At least six major genotypes of Hepatitis C virus （HCV） cause liver diseases worldwide. the efficacy rates with current standard of care are about 50% against genotype 1, the most prevalent strain in the United States, Europe and Japan. therefore more effective pan-genotypic therapies are needed. HCV RNA replication provides a number of validated targets for virus-specific and potentially pan-genotypic inhibitors. In vitro assays capturing the different steps of RNA synthesis are needed not only to identify new inhibitors, but also to examine their mechanisms of action. this review attempts to provide a comprehensive summary of the biochemical, cell-based and animal model systems to assess HCV polymerase activity and HCV RNA replication that should be useful for both basic research and applied studies.

1. An epidemic of meningococcus meningitis appeared in Changsha, Hunan, from January to June, 1935, and reached its acme in March. A total of about 130 cases were admitted to the Hsiang Ya Medical College Hospital, among which 56 cases were children below 12 years of age.2. About an equal number of children of the rich and of poor classes suffered from the disease. the highest age incidences were under one year and 6 to 8 years. the incidence among males was 58.9 per cent.3. In 34, or 60.7 per cent of cases, they were admitted before or on the third day of the disease. the rest came in varying from the fourth day to over one month.4. Of the 19, or 33.9 per cent, the mentality was clear at the time of admission while the rest varied from drowsiness to coma.5. Muscular rigidity manifested in stiffness and retraction of neck and opisthotonus may be absent in young infants; the Kernig’s sign is of comparatively little value in early life, and the tendon reflexes were irregular.6. Bulging of the fontanel was present in every case in which it was still open.7. Convulsions were present in 34, or 60.7 per cent of cases. the highest incidence was in infants below one year. Strabismus, if present, was a significant finding.8. In 9, or 16.0 per cent, petechial spots and in 2, or 3.5 per cent hemorrhagic eruptions were found. Only three cases developed herpes.9. Vomiting was present in 50 cases, or 89.2 per cent. Patients were usually obstinately constipated. Only four cases complained of diarrhea.10. the temperature was irregular and the characteristic temperature curve was present in a few cases only.11. Four clinical forms of the disease were observed: (1) fulminating, (2) frank, (3) mild and (4) basilar types.12. Spinal fluid in the majority revealed a cell count from 2,000 to 20,000 per cmm. Four cases had cell counts below 500 per cmm and two cases 500 to 1,000 per cmm. the neutrophiles in the spinal fluid were usually above 80 and 90 per cent. A few cases revealed 40 or

AIM: to determine predictive factors for postoperative dysphagia after laparoscopic myotomy for ***: Logistic regression was used to investigate the possible association between the response (postoperative dysphagia, with two levels: none/mild and moderate/severe)and several plausible predictive ***: Eight patients experienced severe or moderate postoperative dysphagia. the logistic regression revealed that only the severity of preoperative dysphagia (with four levels; mild, moderate, severe, and liquid) was a marginally significant (P=0.0575) predictive factor for postoperative ***: the severity of postoperative dysphagia is strongly associated with preoperative dysphagia. Preoperative symptomatology can significantly impact patient outcome.

Flume experiments in which the silty deltas were developed under unsteady flows were *** examined several increasing and decrease rates of *** showed that sedimentary processes of a delta were aggradation at high increase rates of discharge,backstepping at middle rates,and progradation at low *** the phase of decreasing flow,there was hysteresis in the development *** if the decrease rate was the same,the process of topographic change was different according to the previous state of the delta *** we found that the development processes related with the sediment balance(erosion-sedimentation) on the topset bed that was quasi-equilibrium state at low increase rates of flow discharge,but was non-equilibrium state at high increase rates of discharge.

Classification of garbage is of paramount importance prior to process them to categorise physically and this process helps to manage wastes by maintaining pollution free *** systems that have capability segregate garbage are on the rise,but efficient and accurate segmentation with recognition mechanisms draw the attention of researchers.A computer vision approach for classifying garbage into respective recyclable categories could be one of the effective and economical ways of processing *** project mainly focused on capturing real-time images of a single piece of garbage and classifying it into three divisions:paper,or metal,or biodegradable(food)*** garbage class contains around 2000 images obtained from an open-source dataset and images collected from Google and personally collected custom *** developed intelligent models provide the effectiveness of the machine and deep learning in classification with structural and non-structural *** model used was a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)named *** project showcased vision based approach capable of maintaining an accuracy of 61%.the CNN was not trained to its maximum capacity due to the difficulty of finding optimal hyperparameters,as most of the images were gathered from Google Images.
