Layered P2-type cat.odes with high voltage,large capacity,and easy synthesis show great potential for developing sodium(Na)-ion batteries(NIBs).However,the P2–o2 phase transit.on makes their structural degradat.on and the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering lowers their redox ***,we rat.onally propose a composit.onally graded P2-type cat.ode,where nickel(Ni)and manganese(Mn)fract.ons decrease gradually,and cobalt(Co)content increases contiguously from the inside to the outside of a secondary *** these particles,the Ni/Mn-based compound delivers high capacity and high *** the surface of particles,the Co/Mn-based solid solut.on offers a stable buffer *** from these synergistic effects,this graded P2-type cat.ode shows the eliminat.on of P2–o2 transformat.on even when charged to 4.4 V,which enables good structural stability,maintaining capacity retent.on reaching~80%within 300 ***,the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering superstructure is further suppressed,and the Na^(+)diffusion kinetics is significantly *** proposed graded structure with optimized chemical composit.on offers a new perspective for eliminating the unwanted phase transit.on and thus enhancing the elect.ochemistry of high-voltage layered cat.odes for advanced NIBs.

this paper is concerned with the optimal threshold select.on and resource allocat.on problems of quantized identificat.on, whose aims are improving identificat.on efficiency under limited resources. Firstly, the first.order asymptotically optimal quantized identificat.on theory is extended to the weak persistent excitat.on condit.on. Secondly, the characteristics of time and space complexities are established based on the Cramér-Rao lower bound of quantized systems. on these basis, the optimal select.on met.ods of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds are established under aperiodic signals, which answer how to achieve the best efficiency of quantized identificat.on under the same time and space complexity. In addit.on, based on the principle of maximizing the identificat.on efficiency under a given resource, the optimal resource allocat.on met.ods of quantized identificat.on are given for the cases of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds, respectively, which show how to balance time and space complexity to realize the best identificat.on efficiency of quantized identificat.on.

over the past t.o decades,(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))Nbo_(3)(KNN)-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have made significant ***,attaining a high elect.ostrain with remarkable temperature stability and minimal hysteresis under low electric fields has remained a significant *** address this long-standing issue,we have employed a collaborative approach that combines defect engineering,phase engineering,and relaxat.on *** LKNNS-6BZH ceramic,when sintered at t_(sint)=1170℃,demonstrates an impressive elect.ostrain with a d_(33) value of 0.276%and 1379 pm·V^(-1)under 20 kV·cm^(-1),which is comparable to or even surpasses that.of other lead-free and Pb(Zr,ti)o_(3)***,the elect.ostrain performance of this ceramic remains stable up to a temperature of 125℃,with the lowest hysteresis observed at 9.73%under 40 kV·cm^(-1).these excellent.overall performances are attributed to the presence of defect dipoles involving V′_(A)-V∙∙_(o) and B′_(Nb)-V∙∙o,the coexistence of R-o-t multiphase,and the tuning of the trade-off between long-range ordering and local *** work provides a lead-free alternative for piezoelectric actuators and a paradigm for designing piezoelectric materials with outstanding comprehensive performance under low electric fields.

Hydrogen economy based on elect.ochemical water splitting exemplified one of the most promising means for overcoming the rapid consumpt.on of fossil fuels and the serious deteriorat.on of global *** development.of earth-abundant,efficient,and durable elect.ocatalysts for hydrogen evolut.on react.on(HER)plays a vital role in the commercializat.on of water ***,the self-supported elect.ode with unique nit.ogen-doped reduced graphene oxide(N-rGo)nanoflakes and WS_(2) hierarchical nanoflower that were grown directly on carbon cloth(CC)substrate(WS_(2)/N-rGo/CC)was successfully synthesized using a facile dual-step hydrothermal *** as-synthesized 50%1t/2H-WS_(2)/N-rGo/CC(WGC),which possessed high metallic 1t phase of 57%not.only efficiently exposed more active sites and accelerated mass/charge diffusion,but also endowed excellent structural lustiness,robust stability,and durability at a high current *** a result,the 50%WGC exhibited lower overpotentials and tafel slopes of 21.13 mV(29.55 mV∙dec^(-1))and 80.35 mV(137.02 mV∙dec^(-1))as compared to 20%Pt-C/CC,respectively for catalyzing acidic and alkaline hydrogen evolut.on ***,the as-synthesized 50%WGC also depicted long-term stability for more than 8 h in the high-current-density regions(100 and 220 mA∙cm^(-2)).In brief,this work reveals a self-supported elect.ode as an extraordinary alternative to Pt-based catalysts for HER in a wide pH range,while paving a facile strategy to develop advanced elect.ocatalysts with abundant heterointerfaces for practical applicat.ons in energy-saving hydrogen product.on.

the finite Berry curvature in topological materials can induce many subtle phenomena, such as the anomalous Hall effect(AHE), spin Hall effect(SHE), anomalous Nernst effect(ANE), non-linear Hall effect(NLHE) and bulk photovoltaic effects. to explore these novel physics as well as their connect.on and coupling, a precise and effective model should be developed. Here, we propose such a versatile model—a 3D triangular lattice with alternating hopping parameters, which can yield various topological phases,including kagome bands, triply degenerate fermions, double Weyl semimetals and so on. We reveal that this special lattice can present unconvent.onal transport due to its unique topological surface states and the aforement.oned topological phenomena, such as AHE, ANE, NLHE and the topological photocurrent effect. In addit.on, we also provide a number of material candidates that have been synthesized experimentally with this lattice, and discuss t.o materials, including a non-magnetic triangular system for SHE, NLHE and the shift current, and a ferromagnetic triangular lattice for AHE and ANE. our work provides an excellent plat.orm, including both the model and materials, for the study of Berry-curvature-related physics.

the effect.of multiphase microstructure in the center segregat.on zones(CSZ)of high-strength steel thick plates on work hardening characteristics and crack initiat.on/propagat.on were *** was correlated with deformat.on damage behavior by using taylor factor(tF)gradients,kernel average misorientat.on(KAM),and geometric necessary dislocat.on(GND)*** results show that the segregat.on leads to a mixed structure of ferrite(soft phase)and martensite/bainite(hard phase)in the center of the thick *** to the 1/4 thickness(1/4 t)region,grain refinement.occurred in the CSZ,with KAM values increasing from 0.24 to 0.49 and a decrease in the proport.on of high-angle grain boundaries(>15°)from 77.4 to 51.8%.In the process of deformat.on,due to the influence of grain refinement and adjacent martensite/bainite,ferrite grains were divided into structural units with different tF *** higher KAM value and GND density at the interface between soft/hard phases resulted in severe work *** addit.on,the presence of micron-sized inclusions in the CSZ caused local strain concentrat.on and non-continuous deformat.on of the matrix,which induced crack *** fracture surface showed a mixed mode of brittle cleavage fracture and ductile fracture.

Elect.ochemical sensing provides a powerful technological means for the therapeutic drug monitoring of drug-resistant tuberculosis but requires a funct.onalized elect.ode to capture the analytes and catalyze their redox ***,we construct a nickel-tannic acid supramolecular net.ork(Ni-tA)on the surface of elect.ospun-derived C-Ceo_(2) nanofiber for the sensitive and simultaneous detect.on of isoniazid(INZ)and hydrazine(HYD).Mechanistic investigat.ons demonstrate that Ni-tA is elect.onegative and hydrophilic,thus facilitating an efficient mass and elect.on ***-tA/C-Ceo_(2) has higher adsorpt.on rate constants(0.091 g mg^(-1)h^(-1)for INZ,and 0.062 g mg^(-1)h^(-1)for HYD)than native C-Ceo_(2)(0.075 g mg^(-1)h^(-1)for INZ,and 0.047 g mg^(-1)h^(-1)for HYD).Moreover,Ni-tA/C-Ceo_(2)(56Ω)has lower charge transfer resistances than C-Ceo_(2)(417Ω).Ni-tA/C-Ceo_(2) performs low detect.on limits and wide linearity ranges for INZ(0.012μmol/L and 0.1-400μmol/L,respectively)and HYD(0.008μmol/L and 0.015-1420μmol/L,respectively),coupled with high selectivity,cycle stability and *** research demonstrated the promising applicat.ons of Ni-tA/C-Ceo_(2) by analyzing human-collected plasma and urine samples.
