中国和越南作为千年来的好邻居,在文化交流不断增进的同时,语言上的借用也越来越明显。从历史角度来看,越南在使用汉语方面已经有两千多年的历史了,越南语在汉语的影响下也不断地发展。因此汉语音节和越南语音节之间有许多相似之处,当然也有着很多不同的地方。受当下全球“汉语热”的影响,越来越多的越南人重新开始学习和使用汉语,而这一现象对汉语习得和教学也提出了越来越高的要求。汉语和越南语到底有着什么样的异同?这些异同又带给汉语教学什么影响?这一课题值得研究。音节是语音的基本结构单位,也是人说话时自然感觉到的最小语音单位。越南语的外语转录法(即使用越南语的音节转音外语的发音),是越南人理解外语常用的一种简单办法。由于汉语音节与越南语音节存在着共同点,许多越南的汉语初学者习惯用这一特性,在学习汉语时经常使用与汉语音节相同或听觉相似的越南语音节来代替。越南学生在汉语习得的过程中存在的发音偏误也与其他国家学生有所不同,并且这些偏误经常发生且有规律可循。对此,笔者以《现代汉语词典》中的403个不带声调的音节为对象、以“基于汉越对比的汉语音节教学策略”为主题进行研究。本文根据音节发音的特点,从越南语音节中找出了403个与现代汉语不带声调音节有对应关系的音节,通过统计、分类、比较、调查问卷等方法,对这些音节的实际发音情况进行了对比分析。研究结果显示:59%的汉语音节在越南语中有对应的音节,可以用这些对应的音节来代替汉语音节;带有声母c[ts?]、ch[t??]、j[?]、q[??]、k[k?]、p[p?]、z[ts]的汉语音节在越语中是完全没有对应和相似音节的。带有韵母ü[y]、er[?]、ie[i?]、üe[y?]、iao[iɑ?]、iou[i??]、iong[i??]、uen[u?n]、üan[y?n]的汉语音节是与越语发音相似而不完全一致的。越南学生利用汉语和越南语对应的音节来习得拼音会产生偏误,对此本文找出了相应的汉语音节难度等级并提出了对应的教学策略。全文共分为五章。第一章是引言,包括研究背景、研究内容及意义、研究方法、选题依据和文献综述。第二章是汉、越语对比音节的选取,从汉语、越南语语音系统的异同中提炼了两种语言的特征并进行对比。第三章是论文的主体部分,通过汉-越音节的对比,在汉语的403个不带声调的音节中找出与越南语相对应的音节,并将汉语与越南语按照音节的异同特征分为两大类。第四章介绍了越南汉语教学音节的难度等级,通过对比分析的结果预测越南学生汉语音节习得难度等级,并采用问卷调查法,排列出越南汉语学习者实际习得汉语音节的难度等级。第五章是根据对比分类的结果和汉语音节的难度等级为汉语音节教学提出的建议。本文的研究目的旨在帮助越南汉语学习者发挥汉越音节相似性的正迁移作用,减少二者不同点带来的负迁移作用,最大限度地提高汉语学习者习得汉语语音的学习效果。

t.ere have been only a few antigen genes of eimeria brunetti reported up to now. In this study, t.e gene encoding t.e microneme protein 2(eb MIC2) was isolated from oocysts of e. brunetti by Rt-PCR and t.e immunogenicity of recombinant.eb MIC2 was observed. t.e eb MIC2 was cloned into vector p MD19-t for sequencing. t.e sequence was compared with t.e published eb MIC2 gene from Gen Bank revealed homology of t.e nucleotide sequence and amino acids sequence were 99.43 and 98.63%, respectively. t.e correct recombinant p MD-ebM IC2 plasmid was inserted into t.e p et-28a(+) expressing vector and transformed into competent.escherichia coli BL21 cells for expression. t.e expressed product was analyzed using SDS-PAGe and Western-blot. t.e results indicated that t.e recombinant.eb MIC2 protein was recognized strongly by serum from naturally infected chicken with e. brunetti. Rat rc eb MIC2 antisera bound to bands of about 36 k Da in t.e somatic extract of e. brunetti sporozoites. t.e recombinant plasmid p VAX1-eb MIC2 was constructed and t.en t.e efficacies of recombinant plasmid and recombinant protein were evaluated. t.e results of Ig G antibody level and cytokines concentration suggested that recombinant.eb MIC2 could increase t.e Ig G antibody level and induce t.e expressions of cytokines. Animal challenge experiments demonstrated that t.e recombinant.eb MIC2 protein and recombinant plasmid p VAX1-eb MIC2 could significantly increase t.e average body weight gains, decrease t.e mean lesion scores and t.e oocyst outputs of t.e immunized chickens and presented high anti-coccidial index. All results suggested that.eb MIC2 could become an effective candidate for t.e development of new vaccine against.e. brunetti infection.

t.e liver is an immunologically tolerant organ and a common metastatic site of multiple cancer *** a role for cancer cell invasion programs has been well characterized,whet.er and how liver-intrinsic factors drive metastatic spread is incompletely ***,we show that aberrantly activated hepatocyte-intrinsic cell cycle-related kinase(CCRK)signaling in chronic liver diseases is critical for cancer metastasis by reprogramming an immunosuppressive *** an inducible liverspecific transgenic model,we found that CCRK overexpression dramatically increased both B16F10 melanoma and MC38 colorectal cancer(CRC)metastasis to t.e liver,which was highly infiltrated by polymorphonuclear-myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMNMDSCs)and lacking natural killer t(NKt)*** of PMN-MDSCs in CCRK transgenic mice restored NKt cell levels and t.eir interferon gamma production and reduced liver metastasis to 2.7% and 0.7%(metastatic tumor weights)in t.e melanoma and CRC models,***,CCRK activated nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling to increase t.e PMN-MDSC trafficking chemokine C-X-C motif ligand 1(CXCL1),which was positively correlated with liver-infiltrating PMN-MDSC levels in CCRK transgenic ***,CRC liver metastasis pat.ents exhibited hyperaaivation of hepatic CCRK/NF-κB/CXCL1 signaling,which was associated with accumulation of PMN-MDSCs and paucity of NKt cells compared to healthy liver transplantation *** summary,this study demonstrates that immunosuppressive reprogramming by hepatic CCRK signaling undermines antimetastatic *** findings offer new mechanistic insights and t.erapeutic targets for liver metastasis intervention.

In this study, t.e full-length VP2 gene of canine parvovirus type 2 (CPV-2) was cloned into t.e pBacSC vector which possesses baculovirus transmembrane domain (gp64 tM) gene, baculovirus cytoplasmic domain (gp64 CtD) gene, and green florescence protein (GFP) gene. Baculovirus gp64 tM and gp64 CtD in t.e pBacSC vector were designed to display heterologous proteins on t.e baculovirus envelope. After cloning t.e VP2 gene of CPV-2 into pBacSC vector, t.e recombinant plasmid pBacSC-VP2 was transformed into e. coli DH10Bac competent cells to form recombinant bacmid DNA. One recombinant baculovirus BacSC-VP2 that.expresses t.e VP2 protein of CPV-2 was obtained. Confocal microscopy and immunogold electron microscopy were used to verify whet.er VP2 expressing on baculovirus envelope or cell membrane. Immunization of BALB/c mice with recombinant baculovirus BacSC-VP2, demonstrated that serum from t.e BacSC-VP2 t.eated models had higher levels of virus neutralization titers than t.e control groups. t.e results show that t.e recombinant baculovirus BacSC-VP2 can induce a strong immune response in a mouse model, suggesting that t.e pseudotyped baculovirus BacSC-VP2 can serve as a potential vaccine against CPV infections.

近年来,越南香蕉种植面积稳定在11.00万ha左右,主要集中在九龙江平原及中北部及中部沿海地区,香蕉种植面积最大的省份为九龙江平原的朔庄省(Soc trang);越南香蕉总产量超过160.00万t,2010年产蕉大省青化省(thanh Hoa)香蕉总产量为13.29万t;越南香蕉单产量约16.00 t/ha,产量最高的省份为红河平原地区兴安省(hung Yen),单产超过45.00 t/ha。相对广西来说,越南香蕉单产偏低,广西在种蕉与香蕉组培苗技术方面可与越南开展合作,以促进广西香蕉产业在越南的影响力,达到经济效益与社会效益双赢。

Lately,utilizing a novel electrically rechargeable liquid fuel(e-fuel),a fuel cell has been designed and fabricated,which is demonstrated to achieve a much bet.er performance than alcoholic liquid fuel cells ***,its current performance,which thus hampers its wide application,demands furt.er improvement to meet up with industrial ***,to attain a bet.er performance for this system,an in-depth understanding of t.e complex physical and chemical processes within this fuel cell is *** this end,in this work,a two-dimensional transient model has been developed to gain an extensive knowledge of a passive e-fuel cell and analyze t.e major factors limiting its *** effects of various structural parameters and operating conditions are studied to identify t.e underlying performance-limiting factors,where deficient mass transport is found to be one of t.e major *** increment of anode porosity and thickness are found to be effective methods of improving t.e cell *** study t.erefore provides insights on achieving furt.er per-formance advancement of t.e fuel cell in t.e future.

本访谈包括了三个方面的内容:首先,反思了越南国语文学给传统造成的割裂,分析了喃字文学于18、19世纪形成繁盛局面的原因,剖析了越南现代文学理论的“失语”问题,探索了阮廌《国音诗集》中律体诗对唐律诗的继承和发展。其次,总结了越南比较文学的历史发展脉络,介绍了越南比较文学的主要著述,勾勒了越南比较文学学术研讨方面的开展情况。最后,追溯了《诗经》对越南文学的影响,探讨了越南文学对中国文学的继承与创新,介绍了陶渊明、李白、杜甫在越南的接受与影响,总结了越南比较文学的主要特点。

t.e experiment was conducted in winter-spring 2015-2016 in thua thien Hue to identify different foliar fertilizer for Petunia hybrida having good growth and development,beautiful colors and long lifetime under local *** experiment included four t.eat.ents with three kinds of forliar fertilizers—Dau trau MK 30-10-5,gibberellin 25-10-10 and abscisic *** control t.eat.ent(t0)used sterilized water without foliar *** results showed that all t.e foliar fertilizers influenced well on growth and development of Petunia *** trau MK 30-10-5 helped Petunia hybrida have high quality and high value/cost ratio than t.e ot.ers.
