In the last forty years,the rise of HIV has undoubtedly become a major concern in the field of public health,imposing significant economic burdens on affected ***,it becomes imperative to undertake comprehensive investigations into the mechanisms governing the dissemination of HIV within the human *** this work,we have devised a mathematical model that elucidates the intricate interplay between CD4^(+)t-cells and viruses of HIV,employing the principles of fractional *** production rate of CD4^(+)t-cells,like other immune cells depends on certain factors such as age,health status,and the presence of infections or ***,we incorporate a variable source term in the dynamics of HIV infection with a saturated incidence rate to enhance the precision of our *** introduce the fundamental concepts of fractional operators as a means of scrutinizing the proposed HIV *** facilitate a deeper understanding of our system,we present an iterative scheme that elucidates the trajectories of the solution pathways of the *** show the time series analysis of our model through numerical findings to conceptualize and understand the key factors of the *** addition to this,we present the phase portrait and the oscillatory behavior of the system with the variation of different input *** information can be utilized to predict the long-term behavior of the system,including whether it will converge to a steady state or exhibit periodic or chaotic oscillations.

Effect of ultrasonic assisted KOH pretreatment on physiochemical characteristic and anaerobic digestion performance of wheat straw

In this study,ultrasonic field was applied during potassium hydroxide(KOH) pretreatment of wheat straw(WS).three concentrations of KOH(2%,4%,and 6%) were tested during *** results showed that there was a significant influence of the ultrasonic assisted KOH pretreatment(KOH(Upt)) on physiochemical characteristics of WS during pretreatment as well as on digester *** pretreatment time was optimized to 36 h for all KOH *** highest total volatile fatty acid(tVFA) productions(3189 mg·L^-1) from 6%KOHupt samples were ***,the SEM analysis and FtIR observation revealed that KOH(Upt) effectively disrupted the physical morphology of WS and successful breaking of lignin and hemicellulose linkage between carboxyl ***,the highest biogasification(555 ml·(g VS(loaded))^-1) and biomethane productions(282 ml·(g VS(loaded))^-1) from 4%KOH(Upt) digesters,with 69% of biodegradability,indicated significant availability of organic matter from KOH(Upt).the R^2 values(0.993-0.998) in Modified Gompertz Model indicated that the model was feasible to predict methane yield for this ***,the Bo values for 4%KOH(Upt)(283.30±2.74 ml·(gVS(loaded))^-1) were also in agreement to the experimental methane *** results suggested that ultrasonic addition during KOH pretreatment of WS can effectively increase the organic yield during ***,the increase in methane production from 4% KOH(Upt) suggested that digester performance can be improved with lower KOH concentrations using this pretreatment.

Arthropod prey of imported fire ants （Hymenoptera： Formicidae） in Mississippi sweetpotato fields

the red imported fire ants, Solenopsis invicta （Buren）, are generally considered pests. they have also been viewed as beneficial predators feeding on other insect pests of various agroecosystems. this study documents the foraging habits of fire ants in a sweetpotato field in Mississippi. Fire ant foraging trails connecting outside colonies to a sweetpotato field were exposed and foraging ants moving out of the field toward the direction of the colony were collected along with the solid food particles they were carrying. the food material was classified as arthropod or plant in origin. the arthropod particles were identified to orders. Fire ant foragers carried more arthropods than plant material. Coleoptera and Homoptera were the most abundant groups preyed upon. these insect orders contain various economically important pests of sweetpotato. Other major hexapod groups included the orders Hemiptera, Diptera and Collembola. the quantity of foraged material varied over the season. No damage to sweetpotato roots could be attributed to fire ant feeding. Imported fire ant foraging may reduce the number of insect pests in sweetpotato fields.

Magnetocaloric and magneto-transport properties of Gd_(10)Co_(20)Si_(70) alloy

We report the results of magnetic, thermodynamic, transport and magnetocaloric effect (MCE) studies of newly synthesized Gd_(10)Co_(20)Si_(70) alloy. these measurements confirm an antiferromagnetic transition at t_N=9 K. Both MCE and magnetoresistance (MR) show quadratic dependence on the applied magnetic field, indicating the presence of spin fluctuations in the alloy. the maximum values of the magnetic entropy change determined from the isothermal magnetization data for magnetic field change of 7 and9 t are found to be 10.5 and 15.6 J/kg·K, respectively. As a consequence of the spin fluctuations effect, the MCE peaks are pulled towards high temperature side as asymmetrically broadened peak. the MR attains a large positive value of 73%at 2 K in 8 t. the large MR and reversible MCE make this alloy an attractive multifunctional magnetic material.

Bleeding outcomes after non-emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in the very elderly

Background Octogenarians constitute an increasing proportion of patients presenting for non-emergency percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods this study evaluated the in-hospital procedural characteristics and outcomes, including the bleeding events of 293 octogenarians presenting between January 2010 and December 2012 for non-emergency PCI to a single large volume tertiary care Aus- tralian center. Comparisons were made with 293 consecutive patients aged less than or equal to 60 years, whose lesions were matched with the octogenarians. Results Non-St elevation myocardial infarction was the most frequent indication for non-emergency PCI in octoge- narians. Compared to the younger cohort, they had a higher prevalence of co-morbidities and more complex coronary disease, comprising more type C and calcified lesions. Peri-procedural use of low molecular weight heparin （LMWH; 1.0% vs. 5.8%; P 〈 0.001） and glycopro- tein IIb/IIIa inhibitors （2.1% vs. 9.6%; P 〈 0.001） was lower, while femoral arterial access was used more commonly than in younger patients （80.9% vs. 67.6%; P 〈 0.001）. Overall, there was a non-significant trend towards higher incidence of all bleeding events in the elderly （9.2% vs. 5.8%; P = 0.12）. there was no significant difference in access site or non-access site bleeding and major or minor bleeding between the two cohorts. Sub-analysis did not reveal any significant influence on bleeding rates by the use of LMWH, glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors or femoral arterial access. In addition, there were no significant differences in the rates of in-hospital mortality, stroke or acute stent thrombosis between the two groups. Conclusions In this single center study, we did not observe significant increases in adverse in-hospital outcomes including the incidence of bleeding in octogenarians undergoing non-emergency PCI.

the Rydberg states of neutral atoms are strongly polarisable and possess long lifetimes because of high energies which can lead to strong and long range dipole-dipole *** energy levels corresponding to these states are shifted because of dipole-dipole interactions and can be used to block transitions of more than one excitation in the Rydberg *** reputed Rydberg blockade is obtained when the excitation is shifted out of resonance by these *** induced transparency(EIt)is sensitive to a small *** large distances,up to several micrometers,the interactions can interrupt the EIt *** we investigate a novel scheme based on EIt and Rydberg blockade and performed a simulation of a controlled-NOt(C-NOt)quantum gate which is critical for quantum computation by using neutral atoms.

Challenges for the sustainable use of water and land resources under a changing climate and increasing salinization in the Jizzakh irrigation zone of Uzbekistan

Jizzakh Province in Uzbekistan is one of the largest irrigated areas in Central Asia without natural *** combination with aridity,climate change and extensive irrigation practices,this has led to the widespread salinization of agricultural *** aim of this study was to identify opportunities to improve the reclamation status of the irrigated area and how best to effectively use the water resources in Jizzakh Province based on investigations conducted between 1995 and 2016.A database of field measurements of groundwater levels,mineralization and soil salinity conducted by the provincial Hydro-Geological Reclamation Expeditions was used in the *** total groundwater mineralization was determined using a portable electric conductometer(Progress 1t)and the chloride concentration was determined using the Mohr *** soil salinity analyses were conducted by applying two different methods:(1)the extraction and assessment of the soluble salt content,and(2)using an SM-138 conductivity sensor applied to a 1:1 mixture of soil sample and *** analyses of the monitoring results and the salt balance in the"irrigation water–soil–drainage water"system clearly demonstrated that the condition of the irrigated land in the province was not significantly *** these conditions,the stability of crop yields is achieved mainly through the use of large volumes of ***,excess amounts of mineral fertilizers can also cause the salinization of *** average groundwater salinization value in most of the irrigated land(75.3%)fluctuated between 1.1 and 5.0 g/L,while the values were less than 1.0 g/L in 13.1%of the land and in the range of 5.1–10.0 g/L in 10.5%of the *** the period of 1995–2016 the salinization level of the irrigated land in Jizzakh Province increased slightly and the area could be divided into the following classes:no salinity(17.7%of the total area),low salinity(51.3%),moderate salinity(29.0%),and high salinity(2.0%).De

Stability of LRS Bianchi type-I cosmological models in f(R,t)-gravity

this paper examines the stability of the transition from the early decelerating stage of the Universe to the recent accelerating stage for the perfect fluid cosmological locally rotationally symmetric(LRS) Bianchi-I model in f(R, t) theory. to determine the solution of field equations, the idea of a timevarying deceleration parameter(DP) which yields a scale factor, for which the Universe attains a phase transition scenario and is consistent with recent cosmological observations, is used. the time-dependent DP yields a scale factor a=exp■, where β and k are respectively arbitrary and integration constants. By using the recent cons_traints(H_0 _= 73.8, and q_0 =-0.54) from type Ia Supernova(SN Ia) data in combination with Baryonic Acoustic Oscillations(BAO) and Cosmic Microwave Background(CMB) observations(Giostri et al.), we obtain the values of β = 0.0062 and k = 0.000016 for which we have derived a cosmological model from the early decelerated phase to the present accelerating phase. By applying_ other r_ecent constraints(H_0 = 73.8, q_0 =-0.73) from SNe Ia Union data(Cunha), we obtain the values of β = 0.0036 and k = 0.000084 for which we have derived a cosmological model in the accelerating phase only. We have compared both models with experimental data. the stability of the background solution has been examined also for the metric perturbations alongside the properties of future singularities in a Universe ruled by dark energy with phantom type fluid. We demonstrate the presence of a stable fixed point with a condition of state ω this is really a late-time attractor in the ghost overwhelmed Universe. Some physical and geometric properties of the model are found and examined.
