法——BM-MPS法,对横摇激励作用下垂直开孔隔板的减晃效果进行二维数值模拟研究,探讨挡板孔隙率、横摇幅度对共振周期及冲击压历时曲线形态的影响。研究结果表明:孔隙率大小对共振周期有明显的影响,孔隙率15%是达到共振时最大冲击压最小的点,并且处于共振周期发生明显转变的过渡期;冲击压历时曲线与孔隙率也有密切的联系,随着孔隙率的增大,冲击压历时曲线形态从无峰变为单峰,再改变为双峰。除此之外,横摇激励幅度也是影响共振周期的因素之一。

X-ray fluorescence(XRF)sensor-based ore sorting enables efficient beneficiation of heterogeneous ores,while intraparticle heterogeneity can cause significant grade detection errors,leading to misclassifications and hindering widespread technology *** classification models are crucial to determine if actual grade exceeds the sorting threshold using localized XRF *** studies mainly used linear regression(LR)algorithms including simple linear regression(SLR),multivariable linear regression(MLR),and multivariable linear regression with interaction(MLRI)but often fell short attaining satisfactory *** study employed the particle swarm optimization support vector machine(PSO-SVM)algorithm for sorting porphyritic copper ore ***-scale results showed PSO-SVM out-performed LR and raw data(RD)models and the significant interaction effects among input features was *** poor input data quality,PSO-SVM demonstrated exceptional ***-scale sorting achieved 93.0%accuracy,0.24%grade increase,84.94%recovery rate,57.02%discard rate,and a remarkable 39.62 yuan/t net smelter return(NSR)increase compared to no *** improvements were achieved by the PSO-SVM model with optimized input combinations and highest data quality(T=10,T is XRF testing times).The unsuitability of LR methods for XRF sensor-based sorting of investigated sample is *** element selection and mineral association analysis elucidate element importance and influence mechanisms.

Goal:To investigate the current status of quality of life of postoperative patients with gynaecological tumours,and to analyse the relevant factors affecting the quality of life of postoperative patients with gynaecological ***:One hundred and fifty-three postoperative gynecological oncology patients who attended the gynaecology and oncology departments of three tertiary hospitals in Henan Province from June 2023 to March 2024 were investigated by convenience sampling *** patients’postoperative survival quality was investigated through the General Information Survey Scale and Quality of Life Score ***:The quality of life measurement scale score of postoperative gynaecological oncology patients in this study was(121.27±10.87),in which there was a difference in the quality of life of postoperative gynaecological oncology patients of different age,education level,marital status,and per capita monthly income of the family,ptal status,and per capita monthly family income are important factors in the postoperative quality of life of gynaecological oncology *** professionals should focus on patients with older age,lower education level,unstable marital status,and poor economic status,and provide personalised targeted interventions to improve their quality of life.

技术创新是一个动态过程,包括技术研发和技术应用两个环节.在传统的技术创新与工资收入差距经济模型中内生刻画技术应用环节,并厘清技术应用与工资收入差距的关系.本文基于中国的数据,对理论模型的研究假说进行检验.研究发现:本文重构了技术创新与工资收入差距的关系模型,从理论层面论证技术研发和技术应用对工资收入差距的作用及机制,并突出了技术应用的重要性;技术研发和技术应用对工资收入差距的影响明显不同,技术应用有助于缓和工资收入差距,但技术研发却扩大了工资收入差距,经过一系列稳健性检验后发现这一结论仍然成立;机制分析表明,技术应用主要通过市场化程度、知识产权保护和技术市场交易等机制,发挥其缓和工资收入差距的作用.本文的现实含义表明,政府需要高度重视技术应用,仅仅推动技术研发是不够的.换言之,技术研发只有进入生产过程实现技术应用,才能改善工资收入差距,进而在实现经济高质量发展的同时扎实推行共同富裕.
