BACKGRoUND Early gastric cancer(EGC)is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system,and its lymph node metastasis and survival prognosis have been *** ret.ospectively analyzing the clinical data of EGC patients,we can better under-stand the status of lymph node metastasis and its impact.on survival and *** to evaluate the prognosis of EGC patients and the factors that affect lymph node MEt.oDS the clinicopat.ological data of 1011 patients with EGC admitted to our hospital between January 2015 and December 2023 were collected in a ret.ospective cohort *** were 561 males and 450 *** mean age was 58±11 *** patient underwent radical *** status of lymph node metastasis in each group was determined according to the pat.ological examinat.on results of surgical *** out.omes were as follows:(1)Lymph node metastasis in EGC patients;(2)Analysis of influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in EGC;and(3)Analysis of prognostic factors in patients with *** distributed measurement data are expressed as mean±SD,and a t test was used for comparisons between *** data are expressed as absolute numbers or percentages,and the chi-square test was used for comparisons between *** data were compared using a nonparametric rank sum test.A log-rank test and a logistic regression model were used for univariate analysis.A logistic stepwise regression model and a Cox stepwise regression model were used for multivariate *** Kaplan-Meier met.od was used to calculate the survival rate and construct survival curves.A log-rank test was used for survival *** Analysis of influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in *** results of the multifactor analysis showed that tumor length and diameter,tumor site,tumor invasion depth,vascular thrombus,and tumor differentiat.on degree were independent influencing factors for lymph node metastasis in patients with EGC(odds rat.os=1.80,1.49,2.6

the elect.ocatalytic nitrate reduct.on react.on(NitRR)represents a promising approach toward achieving economically and environmentally sustainable ***,it remains a challenge to regulate the size effect.of elect.ocatalysts to optimize the catalytic activity and ammonia ***,the Cu-based catalysts were tailored at the atomic level to exhibit a size gradient ranging from single-atom catalysts(SACs,0.15–0.35 nm)to single-cluster catalysts(SCCs,1.0–2.8 nm)and nanoparticles(NPs,20–30 nm),with the aim of studying the size effect for the No_(3)^(-)-to-NH_(3) reduct.on ***,the Cu SCCs exhibit enhanced metal–substrate and metal–metal interact.ons by taking advantageous features of Cu SACs and Cu ***,Cu SCCs achieve except.onal elect.ocatalytic performance for the NitRR with a maximum Faradaic efficiency of ca.96%NH_(3)and the largest yield rate of ca.1.99 mg·h^(-1)·cm^(-2) at-0.5 V *** hydrogen elect.ode(RHE).the theoretical calculat.on further reveals the size effect and coordinat.on environment.on the high catalytic activity and selectivity for the *** work provides a promising various size-cont.olled design strategy for aerogel-based catalysts effectively applied in various elect.ocatalytic react.ons.

In this study,a novel met.od is proposed for producing perovskite rare-earth manganese oxide magnetic refrigerat.on materials that exhibit superior properties compared to similar *** maximum magnetic ent.opy change values for this sample are 1.44 and 3.75 J·kg-1·K-1for magnetic fields of 2 and 7 t,***,its relative cooling power has been calculated to be 101.96 and 404.78 J·kg-1,indicating good *** results were obtained using the sample synthesized under a pressure of 4 GPa,and the sample has undergone a second phase *** critical behavior of the sample fits well with the mean field *** different magnetic fields,there is a significant.overlap between the values of the maximum magnetic ent.opy change and the temperature-averaged ent.opy change,indicating that the refrigerat.on performance of the sample after high pressure can approach its maximum capability.

the crystal-structure symmetry in real space can be inherited in the reciprocal space,making high-symmetry materials the top candidates for thermoelectrics due to their potential for significant elect.onic band degeneracy.A practical indicator that can quantitatively describe structural changes would help facilitate the advanced thermoelectric material *** face-centered cubic structures,the spatial environment.of the same crystallographic plane family is isot.opic,such that the distances between the close-packed layers can be derived from the atomic distances within the *** by this,the relat.onship between inter-and intra-layer geometric informat.on can be used to compare crystal structures with their desired cubic *** close-packed layer spacing was found to be a practical guideline of crystal structure symmetry in IV-VI chalcogenides and I-V-VI_(2) ternary semiconductors,both of which are historically important *** continuous structural evolut.on toward high symmetry can be described by the layer spacing when temperature or/and composit.on change,which is demonstrated by a series of pristine and alloyed thermoelectric materials in this *** layerspacing-based guideline provides a quantitative pathway for manipulating crystal structures to improve the electrical and thermal properties of thermoelectric materials.
