在越南的工业化和现代化过程中,能源产业扮演着非常重要的角色。作为拥有丰富的自然资源以及大量的原油储备的国家,越南在这方面的开拓及发展有许多优势。然而,有限的科技水平己为原油开采及加工带来不少困难。虽然近几年来越南已建设了三个炼油厂,但其产量未能满足国内需求。因此,越南石油进出口活动仍值得关注。本文的研宄目的主要是探讨2010-2017年阶段越南燃料贸易、越南与贸易伙伴国的燃料进出口的影响因素。本文所使用的数据来自于世界综合贸易方案(WITS)、国际货币基金组织(IMF)、越南海关(Vietnam Customs)以及CEPII等数据库,反映了越南国内及贸易伙伴国的市场规模、越南与贸易伙伴国之间的距离、过去的殖民关系以及亚洲太平洋经济合作组织(APEC)成员国之间的关系。通过采取引力模型的定量研究方法,本文测量经济规模、市场规模、越南与贸易伙伴国之间的关系、越南作为APEC的正式成员国、过去的殖民关系等各种因素对越南燃料贸易、越南与贸易伙伴国的燃料进出口的影响。研宄结果表明,越南国内经济规模对越南的石油进口量有正面影响,而贸易伙伴国的经济规模对越南石油对外出口量有正面影响。越南国内市场规模对越南石油贸易进口量和贸易总量有着重要影响,而国外市场规模则对越南石油出口量有影响。另外,越南与贸易伙伴国之间的距离对越南燃料贸易、越南燃料进出口有着负面影响。与此同时,成为APEC的成员国与过去的殖民关系也对其有影响。本文在搜集数据之后使用Statal4和Excel进行统计分析。本文的研宄框架和研宄步骤如下:第一章简单概述研究背景及越南目前燃料贸易情况。在东南亚地区,越南是个燃料用量较高的国家。根据越南工商部的报告表明,消费水平在未来几年会有快速提升的趋势,越南将要进口燃料。同时在该地区,越南也有较大的原油出口量,但这几年来,由于国内生产量不能满足国内不断增加的需求,出口金额大幅下降,直接影响到居民生活和设备的运行。因此,越南需要有一个具体的战略,大量投资于生产、分配及出口。从此,需要更加关注燃料出口,避免成为燃料进口国的可能,换言之,需要严格监督越南的燃料贸易活动。近几年来所颁布和修改的相关政策己为企业的发展提供良好条件,越南的进出口活动也随之而快速发展。政府一般会要求相关部门审查并简化各种规定和手续,为企业提供更好的生产和经营环境。另外,对于一些重点发展领域,银行贷款利率也比较低。根据越南海关总局2017年12月12日公布的数据表明,越南进出口金额达4000亿美元,预计2017年全年达4200亿美元。因此,在世界贸易组织(WTO)的排行榜当中,越南的进出口排名有所上升。具体而言,2007年越南的出口金额排在第50位,但到2017年已挤到第27位,同时2007年排在第41位的越南进口金额到2017年已挤到第25位。在该章节也呈现了越南近几年的燃料贸易情况。本研究主要确定越南燃料贸易、越南与贸易伙伴国燃料进出口的影响因素。通过对燃料贸易总量,尤其是燃料进出口现状的分析,本研宄将基于2010-2017年阶段的数据来测算越南和贸易伙伴国的人口、经济发展的区别、距离、作为经济组织的成员国、殖民关系等因素对贸易关系的影响。同时本文也提出推动越南国内能源行业发展的建议。第二章主要梳理关于进出口、两国双方贸易以及引力模型应用的文献。该章节主要涉及到贸易绝对优势理论、比较优势理论、H-0模型(赫克歇尔-俄林)等等。同时也涉及到越南国内外的相关研究。第三章具体阐述研宄方法及数据搜集步骤,同时也提到研宄过程中所遇到的困难及研究的局限。本文采用定量的方法来揭示经济规模、人口数量、距离、作为经济组织成员国、殖民关系等因素对越南燃料贸易、越南与贸易伙伴国燃料进出口的影响。本文使用二手数据进一步统计分析来测算并验证燃料贸易总额、越南与贸易伙伴国燃料进出口总量之间的关系。数据来源于2010-2017年阶段世界综合贸易方案(WITS)、国际货币基金组织(IMF)、越南海关(Vietnam Customs)以及CEPII等数数据库。通过引力模型揭示了越南国内及贸易伙伴国的市场规模、越南与贸易伙伴国之间的距离、过去的殖民关系以及亚洲太平洋经济合作组织(APEC)成员国对燃料贸易及进出口的影响。根据越南的实际情况,引力模型公式如下:lnTotal=α+r In(GDP)+α In(GDP)+α In(POP)+α In(POP)+α In(Distance+αAPEC+αCol)+ε在搜集2010-2017年阶段越南和40个贸易伙伴国的相关数据的过程中,有些国家在所观察阶段初期并没有得到相应数据,因此,本研宄只能呈现316个相应数据(理论上讲,研究对象包括40个国家,时间段为8年,就有320个相应数据)。然而,考虑到这些国家对越南燃料贸易总额所占的比例,他们仍然被放在研究范围之

Spatio-temporal changes of underground coal fires during 2008-2016 in Khanh Hoa coal field(North-east of Viet Nam) using Landsat time-series data

Underground coal fires are one of the most common and serious geohazards in most coal producing countries in the world. Monitoring their spatio-temporal changes plays an important role in controlling and preventing the effects of coal fires, and their environmental impact. In this study, the spatio-temporal changes of underground coal fires in Khanh Hoa coal field(North-East of Viet Nam) were analyzed using Landsat time-series data during the 2008-2016 period. Based on land surface temperatures retrieved from Landsat thermal data, underground coal fires related to thermal anomalies were identified using the MEDIAN+1.5×IQR(IQR: Interquartile range) threshold technique. The locations of underground coal fires were validated using a coal fire map produced by the field survey data and cross-validated using the daytime ASTER thermal infrared imagery. Based on the fires extracted from seven Landsat thermal imageries, the spatiotemporal changes of underground coal fire areas were analyzed. The results showed that the thermalanomalous zones have been correlated with known coal fires. Cross-validation of coal fires using ASTER TIR data showed a high consistency of 79.3%. The largest coal fire area of 184.6 hectares was detected in 2010, followed by 2014(181.1 hectares) and 2016(178.5 hectares). The smaller coal fire areas were extracted with areas of 133.6 and 152.5 hectares in 2011 and 2009 respectively. Underground coal fires were mainly detected in the northern and southern part, and tend to spread to north-west of the coal field.

Face image analysis is one among several important cues in computer *** the last five decades,methods for face analysis have received immense attention due to large scale applications in various face analysis *** parsing strongly benefits various human face image analysis tasks inducing face pose *** this paper we propose a 3D head pose estimation framework developed through a prior end to end deep face parsing *** have developed an end to end face parts segmentation framework through deep convolutional neural networks(DCNNs).For training a deep face parts parsing model,we label face images for seven different classes,including eyes,brows,nose,hair,mouth,skin,and *** extract features from gray scale images by using *** train a classifier using the extracted *** use the probabilistic classification method to produce gray scale images in the form of probability maps for each dense semantic *** use a next stage of DCNNs and extract features from grayscale images created as probability maps during the segmentation *** assess the performance of our newly proposed model on four standard head pose datasets,including Pointing’04,Annotated Facial Landmarks in the Wild(AFLW),Boston University(BU),and ICT-3DHP,obtaining superior results as compared to previous results.

In this study,we reported on the concept and practical use of cation exchange resin(CER)for removing anions in water via pretreating the CER with metal *** cation exchange resinsupported iron and magnesium oxides/hydroxides composite(FeMg/CER)was synthesized and introduced as a new and potential adsorbent for selective removal of nitrate ion in the water *** of FeMg/CER were determined by techniques such as Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and Xray *** results showed that FeMg/CER material had a high nitrate adsorption capacity of 200 mg NO_(3)^()·g^(1)with a fast equilibrium adsorption time of 30 min at pH *** addition,it had good durability of at least 10 times of regeneration,which could be applied to practical water and wastewater treatment.

In this study,three-dimensional porous magnesium ferrite/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide(Mg Fe_2O_(4)-GM/TiO_(2)/rGO(MGTG))was successfully synthesized via green and hydrothermal-supported co-precipitation methods using the extract of Garcinia mangostana(***)as a reducing *** characterization results indicate the successful formation of the nano/micro Mg Fe_(2)O_(4)(MFO)and TiO_(2) on the structure of the reduced graphene oxide(rGO),which can also act as efficient support,alleviating the agglomeration of the nano/micro MFO and TiO_(2).The synergic effects of the adsorption and photodegradation activity of the material were investigated according to the removal of crystal violet(CV)under ultraviolet *** effects of catalyst dosage,CV concentration,and p H on the CV removal efficiency of the MGTG were also *** to the results,the CV photodegradation of the MGTG-200 corresponded to the pseudo-first-order kinetic *** reusability of the material after 10 cycles also showed a removal efficiency of 92%.This happened because the materials can easily be recollected using external *** addition,according to the effects of different free radicals·O_(2)^(-),h^(+),and·OH on the photodegradation process,the photocatalysis mechanism of the MGTG was also thoroughly *** antibacterial efficiency of the MGTG was also evaluated according to the inhibition of the Gram-positive bacteria strain Staphylococcus aureus(***).Concurrently,the antibacterial mechanism of the fabricated material was also *** results confirm that the prepared material can be potentially employed in a wide range of applications,including wastewater treatment and antibacterial activity.
