Structural Basis for Complementary and Alternative Medicine:Phytochemical Interaction with Non-Structural Protein 2 Protease-A Reverse Engineering Strategy

Objective： to understand the druggability of the bioactive compounds from traditional herbal formulations ＂Nilavembu Kudineer＂ and ＂Swasthya Raksha Amruta Peya＂ to heal chikungunya virus （CHIKV） infection. Methods： the efficiency of twenty novel chemical entities from ＂Nilavembu Kudineer＂ and ＂Swasthya Raksha Amruta Peya＂ to inhibit CHIKV infection in silico were evaluated. Ligands were prepared using Ligprep module of Schr0dinger. Active site was identified using SiteMap program. Grid box was generated using receptor grid generation wizard. Molecular docking was carried out using Grid Based Ligand Docking with Energetics （GLIDE） program. Results： Molecular docking studies showed that among twenty compounds, andrographoside, deoxyandrographoside, neoandrographolide, 14-deoxy-11-oxoandrographolide, butoxone and oleanolic acid showed GLIDE extra precision （XP） score of-9.10,-8.72, -8.25,-7.38,-7.28 and -7.01, respectively which were greater than or comparable with chloroquine （reference compound） XP score （-7.08） and were found to interact with the key residues GLLI 1043, LYS 1045, GLY 1176, LEU 1203, HIS 1222 and LYS 1239 which were characteristic functional unit crucial for replication of CHIKV. Conclusion： the binding affinity and the binding mode of chemical entities taken from herbal formulations with non-structural protein 2 protease were understood and our study provided a novel strategy in the development and design of drugs for CHIKV infection.

Effect of Deposition Potential on Synthesis, Structural,Morphological and Photoconductivity Response of Cu2O thin Films by Electrodeposition technique

the present work describes the effect of deposition potentials on structural,morphological,optical,electrical and photoconductivity responses of cuprous oxide(Cu2O)thin films deposited on fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate by employing electrodeposition technique.X-ray diffraction patterns reveal that the deposited films have a cubic structure grown along the preferential(111)growth orientation and crystallinity of the film deposited at.0.4 V is improved compared to the films deposited at.0.2,.0.3 and.0.5 *** electron microscopy displays that surface morphology of Cu2O film has a well-defined three-sided pyramid-shaped grains which are uniformly distributed over the surface of the substrates and are significantly changed as a function of deposition *** and photoluminescence spectra manifest that the film deposited at.0.4 V has a good crystal quality with higher acceptor concentration compared to other ***–visible analysis illustrates that the absorption of Cu2O thin film deposited at.0.4 V is notably higher compared to other films and the band gap of Cu2O thin films decreases from 2.1 to 2.04 eV with an increase in deposition potential from.0.2 to.0.5 *** frequency–temperature dependence of impedance analysis shows that the film deposited at.0.4 V has a high conductivity.I– V measurements elucidate that the film deposited at.0.4 V exhibits a good photoconductivity response compared to films deposited in other deposition potentials.

the requirement of fault diagnosis in the field of automobiles is growing higher day by *** reliability of human resources for the fault diagnosis is *** are one of the major critical components in automobiles that require closer and active *** research work demonstrates a fault diagnosis technique for monitoring the hydraulic brake system using vibration *** signals of a rotating element contain dynamic information about its health ***,the vibration signals were used for the brake fault diagnosis *** study was carried out on a brake fault diagnosis experimental *** vibration signals under different fault conditions were acquired from the setup using an *** condition monitoring of the hydraulic brake system using the vibration signal was processed using a machine learning *** machine learning approach has three phases,namely,feature extraction,feature selection,and feature *** features were extracted from the vibration *** prominent features were selected using the decision *** selected features were classified using a fuzzy *** histogram features and the fuzzy classifier combination produced maximum classification accuracy than that of the statistical features.

石墨颗粒增强金属基复合材料能够提供更好的切削加工性能和摩擦性能。用灰度模糊算法优化Al-SiC-Gr混合金属基复合材料的加工参数,以获得到具有优秀综合性能的材料。当混合金属基复合材料中SiC-Gr的质量分数分别为5%、7.5%和10%时,对应的拉伸强度分别为170、210和204 MPa。另外,与另外2种材料相比,Al-10%(SiC-Gr)复合材料具有更好的切削加工性能。与其他的灰度技术相比,灰度模糊逻辑算法在输出方面提高了推理的合理性,降低了不确定性。实验结果表明,在设置的相同加工参数下,与其他的灰度技术相比,灰度模糊逻辑算法的推理合理性从0.619提高到0.891,且同时保证材料具有更好的综合性能。

Structural and photoluminescence studies on europium-doped lithium tetraborate(Eu:Li2B4O7)single crystal grown by microtube Czochralski(μt-Cz)technique

Rare earth europium（Eu（3＋））-doped lithium tetraborate（Eu：Li_2B_4O_7） crystal is grown from its stoichiometric melt by microtube Czochralski pulling technique（μt-Cz） for the first time. the grown crystals are subjected to powder x-ray diffraction（PXRD） analysis which reveals the tetragonal crystal structure of the crystals. UV–vis–NIR spectral analysis is carried out to study the optical characteristics of the grown crystals. the crystal is transparent in the entire visible region, and the lower cutoff is observed to be at 304 nm. the existence of BO_3 and BO_4 bonding structure and the molecular associations are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared（FtIR） spectroscopy. the results of excitation and emission-photoluminescence spectra of europium ion incorporated in lithium tetraborate（LtB） single crystal reveal that the observations of peaks at 258,297, and 318 nm in the excitation spectra and peaks at 579, 591, 597, 613, and 651 nm are observed in the emission *** chromaticity coordinates are calculated from the emission spectra, and the emission intensity of the grown crystal is characterized through a CIE 1931（Commission International d＇Eclairage） color chromaticity diagram.
