In this paper,the performance of a permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMsG)-based wind energy conversion system(WECs)supplied to an uncontrolled rectifier-fed boost converter(BC)interfaced with a three-phase t-type three-level inverter(tLI)has been *** proposed WECs involves three converters,namely an uncontrolled rectifier that is used for conversion from AC to DC;a BC supplied by a PMsG-fed rectifier used to enhance the voltage gain;and a grid-connected three-phase t-type tLI is proposed to eliminate power-quality issues with synchronization of grid voltage and *** main goal of this research is to model and control the grid-connected t-type tLI using a d-q synchronous frame for wind energy for regulating the DC-link voltage and transferring the generated wind power from the BC to the ***,the perturb&observe(P&O)-based maximum power point(MPP)approach is recommended to keep track of the MPP for a BC that is supplied from a PMsG-based WECs under constant and variable wind *** proposed PMsG-based WECs interfaced with grid-connected t-type tLI using d-q control has been computationally modelled,simulated and validated with constant and variable speeds using MAtLAB®and simulink®.It is confirmed that the P&O-based MPP approach ensures maximum power for varying wind speeds,and the total harmonic distortion of the t-type tLI grid current value is 3.18%,which is within IEEE-519 ***,with grid synchronization,the power factor of the t-type tLI is maintained at unity to avoid power-quality issues.

the scanning force microscopy (sFM)/chemical force microscopy (CFM) were used to study the growth of grafted polyacrylamide (PAM) chains onto polyethylene (PE)-film with varying grafting *** from the CFM reveal reduced interaction between the probe and areas with grafted-PAM on the *** topography and the friction trace- minus-retrace (tMR) images are complementary to one another resulting from the reduced interaction of the probe that has specificity to chemical domains.

the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in the medium of marine microorganisms was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectra, polarization curves, and so on. Experimental results showed that the corrosion potential of carbon steel moved in a negative direction in the unpurified marine microorganism solution, and the polarization style of the cathodic process did not change. the electrochemical impedance spectra showed that the impedance value of the electrode decreased in the medium with bacteria, which indicated that the existence of microorganism could accelerate the corrosion progress of carbon steel.

the power output of the photovoltaic(PV) system having multiple arrays gets reduced to a great extent when it is partially shaded due to environmental hindrances. the maximum power trackers which are conventionally used may not be competent enough to find the maximum power point(MPP) during partially shaded conditions. the sensible reason for the failure of conventional trackers is during partial shaded conditions the PV arrays exhibit multi peak power curves, thereby making simple maximum power point tracking(MPPt) algorithms like perturb and observe(P&O) to get stuck with local maxima instead of capturing global ***, global search MPPt aided by evolutionary and swarm intelligence algorithms will be conducive to find global power point during partially shaded conditions. this work suggests a unified controller which feeds control signal to its power electronic conditioner placed at each module. the evolutionary algorithm which is taken into consideration in this work is differential evolution(DE).the performance of the proposed method is compared to the classical un-dimensional search controller and it is evident from the Matlab/simulink results that the unified controller prevails over the distributed counterpart.

A palladium catalyst immobilized on superparaganetic nanoparticles was prepared with a palladium loading of 0.30 mmol/g. the catalyst was characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, thermogravimetric analysis, Fourier transform infrared, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and nitrogen adsorption. the immobilized palladium catalyst was an efficient catalyst without added phosphine ligands for the suzuki cross-coupling reaction of several aryl bromides with phenylboronic acid. the recovery of catalyst was simply by magnetic decantation in the presence of a magnet. the immobilized palladium catalyst can be reused many times without significant degradation in catalytic activity. No leaching of active palladium species into the reaction solution was detected.

Due to the advanced developments in communication technologies,Internet of vehicles and vehicular adhoc networks(VANEt)offers numerous opportunities for effectively managing transportation *** the other,the cloud environment needs to disseminate the emergency message to the vehicles which are consistently distributed on the roadway so that every vehicle gets the messages from closer vehicles in a straightforward *** resolve this issue,clustering and routing techniques can be designed using computational intelligence *** this motivation,this paper presents a new type-2 fuzzy sets based clustering with metaheuristic optimization based routing(t2FsCMOR)technique for secure communication in *** t2FsC-MOR technique aims to elect CHs and optimal routes for secure intercluster data transmission in *** proposed model involves t2FsC technique for the selection of CHs and construction of *** t2FsC technique uses different parameters namely traveling speed(ts),link quality(LQ),trust factor(tF),inter-vehicle distance(IVD),and neighboring node count(NCC).the inclusion of trust factor helps to select the proper cluster heads(CHs)for secure data dissemination ***,trust aware seagull optimization based routing(tAsGOR)approach was derived for the optimal selection of routes in *** order to validate the enhanced performance of proposed technique,the set of simulations take place and the outcomes are examined interms of different *** experimental outcomes highlighted the improved performance of the proposed model over the other state of art techniques with a higher throughput of 98%.

Objective:to examine the antidiarrhoeal activity of alcoholic and aqueous seed kernel extract of Mangifera indica(***) on castor oil-induced diarrhoeul activity in swiss albino ***:Mango seed kernels were processed and extracted using alcohol and water. Antidiarrhoeal activity of the extracts were assessed using intestinal motility and faecal score ***:Aqueous and alcoholic extracts of *** significantly reduced intestinal motility and faecal score in swiss albino ***:the present study shows the traditional claim on the use of *** seed kernel for treating diarrhoea in southern parts of India.

this article studies the soret and Dufour effects on the magnetohydrody- namic （MHD） flow of the Casson fluid over a stretched surface. the relevant equations are first derived, and the series solution is constructed by the homotopic procedure. the results for velocities, temperature, and concentration fields are displayed and discussed. Numerical values of the skin friction coefficient, the Nusselt number, and the sherwood number for different values of physical parameters are constructed and analyzed. the convergence of the series solutions is examined.

Environmental Isotopic Characterization of Groundwater and surface Water in Northeast Missan Province,south Iraq

the present work studies the environmental isotopes assess groundwater characteristics of the different parts of the main aquifer in the northeast Missan Province in south of Iraq. Water samples of groundwater and surface water were collected for two dry and wet seasons during the water year of 2011-2012. the study shows that most of the groundwater in the aquifer falls above the global meteoric water line, and all the samples fall below the Mediterranean meteoric water line, indicating that these samples are a mixture of two water types. the tritium content of these samples supports this conclusion. the overall conclusion of this study indicates that there are two sources of groundwater recharge in the studied area： the ephemeral streams （teeb and Dewerge） and major precipitation sources. According to the tritium levels at or below one tritium unit （tU） obtained from the water, supply wells are highly confined or ＂not vulnerable＂. Overall, the 3^H results imply that recent recharge has taken place during the last four to five decades. In the recharge area, the high tritium content in the southern part of the teeb area suggests that the recharge originates from rapid infiltration of surface runoff. therefore, the groundwater resources in the study area should be protected from contamination, because it will influence the aquifer in a relatively short period of time if any contamination enters the recharge areas of the aquifer.
