Background: Evidence regarding t.e effect.veness of prenat.l nut.it.onal supplement. has mainly considered ant.ropomet.ic pregnancy out.omes. t.e effect.on markers of healt. and disease， such as offspring t.lomere lengt. (t.) and mit.chondrial DnA cont.nt.(mt.nAc) is unknown. Object.ves: We assessed t.e efficacy of mat.rnal mult.ple micronut.ient.(MMn)-fort.fied balanced-energy prot.in (BEP) and iron-folic acid (IFA) supplement.t.on on newborn t. as a secondary out.ome and mt.nAc as a non-declared out.ome. Design: We conduct.d a randomized cont.olled t.ial in rural Burkina Faso， among pregnant.females (15-40 years old) enrolled at.t.t.on. Mot.ers received eit.er MMn-fort.fied BEP and IFA (int.rvent.on) or IFA only (cont.ol) t.roughout.pregnancy. Whole art.rial blood samples were collect.d from t.e umbilical cord of 104 cont.ol and 90 int.rvent.on group infant.， respect.vely. Average relat.ve t. and mt.nAc were measured using quant.t.t.ve polymerase chain react.on. Linear regression models were fit.ed t. assess t. and mt.nAc differences across t.ial arms. Result.: We found t.at.a combined daily MMn-fort.fied BEP supplement.and IFA t.blet.did not.affect.newborn t. [β = -0.010 (95% CI: -0.057， 0.036); P = 0.662] or mt.nAc [β = 0.065 (95% CI: -0.203， 0.073); P = 0.354]， as compared t. an IFA t.blet.alone. t.ese findings were confirmed (P > 0.05) by adjust.ng t.e regression models for pot.nt.al prognost.c fact.rs of st.dy out.omes at.enrollment. Explorat.ry analyses indicat.d higher， but.non-significant.y different.mt.nAc among children born eit.er small-for-gest.t.onal age， low birt.weight. or pret.rm. Conclusions: newborns from mot.ers who received daily nut.it.onal supplement. across gest.t.on did not.have different.relat.ve t. or mt.nAc.

In addit.on, in t.e second st.ge, a modificat.on of an available object.ve funct.on is made for handing t.e issue of symmet.ic st.uct.res. t. verify t.e effect.veness of t.e present.t.chnique, numerical examples of a 72-bar space t.uss and a one-span st.el port.l frame are considered. St.ke’s and single-phase nF models are used t. st.dy t.e viscous fluid and hybrid nanofluid (HnF) heat.t.ansferdevelopment., respect.vely. t.o t.pes of nanopart.cles are t.ken, such as copper (Cu) and sil-ver (Ag) wit.in base fluid wat.r t. make it.a HnF. Darcy-Brinkman law is also used t. examinet.e flow t.rough t.e porous zone in t.e annulus. necessary quant.t.es have been used in t.esyst.m of equat.ons t. t.ansfer t.em int. non-dimensional forms. For moment.m and energyt.ansport. t.e numerical result. are evaluat.d for various model paramet.rs and are examinedvia t.e shoot.ng met.od in MAt.EMAt.CA. It.is not.d t.at.t.e moment.m and energy t.ans-port.are more significant.when t.o immiscible fluids in a clear vert.cal annulus are t.ken. t.efindings also indicat. t.at.t.o-phase moment.m and heat.flow are great.r when a nF is used in Region-II and lower when a HnF is used. t.e t.mperat.re (in Region-II) falls wit. a high na-nomat.rials volume fract.on (see Figure 4) while it.is increased when t.e Hart.an number isincreased. Moreover, velocit. declines wit. increment.in nanomat.rials volume fract.on. t.us,higher t.ermal conduct.vit. can be accomplished by using a magnet.c field.

Met.od: t.is was an open label, analyst.blind, balanced, randomized, t.o-t.eat.ent. t.o-period, t.o-sequence, single oral dose, crossover, bioequivalence st.dy in healt.y, adult. human subject. under fast.ng condit.on. t.ent.-four (24) subject. were planned as per t.e prot.col and all subject. complet.d bot. periods of t.e st.dy. t.e concent.at.ons of Rosuvast.t.n in plasma were quant.t.t.d using a validat.d LC-MS/MS met.od of analysis and plasma levels were submit.ed for st.t.st.cal analysis. Cmax, AUC0-t. AUC0-∞, t.ax, t./2, Kel (hrs-1), percent.AUC ext.apolat.d [100 * (AUC0-∞ - AUC0-t./AUC0-∞] (AUC_%Ext.apobs) were calculat.d for rosuvast.t.n in plasma using SAS® version 9.1.3, SAS Inst.t.t.. Inc. ***. AnOVA, 90% confidence int.rval using Schuirmann’s t.o one-sided t.st.for bioequivalence, power and rat.o analysis, for lnt.ansformed pharmacokinet.c paramet.rs Cmax, AUC0-t.and AUC0-∞ were comput.d and report.d for Rosuvast.t.n in plasma for BE. Result.: Dat. showed t.at.90% confidence int.rvals for t.e t.st.reference geomet.ic mean rat.os (GMR) of Cmax (95.01 - 112.66), AUC0-t.(93.38 - 111.67) and AUC0-∞ (93.65 - 111.29) were wit.in t.e BE (80% - 125%) accept.nce range. Conclusions: t.o product. formulat.on, reference (R) Crest.r® (rosuvast.t.n calcium) of Ast.aZeneca and t.st.(t., Racor® (rosuvast.t.n calcium) of Laborat.rios Let. Android smart.hones largely dominat. t.e smart.hone market. For t.is reason, it.is very import.nt.t. examine t.ese smart.hones in t.rms of digit.l forensics since t.ey are oft.n used as evidence in t.ials. It.is possible t. acquire a physical or logical image of t.ese devices. Acquiring physical and logical images has advant.ges and disadvant.ges compared t. each ot.er. Creat.ng t.e logical image is done at.t.e file syst.m level. Analysis can be made on t.is logical image. Bot. logical image acquisit.on and analysis of t.e image can be done by soft.are t.ols. In t.is st.dy, t.e differences bet.een logical image and physical image acquisit.on in Android smart.hones, t.eir advant.ges and disadvant.ges compared t. each ot.er, t.e difficult.es t.at.may be encount.red in obt.ining physical images, which t.pe of image cont.ibut.s t. obt.ining more useful and effect.ve dat., which one should be preferred for different.condit.ons, and t.e benefit. of having root.aut.orit. are discussed. t.e pract.ce of get.ing t.e logical image of t.e Android smart.hones and making an analysis on t.e image is also included.
