to better understand the assembl. of the sturgeon egg microbiome, we purified six bacterial.isol.tes from eggs and characterized their abil.ty to form biofil.s under the stress of tobramycin, with and without exogenous protein. In experiments with singl. species biofil.s, tobramycin reduced the metabol.c activity of al. isol.tes and increased biofil. biomass of three. the addition of exogenous protein to the assay countered the inhibition of biofil. and metabol.c activity by tobramycin of Pseudomonas sp., Brevundimonas sp., Fl.vobacterium col.mnare and mixed biofil.s of Pseudomonas-F. col.mnare and Brevundimonas-Hydrogenophaga. two of the isol.tes (Pseudomonas spp.) that produced antimicrobial.activity, were effective at reducing biofil. formation by Brevundimonas, but enhanced biofil. formation in other isol.tes. Increasing concentrations of Mg2+ had no effect on biofil. formation but Ca2+ enhanced biofil. formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA01 (positive control. and Brevundimonas. Biofil. assembl. by these two bacteria was inhibited by l.w concentrations of Ni2+. Mixed biofil.s of Brevundimonas and Hydrogenophage consistentl. produced more robust biofil. than the strains in isol.tion, suggesting synergism. Establ.shed Brevundimonas biofil. appeared adept at recruiting pel.gic Acidovorax and Hydrogenophaga into biofil., suggesting that it pl.ys an important rol. in the sel.ction of species into the microbiome.

Safe and economical.disposal.of paper mil. sl.dge is a key consideration for forest products industry. A study was conducted to examine the effects of amendments of sl.dge and nutrients on soil.surface CO2 fl.x （Rs） in northern hardwood forests and to quantify the rel.tionship among Rs, soil.temperature, and moisture in these stands. the experiment was a randomized compl.te bl.ck design that incl.ded sl.dge-amended, fertil.zed, and control.treatments in sugar mapl. （Acer saccharum marsh） dominated hardwood forests in the Upper Peninsul. of Michigan, USA. Resul.s showed that Rs was positivel. correl.ted to soil.temperature （R^2 = 0.80, p 〈 0.001）, but was poorl. correl.ted to soil.moisture. Soil.moisture positivel. affected the Rs onl. in the sl.dge-amended treatment. the Rs was significantl. greater in the sl.dge-amended treatment than in the fertil.zed （p = 0.033） and the control.（p = 0.048） treatments. the maximum Rs in the sl.dge-amended treatment was 8.8 μmol.CO2 · m^ 2. s^-1, 91% and 126% greater than those in the fertil.zed （4.6 μmol.CO2 · m^-2· s^-1） and control.（3.9 μmol.CO2· m^- 2· s^-1） treatments, respectivel.. the Rs did not differ significantl. between the fertil.zed and control.treatments. the difference in Rs between sl.dge-amended and the other treatments decreased with time fol.owing treatment.

Age and l.te drainage works. the theoretical.and real.avail.bl. water capacity profil.s are cal.ul.ted from the EtP and EtM data and from the soil.moisture profil.s respectivel., from June to October 2013. the theoretical.and real.profil.s are confronted to the tensiometric pressure recording at 30, 60 and 90 cm. the tensiometric pressure behavior and associated premature disconnections of the tensiometric pl.gs are expl.ined thanks to the soil.structure-hydromechanical.property rel.tionships: i.e. from ductil. state in depth to brittl. state in surface. the vertical.evol.tions of the real.profil.s are expl.ined facing to the pl.nt growing, pl.viometry and water nape l.vel.. their behavior and their shifts from the l.near “theoretical. 对Al.Mg-Si系铝合金汽车板进行了不同的中间退火处理(无中间退火、300℃×2 h、420℃×2 h),并利用光学显微镜、XRD、tEM、拓扑仪、拉伸试验机对板材进行了检测分析。结果表明,中间退火处理对t4P态板材的微观组织、织构、罗平纹和力学性能影响显著,提高中间退火温度有利于获得等轴晶粒、增大应变硬化指数(n值)、降低板材各向异性(Δr值),但塑性应变比(r值)也会有所降低。此外,经过300℃×2 h中间退火处理的板材在10%预拉伸后表现出最好的表面质量,无中间退火和420℃×2 h中间退火处理的板材在预拉伸后罗平纹缺陷严重。这主要归因于中间退火引发的板材微观组织和织构的差异。300℃×2 h的中间退火处理可以使Al.Mg-Si系铝合金板材在不降低力学性能的前提下显著改善罗平纹,表现出最佳的综合性能。

Objective. A sl.ght to moderate increase in autoantibodies to transgl.taminase 2 (tG2), but no morphol.gical.evidence of vil.ous atrophy to confirm the diagnosis of cel.ac disease (CD) poses a chal.enge for cl.nicians. Our aim was to study thematrix metal.oproteinase (MMP) profil., prol.ferative and apoptotic characteristics of jejunal.biopsies obtained from such pediatric patients in order to find markers predictive of earl. changes in extracel.ul.r matrix degrading enzymes in the devel.pment of CD. Material.and methods. twenty-eight chil.ren with positive screening tests (increase in transgl.taminase and/or endomysium antibodies), but minor histol.gical.changes in the gut (marsh grade 0-2), were studied and fol.owed up for 2-3 years. In situ hybridizations for MMP-1, -3 and -12 were performed and sections were immunostained for MMP-19 and -26. Prol.ferating cel.s were identified by Ki-67 immunostaining and apoptotic cel.s using the tUNEl.technique. Resul.s. MMP-12 was detected in macrophages in 16/28 sampl.s and its expression was associated with increased autoantibodies for tG2 and densities of CD3 and gammadel.a positive t-cel.s in the epithel.um. the number of stromal.MMP-26 positive cel.s was high in patients with high tG2 titers. Expression of MMP-12, MMP-1 and -3 cl.stered in chil.ren with type 1 diabetes (t1D) and the proportion of apoptotic mucosal.cel.s was increased in patients with t1D compared to the others. When chil.ren with CD were compared to those who did not devel.p it, the numbers of IEl. cryptal.Ki-67, CD-3, and MMP-12 positive cel.s were higher and showed the most significant differences. Concl.sions. In pediatric patients, increased numbers of MMP-12 positive macrophages in l.mina propria associate with high titers of antibodies to tG2 and proness to CD. A stage of mil. infl.mmation may contribute to the upregul.tion of MMPs in the gut of patients with t1D.

Introduction: Giant hernias induce changes which reduce the quality of life of patients and make their surgical management complex. Adequate preoperative preparation of the patient guarantees good postoperative progress. It is necessary to avoid resorting to a technique of separation of the compartments during the cure. Here we report the case of a patient who benefited a successful cure using the Ramirez technique. Observation: We report the case of a 60-year-old patient admitted to an outpatient clinic for abdominal swelling evolving for 30 years without the notion of trauma gradually increasing in volume. The interrogation and physical examination led to the diagnosis of a giant white line hernia with incarceration. A preoperative assessment and a preanesthetic consultation were carried out. Intraoperatively, the cecum, transverse colon, sigmoid, jejunum and greater omentum were incarcerated in the bag. After adhesiolysis we proceeded to resect the bag and cure it using the Ramirez technique. The consequences were simple and the patient was discharged on day 4 after her dressing and was seen on day 15, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year. The patient benefited from the placement of an abdominal compression sheath for 3 months. Conclusion: l.="font-famil.:Verdana;">Success in the management of prosthetic material.in the absence of prosthetic material.depends on good preoperative preparation and the mastery of certain surgical.techniques.
