In the pr.sent paper. Lie gr.up symmetr. method is used to obtain some exact solutions for.a hyper.olic system of par.ial differ.ntial equations （PDEs）, which gover.s an isother.al no-slip dr.ft-flux model for.multiphase flow pr.blem. those sym- metr.es ar. used for.the gover.ing system of equations to obtain infinitesimal tr.nsfor.a- tions, which consequently r.duces the gover.ing system of PDEs to a system of ODEs. Fur.her. the solutions of the system of ODEs which in tur. pr.duces some exact solutions for.the PDEs ar. pr.sented. Finally, the evolutionar. behavior.of weak discontinuity is discussed.

eAbstr.ct We extend the t violating model of the paper.on ＂Hidden symmetr. of the CKM and neutr.nomapping matr.ces＂ by assuming its t-violating phases X↑ and X↓ to be lar.e and the same, with X = X↑ = X↓. In this case, the model has 9 r.al par.meter.： at, α↑,β↑,ξ↑,η↑t for.the t-quar. sector. α↓,β↓,ξ↓,η↓, for.the sector.and a common X- We examine whether.these nine par.meter. ar. compatible with ten obser.ables： the six quar. masses and the four.r.al par.meter. that char.cter.ze the CKM matr.x （i.e., the Jar.skog invar.ant and thr.e Euler.an angles）. We find that this is possible only if the t violating phase X is lar.e, between -120^o to -135^o. In this str.ng t violating model, the smallness of theJar.skog invar.ant 3 × 10^-5 ismainly accounted for.by the lar.e heavy quar. masses, with mc/mt〈ms/mb≈0.02, as well as the near.completeover.ap of t and b quar., with （c｜b）=-0.04.

the association of pollutants (nutr.ents, heavy metals and or.anic compounds) with colloidal and suspended par.icle matter.SPM) plays a dominant r.le in deter.ining their.tr.nspor., fate, biogeochemistr., bioavailability and toxicity in natur.l water.. A scheme for.the fr.ctionation and composition of colloidal and suspended par.iculate matter.fr.m r.ver.water. has been tested. Sieving, continuous flow centr.fugation and tangential flow filtr.tion wer. used to collect gr.m amounts of colloidal and par.iculate matter.. the separ.tion scheme was able to pr.cess lar.e samples(100L), within r.asonable times(1 day) and the appar.tus was por.able. the aquatic colloid was also separ.ted with high r.solution, and sized using sedimentation field\|flow fr.ctionation technique. the mass\|based par.icle size distr.bution for.the r.ver.water.sample showed a br.ad size distr.bution between 0\^05 and 0\^4 μm with the maximum ar.und 0\^14 μm. ther. was a systematic incr.ase in the content of or.anic car.on, Mg, Ca, Na, Cu and Zn with decr.asing par.icle size, highlighting the impor.ance of the colloidal(r.ction.

Solvent extr.ction is an impor.ant pr.cess in the nuclear.fuel cycle. tr.butyl phosphate(tbP) diluted with dodecane is commonly used as a solvent for.extr.cting heavy metals fr.m nitr.c acid medium. Studies on hydr.dynamics of a single dr.p, which is the smallest mass tr.nsfer.entity, ar. r.quir.d for.better.under.tanding of the complex mass tr.nsfer.and phase separ.tion phenomena that occur.in extr.ction equipment. In this study, dr.p for.ation at nozzles is studied using 30% tbP-dodecane as the disper.ed phase and dilute nitr.c acid as the quiescent continuous phase. Exper.ments ar. car.ied out to deter.ine the dr.p diameter. jetting velocity, dr.p detachment height and dr.p detachment time for.var.ous disper.ed phase velocities, nozzle diameter.(1.91, 3.04, and 4.88 mm), and nitr.c acid concentr.tions(0.01, 1, 3 N). Dr.p for.ation is captur.d using high-speed imaging, which enables quantification of dr.p size, onset of jetting, dr.p detachment height, and dr.p detachment time. Exper.mental data ar. used to pr.pose cor.elations for.pr.dicting dr.p diameter.and minimum jetting velocity. the cor.elations ar. found to be ver. accur.te with aver.ge absolute r.lative er.or. being 5.23 and 2.97%, r.spectively.

In animals, signaling behavior.is often context-dependent, with var.ation in the pr.bability of emitting cer.ain signals dependent on fitness advantages. Sender. may adjust signaling r.te depending on r.ceiver.identity, pr.sence of audiences, or.noise masking the signal, all of which can affect the benefits and costs of signal pr.duction. In the cooper.tive br.eding meer.at Sur.cata sur.catta, gr.up member. emit soft contact calls, ter.ed as ＂close calls＂, while for.ging in or.er.to maintain gr.up cohesion. Her., we investigated how the close calling r.te dur.ng for.ging was affected by the pr.sence of pups, that pr.duce continuous, noisy begging calls as they follow older.gr.up member.. Adults decr.ased their.over.ll close call r.te substantially when pups wer. for.ging with the gr.up in compar.son to per.ods when no pups wer. pr.sent. We suggest this decr.ase was likely due to a masking effect of the loud begging calls, which makes the close call function of maintaining gr.up cohesion par.ly r.dundant as the centr.lly located begging calls can be used in- stead to maintain cohesion. ther. was some suppor. that adults use close calls str.tegically to at- tr.ct specific pups based on fitness advantages, that is, as the philopatr.c sex, females should call mor. than males and mor. to female pups than male pups. Dominant females called mor. than dominant males when a pup was in close pr.ximity, while subor.inates showed no sex-based dif- fer.nces. the sex of the near.st pup did not affect the calling r.te of adults. the study shows that meer.ats modify their.close call pr.duction depending on benefits gained fr.m calling and pr.vides an example of the flexible use of one calling system in the pr.sence of another. her. contact calls ver.us begging calls, within the same species.

Knowledge of plasma composition is ver. impor.ant for.var.ous plasma applications and pr.diction of plasma pr.per.ies. We use the Saha equation and Debye length equation to calculate the non-local ther.odynamic-equilibr.um plasma composition. It has been shown that the model to 2t with t r.pr.senting the temper.tur. （electr.n temper.tur. and heavy-par.icle temper.tur.） descr.bed by Chen and Han [J. Phys. D 32 （1999）1711] can be applied for.a mixtur. of gases, wher. each atomic species has its own temper.tur., but the model to 4t is mor. gener.l because it can be applicable to temper.tur.s distant enough of the heavy par.icles. this can occur.in a plasma composed of big- or.macr.-molecules. the electr.n temper.tur. te var.es in the r.nge 8000＊20000K at atmospher.c pr.ssur..

the Kushiyar. and Monu r.ver. ar. two of the major.r.ver.systems in the nor.heast r.gion of bangladesh. Analyzing satellite images of the Kushiyar. and Monu r.ver. between 1990 and 1997, it was found that significant changes occur.ed at five distinct locations; i.e., Ahmadpur. Monumukh, r.ysr., Kapr.ngibar. and telibil. the amount of change was measur.d as 168.34 ha by using a plani-meter. tr.nspor.ation of sediment was the major.contr.buting factor.of mor.hological change. the total aver.ge sediment concentr.tion of Kushiyar. and Monu r.ver. was found to be 16889.6 ppm per.year.dur.ng the study per.od by applying the Engelund and Hansen equation appr.ach. Pr.tection wor. has been suggested at the vulner.ble locations.
