Dual heteroatom-doped carbons have attracted widespread research attention as catalysts in the field of energy storage and conversion due to their unique electronic structures and chemical *** particular,boron and nitrogen co-doped carbon(B,N@C)has shown great potential for photo/electrocatalytic ***,more needs to be done for rational designing and regulating the structure of these materials to improve their catalytic ***,monodispersed hierarchical porous B,N@C nanocages were fabricated by pyrolyzing zeolite imidazole framework(ZIF)which was treated with ammonia borane or boric acid via an integrated double-solvent impregnation and nanocofined-etching *** treated ZIF-8 provided an essential structural template to achieve B,N co-doped hierarchical structures with micro/meso/macro multimodal pore size *** resultant B,N@C nanocages displayed high catalytic activities for electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)in alkaline media,outperforming most carbon-based catalysts,particularly from the perspective of the half-wave *** high catalytic performance is due to the enhanced activity by the coexistence of B and N and the mass transfer promoted by the unique hierarchical porous structure.

Effect of copper on the degradation of pesticides cypermethrin and cyhalothrin

The influence of coexisting copper （Cu） ion on the degradation of pesticides pyrethroid cypermethrin and cyhalothrin in soil and photodegradation in water system were studied. Serial concentrations of the pesticides with the addition of copper ion were spiked in the soil and incubated for a regular period of time, the analysis of the extracts from the soil was carded out using gas chromatography （GC）. The photodegradation of pyrethroids in water system was conducted under UV irradiation. The effect of Cu^2＋ on the pesticides degradation was measured with half life 00.5） of degradation. It was found that a negative correlation between the degradation of the pyrethroid pesticides in soil and Cu addition was observed. But Cu^2＋ could accelerate photodegradation of the pyrethroids in water. The t0.5 for cyhalothrin extended from 6.7 to 6.8 d while for cypermethrin extended from 8.1 to 10.9 d with the presence of copper ion in soil. As for photodegradation, t0.5 for cyhalothrin reduced from 173.3 to 115.5 min and for cypermethrin from 115.5 to 99.0 min. The results suggested that copper influenced the degradation of the pesticides in soil by affecting the activity of microorganisms. However, it had catalyst tendency for photodegradation in water system. The difference for the degradation efficiency of pyrethroid isomers in soil was also observed. Copper could obviously accelerate the degradation of some special isomers.

Sheet Rb2HgSnS4 was synthesized solvothermally and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The compound is comprised of sheets with admantane-like [Hg2Sn2S10]8– units. The crystals belong to the space group C2/c, with the unit cell parameters a=1.1063（2） nm, b=1.1071（2） nm, c=1.5741（3） nm, a=90o, β=100.13（3）o, γ=90o. A reflectance spectroscopy study reveals the nature of the semiconductor with an energy of 2.1 eV for the compound.

The shape impact of nanostructured ceria on the dispersion of Pd species was investigated by analyzing the atomic configuration and the bonding environment of Pd species over spherical and cubic ceria particles,using STEM and *** Pd particles of about 2.0 nm,with a substantial amount of tiny Pd species,dispersed on spherical ceria,primarily due to the enriched surface oxygen vacancies that bonded the Pd species *** faceted Pd particles of about 2.9 nm located on cubic ceria with distinct interfaces where Pd atoms embedded into the ceria *** crystalline Pd particles on ceria cubes were highly active and stable for methane combustion that occurred on the metal surface via a facile PdO/Pd redox cycle;while the amorphous Pd particles on spherical ceria particles were featured by a significantly higher activity and stability towards CO oxidation,where the Pd-ceria interface served as the active sites.

The development of photocatalysts with wide spectral absorption and high charge separation efficiency has always been a pursued objective for photocatalytic solar energy ***,we reported a wide-range visible-light-active Bi_(4)taO_(8)Cl(BTOC)single crystal nanoplate with dominating{110}and{001}facets for enhancing the intrinsic charge separation *** selective photodeposition of metals and metal oxides provides evidences of photogenerated electrons and holes spatially separated on{110}and{001}coexposed facets of BTOC,*** intrinsic charge separation efficiency was demonstrated to be closely dependent on the crystal facets,which can be modulated by tuning the coexposed crystal facet *** surface modification of BTOC with suitable dual cocatalyst Ag and RuOx enables remarkable improvement of charge separation efficiency and photocatalytic water oxidation *** by comparison between well-defined BTOC nanoplate and BTOC nanoparticles confirmed the significance of coexposed crystal facets for efficient spatial charge separation and the blocking of reverse reaction from Fe^(2+)to Fe^(3+)ions during water oxidation reaction,indicating that rational modulation of exposed crystal facets is significant for controlling the intrinsic charge separation efficiency on Bi_(4)taO_(8)Cl photocatalyst for efficient photocatalytic water splitting.

In view of the significant demands and development trends of urbanization during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period, "smart city" has attracted wide attention as an advanced city development concept in China. Under the circumstance of rapid urbanization, traffic congestion and accessibility defi ciency become major challenges to many Chinese cities, as transportation and travel are closely related to the effi ciency of a city's operation and the quality of people's life. As essential part of smart city planning and management, smart travel offers an effective behavior planning countermeasure to reduce the amount of urban traffi c and optimize the space-time distribution of travels and provides an effective technology to enrich the theories and methodologies of urban and transportation planning. Orienting at the practical demand of citizens and focusing on their travel behavior, this paper carries out a discussion on the smart travel framework based on space-time behavior study and analyzes smart travel planning and its policy route from multiple perspectives, including a prediction on travel demand, transportation planning, public policy-making, and urban planning. What's more, the paper suggests travel services for citizens based on space-time behavior analysis, such as providing personalized information, smart decision-making support, and individual behavior planning.

Hyperspectral remote sensing image(HSI)fusion with multispectral remote sensing images(MSI)improves data ***,current fusion algorithms focus on local information and overlook long-range *** parameter of network tuning prioritizes global optimization,neglecting spatial and spectral constraints,and limiting spatial and spectral reconstruction *** study introduces SwinGAN,a fusion network combining Swin Transformer,CNN,and GAN ***’s generator employs a detail injection framework to separately extract HSI and MSI features,fusing them to generate spatial *** residuals are injected into the supersampled HSI to produce thefinal image,while a pure CNN architecture acts as the discriminator,enhancing the fusion ***,we introduce a new adaptive loss function that improves image fusion *** loss function uses L1 loss as the content loss,and spatial and spectral gradient loss functions are introduced to improve the spatial representation and spectralfidelity of the fused *** experimental results on several datasets demonstrate that SwinGAN outperforms current popular algorithms in both spatial and spectral reconstruction *** ablation experiments also demonstrate the rationality of the various components of the proposed loss function.

In heterogeneous catalysis,the precise placement of active components to perform unique functions in cooperation with each other is a tremendous *** migration of matter on micro/nano-scale caused by diffusion is a promising pathway for design of catalytic nanoreactors with precise active sites location and controllable microenvironment through compartmentalization and confinement ***,we report two categories of mesoporous ZnCoSiOx hollow nanoreactors with different metal distributions and microenvironment engineered by the diffusion behavior of metal species in confined ***-shelled hollow structures with well-distributed metal species were obtained by adopting core@shell structured ZnCo-zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)@SiO2 as a template and employing three stages of hydrothermal treatment including the decomposition of ZIF,diffusion of metal species into the silica shell,and Ostwald ***,the formation of yolk@shell structure with a collective(Zn-Co)metal oxide as the yolk was achieved by direct pyrolysis of ZnCo-ZIF@*** CO_(2)hydrogenation,ZnCoSiOx with double-shelled hollow structures and yolk@shell structures respectively afford CO and CH_(4)as main product,which is related with different dispersion and location of active sites in the two *** study provides an efficient method for the synthesis of catalytic nanoreactors on the basis of insights of the atomic diffusion in confined space at the mesoscale.
