摘要目的确定联合应用索拉非尼与有孔药物洗脱球(dEB)肝动脉化学栓塞(tACE)治疗不可切除性肝癌的疗效。材料与方法研究符合赫尔辛基宣言的原则,所有病人在入组前均提供书面通知。入选标准:不可切除性肝细胞癌病人、初治病人、东部肿瘤协作组织评分0～1和Child-Pugh评分A-B7的病人。连续索拉非尼治疗(400 mg,2次/d)开始于第一轮dEB tACE治疗前1周,6周一个周期。6个月内最多允许4次dEB tACE治疗。主要终点指标是安全性。次要终点指标为疾病进展时间(ttP)、缓解率和总生存率(OS),并

AIm： to determine whether neutrophil depletion and Kupffer cell inhibition might combine their protective effects to decrease the severity of acute pancreatitis. mEthOdS： Nice had cerulein administration to induce acute pancreatitis and were pretreated with either anti-mouse neutrophil serum or gadolinium chloride （GdCh） to prevent Kupffer cell activation, or both treatments. Injury was assessed in pancreas and lungs. myeloperoxidases （mPO） assessed neutrophil infiltration. Interleukin-6 （IL-6） and IL-10 were measured in serum, pancreas, lungs and liver. RESULtS： In mice with acute pancreatitis, neutrophil depletion reduced the severity of pancreatitis and pancreatitis-associated lung injury. Kupffer cell inactivation by GdCh had less protective effect, although IL-6 and IL-10 concentrations were significantly decreased. the protective treatment brought by neutrophil depletion was not enhanced by Kupffer cell inactivation and both treatments did not combine their protective effects. CONCLUSION： Our results confirm the role of activated neutrophils in aggravating organ injury in acute pancreatitis while the role of Kupffer cell activation is less obvious.

Breeding of apple is a long-term and costly process due to the time and space requirements for screening selection ***-assisted breeding utilizes genomic and phenotypic information to increase the selection efficiency in breeding programs,and measurements of phenotypes in different environments can facilitate the application of the approach under various climatic *** we present an apple reference population:the apple REFPOP,a large collection formed of 534 genotypes planted in six European countries,as a unique tool to accelerate apple *** population consisted of 269 accessions and 265 progeny from 27 parental combinations,representing the diversity in cultivated apple and current European breeding material,respectively.A high-density genome-wide dataset of 303,239 SNPs was produced as a combined output of two SNP arrays of different densities using marker imputation with an imputation accuracy of *** on the genotypic data,linkage disequilibrium was low and population structure was *** well-studied phenological traits of horticultural importance were *** found marker–trait associations in several previously identified genomic regions and maximum predictive abilities of 0.57 and 0.75 for floral emergence and harvest date,*** decreasing SNP density,the detection of significant marker–trait associations varied depending on trait *** of the trait,10,000 SNPs sufficed to maximize genomic prediction *** confirm the suitability of the apple REFPOP design for genomics-assisted breeding,especially for breeding programs using related germplasm,and emphasize the advantages of a coordinated and multinational effort for customizing apple breeding methods in the genomics era.

Purpose: to report any epidemiological, anatomo-clinical and therapeutic aspects of maxillary ameloblastoma at the Yalgado Ouedraogo University hospital (ChU-YO). materials and method: this was a descriptive and retrospective study covering the period ranging from January 1, 2010 to december 31, 2016. All patients received in the stomatology department for maxillary ameloblastoma with histological confirmation were included in the study. Consultation registers were used as the basis for data collection. Results: In our study, 50 cases were reported, i.e. an incidence of 7.14 cases per year. the mean age was 30.16 years with a sex ratio of 0.56. housewives were the most affected and the average time to consultation was 2.5 years. the site of the tumor was in the majority of cases the mandible 82%, with swelling as the main reason for consultation. X-rays showed a predominance of monogeodic images in 56% of the cases. Conservative surgery was performed in 56% of the cases. Conclusion: Ameloblastoma is common in our area, characterized by delayed consultation. Strengthening of the technical facilities and awareness campaigns for the populations for early consultation are required.

目的收集并分析ChINEt中国细菌耐药性监测网中5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁。方法采用纸片扩散法或自动化仪器法按统一方案进行药物敏感性试验。按CLSI 2014年版标准判断结果。结果 2005—2014年,每年的临床分离菌数量为22 774~84 572株。大肠埃希菌中产ESBL菌株检出率为51.7%~55.8%。在上述时期内大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的耐药率有所下降。肺炎克雷伯菌中碳青霉烯类耐药株由2.4%上升至13.4%。铜绿假单胞菌对包括亚胺培南和美罗培南的所有受试抗菌药物的耐药率均有所下降。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率由31.0%逐步上升至66.7%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率由2005年的69%逐年下降至2014年的44.6%。结论国内肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率高。上述结果显示细菌耐药性监测对于细菌感染的有效治疗十分重要。
