trace hydrogen sulphide(H_(2)S)could reflect the severity of insulation faults in gas-insulated switchgear(GIS),therefore,accurate and fast detection of low-concentration H_(2)S is important for on-line monitoring,fault diagnosis,and state evaluation in ***-ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) chemiresistive-type sensors were fabricated via drop-coating with self-reduction synthesised Ag-doped ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x).the as-prepared sensors exhibited an excel-lent sensitivity and selectivity to H_(2)S with an extremely low detection of limit of 18.57 parts per billion(ppb)at 25℃(room temperature).the response of Ag-ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) sensor to 10 parts per million(ppm)H_(2)S was enhanced~12 times than that of the pristine ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) *** compositing of ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) with Ag nanoparticles(NPs)enabled the fast response/recovery time for H_(2)S *** analysis found that the enhanced H_(2)S sensing performances could be attributed to chemical sensitisation,adsorbed oxygen species regulation and high Brunauer–Emmett–teller(BEt)surface *** study paves the way for Ag-ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x) as room-temperature sensing materials to detect low-concentration H_(2)S in GIS.

Smart actuators have a wide range of applications in bionics and energy *** ability to reconfigure shape is essential for soft actuators to achieve various shapes and deformations,which is a crucial feature for next-generation ***,it is still an enormous challenge to establish a straightforward approach to creating programmable and reconfigurable ***-cellulose nanofiber composite film(MCCf)with a brick-and-mortar hierarchical structure was produced through a vacuum filtration *** demonstrates impressive mechanical properties such as a tensile stress of 68 MPa and a Young’s modulus of 4.65 ***,the MCCf highlights its potential for water-assisted shaping/welding due to the abundance of hydrogen bonds between MXene and cellulose *** also showcases capabilities as a humiditydriven actuator with a rapid response rate of 550°·s^(−1).Using the methods of water-assisted shaping/welding,several bionic actuators(such as flower,butterfly,and muscle)based on MCCf were designed,highlighting their versatility in applications of smart *** research showcases the impressive capabilities of MXene-based actuators and offers beneficial insights for the advancement of future intelligent materials.

the single-phase high-entropy alloy film is difficult to meet severe friction conditions due to its low hardness and high friction ***-composite structure film is composed of at least two separated phases,showing the properties of strength and toughness integration and excellent wear *** design of nanocomposite structures can effectively improve the mechanical properties and tribological properties of high-entropy alloy *** this study,the(CuNitiNbCr)C_(x) nanocomposite high-entropy films(HEfs)integrated with high hardness,high toughness,and self-lubrication were synthesized by the double-target co-sputtering *** effect of carbon content on microstructure,mechanical properties,and tribological properties of(CuNitiNbCr)C_(x) films was *** the increase of carbon content in the HEfs,the carbon atoms preferentially react with ti,Nb,and Cr to form a(tiNbCr)C ceramic-reinforced phase,and then the excess carbon atoms precipitate in the form of amorphous carbon(a-C)lubricating phase in the *** structure of the HEfs changes from an amorphous structure to a nanocomposite structure of amorphous(amorphous CuNitiNbCr phase+a-C phase)/nanocrystalline(tiN-bCr)C *** the carbon content is about 21.2 at.%,the carbide phase in the film reaches saturation and the hardness and modulus of the films are highest,which are 18 GPa and 228 GPa,*** HEfs with a carbon content of 44.0 at.%show the best toughness and tribological properties with a friction coefficient of 0.16 and a wear rate of 2.4×10^(-6) mm^(3)/(N m),which is mainly attributed to the excellent resistance to fatigue crack growth and the interfacial lubricating layer formed in the friction *** nanocomposite(CuNitiNbCr)C_(x) HEfs show very promising application prospect in the field of friction protection.

Regulatory t cells(tregs)suppress immune responses and ***,we described the distinct nonimmunological role of tregs in fracture *** recruitment from the circulation pool,peripheral induction,and local expansion rapidly enriched tregs in the injured *** tregs in the injured bone displayed superiority in direct osteogenesis over tregs from lymphoid *** depletion of tregs compromised the fracture healing process,which leads to increased bone *** addition,bone callus tregs showed unique t-cell receptor *** was the most overexpressed protein in bone callus tregs,and it can directly facilitate the proliferation and differentiation of osteogenic precursor cells by activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signaling *** results of loss-and gain-function studies further evidenced that amphiregulin can reverse the compromised healing caused by treg *** also enriched in patient bone callus and amphiregulin can promote the osteogenesis of human pre-osteoblastic *** findings indicate the distinct and nonredundant role of tregs in fracture healing,which will provide a new therapeutic target and strategy in the clinical treatment of fractures.

In situ inflow and outflow permeability tests with the BAt probe at SarapuíII soft clay test site are presented.A description of the BAt permeability test is provided,discussing its advantages and shortcomings,especially in the case of very soft clays under low *** pressures were monitored during probe installation and were found to be slightly lower than piezocone u2 pore pressures,consistent with the position of the *** role of filter tip saturation was investigated after the usual saturation procedure provided an unsatisfactory pore pressure response during probe *** show that the vacuum saturation procedure provides adequate response during installation and increases the reliability of the coefficient of permeability determination in early *** inflow and outflow tests yielded similar results,indicating that careful execution of the test can lead to good test repeatability regardless of the loading *** sequences of alternated inflow and outflow tests have yielded similar results,indicating that soil reconsolidation and filter clogging were negligible in the tests *** are presented concerning the relationship between index parameters and the in situ coefficient of permeability for SarapuíII clay,which plot outside the range of existing databases.
