Recent progress in the physics and engineering design study for themodification programme of Jt-60 is presented. In order to achieve a steady state high-βplasmaoperation, which is the dominant issue of this programme, physics design for the MHD control and thestability analysis is investigated. Engineering design and the R & D for the superconducting coils,irradiation shield are performed well towards the mission of programme.

Vitamin E,a soluble antioxidant widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries,is rich in tocopherols and *** vitamin E molecules are highly sensitive to oxidation,encapsulation is a viable and effective technique for preservation of the properties of Vitamin E and improving its stability during storage,maintaining the nutritional *** this work,the aim was to encapsulate concentrated vitamin E using a combination of Ultra-turrax and ultrasonication to achieve higher encapsulation efficiency in spray *** the first stage,the vitamin E oil was encapsulated employing only Ultra-turrax homogenization,with subsequent optimization of spray *** coating materials used were maltodextrin and whey protein *** of the spray drying step evaluated the effects of the drying air temperature(t)and the feed flow rate(Q),to obtain better yields and a high-quality *** the second stage,the use of ultrasonication in an additional homogenization step was evaluated,aiming to further improve the encapsulation *** results showed that the best drying conditions(first stage)were t=180℃ and Q=0.6 L/h,which provided the highest yield(67.73%)and high encapsulation efficiency(73.73%).the microspheres produced had similar properties,with mean diameters ranging from 0.64 to 12.99μ*** the second stage of the investigation,the application of ultrasonication immediately after the Ultra-turrax homogenization enabled the encapsulation efficiency to be increased to 94.05%,with a yield of 57.54%,using an ultrasonication time of only 7 *** showed that addition of the ultrasonic homogenization step to the process greatly improved the encapsulation efficiency and could be used to produce vitamin E-enriched powder microcapsules by spray drying,with application in the food industry.

Lymphadenectomy for urothelial carcinoma of the upper urinary tract has attracted the attention of physicians. the mapping study of lymphatic spread has shown that a relatively wide area should comprise the regional nodes for tumors of the right renal pelvis or the right upper two-thirds of the ureter. A prospective study showed that an anatomical templatebased lymphadenectomy significantly improved patient survival in tumors of the renal pelvis. this benefit was more evident for patients with p t2 stage tumors or higher. the risk of regional node recurrence is significant reduced by template-based lymphadenectomy,which is likely to be associated with improved patient survival. the removal of lymph node micrometastases is assumed to be the reason for therapeutic benefit following lymphadenectomy. the number of resected lymph nodes can be used to assess the quality of lymphadenectomy,but not to determine the extent of lymphadenectomy. the guidelines currently recommend lymphadenectomy for patients with muscle-invasive disease,even though the current recommendation grades are still low. the present limitation of lymphadenectomy is the lack of standardization of the extent of lymphadenectomy and the randomized trials. Further studies are warranted to collect the evidence to support lymphadenectomy.

A study has been made on elements organic constituents, tSP, SO2,NO2 of atmospheric pollutants in Beijing. 17 elements, and some PAHs, e. g. B(a)P, B(b, j, k)P, and B(g, h, i)P, in airborne particles by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and HPLC, GC/MS, have been determined respectively. It has been shown that the elements Pb, Zn, S and Cu were more enriched in fine particles and different valence states of sulfur at various sites. It was found that the concentrations of S6+ and S2-were more than 85% and less than 15% of the total sulfur respectively. Concentrations of major PAHs and sulfur-containing compounds increased in winter and in urban area. High values for Pb and Zn in city, Fe and Mn at industrial area and Cu, Al rural sites were obtained respectively. this implies the functions of different elemental sources of various sites. thus, elements can be from distingushed anthropogenic and natural *** main contribution of SO2 was found of to have same seasonal variation as the anthropogenic elements, while that of NO2 varied only with emission from vehicles.

采用积分球光谱测试系统,在紫色半导体发光二极管激发下,对Sm3+掺杂的低声子能量、高折射率铋碲酸盐玻璃的荧光光谱进行测试。荧光测试系统由直径为25.4 cm的积分球,配以CCD探测器组成,通过标准卤素灯定标,辅助卤素灯校正积分球内环境变化,解析出样品的绝对光谱能量分布,并进一步计算出光通量分布、光量子数分布,求得辐射通量、光通量、荧光量子产率等荧光特征参数。测试与计算结果表明,对应可见区Sm3+四个特征发射峰,总辐射通量为55μW,总荧光量子产率为4.07%;可见区内,样品受激后光通量为0.02 lm。文章首次将积分球法应用于多通道跃迁稀土离子荧光性能的测试,实现了荧光特性准确评价为目的的绝对光谱能量分布测试,为发光与激光材料光学性能的精确测量与表征提供了一种新方法。

Gastric fundic gland polyps(FGPs) are common nonadenomatous gastric polyps arising from normal fundic mucosa without Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection. Although systemic FGPs associated with familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP) often have dysplasia, there are few reports of dysplasia occurring in sporadic F G P s, e s p e c i a l l y w h e n d e t e c t e d b y m a g n i f y i n g endoscopy with narrow band imaging(ME-NBI). We experienced two cases of adenocarcinoma occurring in sporadic FGPs, and their ME-NBI findings were very useful for differentiating FGP with cancer from nondysplastic FGP. A 68-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman were referred to our institution for medical checkup. H. pylori was negative in both patients. Endoscopic examination revealed a small reddishpolypoid lesion on the anterior wall of the upper gastric body and several FGPs. ME-NBI showed an irregular microvascular architecture composed of closed loop- or open loop-type vascular components, plus an irregular microsurface structure composed of oval-type surface components which was different from that of FGPs. FAP was denied because of the absence of colon polyps and no familial history of FAP. Pathological diagnosis was adenocarcinoma occurring in sporadic FGP.
