为评定不同地区豆粕品质的差异 ,分别在美国的伊利诺斯州、堪萨斯州、北卡莱罗纳州、俄亥俄州和荷兰采集在本地加工后 1 5 d的豆粕样品。将阉公猪用外科手术法安装回肠导管 ,采用 7× 7拉丁方设计来测定豆粕的回肠消化率 ,以普通豆粕和大豆浓缩蛋白做对照 ,用低蛋白的酪蛋白日粮测定内源性氨基酸损失。日粮中 1 7%的粗蛋白质来自试验材料 ,其余来自低蛋白的酪蛋白日粮。试验动物每 1 2 h喂 1次 ,每次按 45 g/ kg0 .75喂给。 5 d预试期以后 ,每 1 2 h收集 1次回肠内容物 ,共收 2 d,用于测定回肠消化率。豆粕氨基酸消化率在地区间和地区内的变异非常小 ,远远小于氨基酸含量的变异。荷兰豆粕样品的总可消化氨基酸含量低于美国样品 ,从而赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的含量也较低 ( P<0 .0 5 )。此试验中所测定豆粕的氨基酸含量比 NRC( 1 998)报道的值约高 4%。除了半胱氨酸和苏氨酸的真消化率分别比 NRC值低 5 %和 3 %以外 ,其余氨基酸的真消化率值与 NRC值非常接近。总之 ,美国产的大豆并在本地加工成的豆粕在营养组成上基本相近 ,荷兰产的豆粕赖氨酸和蛋氨酸含量较低 ,但消化率与美国豆粕接近。

Supplementing oat hulls to the diet of suckling piglets altered their intestinal tract and colonic microbiota development

Current study evaluated the effect of a fine and coarsely ground insoluble dietary fibre source on the gastrointestinal development of suckling *** hulls(OH)were selected as a model feedstuff,rich in cellulose,lignin,and insoluble dietary *** experimental supplemental diets were formulated:a finely ground,low fibre and nutrient dense diet served as control(CON).For the 2 high fibre diets,15%heat-treated starch in CON was exchanged with OH,either finely(OH-f)or coarsely ground(OH-c).Litters of 10 primi-and multiparous sows(mean litter size 14.6±0.84)were *** a litter,experimental diets were allotted to triplets of 4 *** approximately 12 d of age,piglets’individual feed intakes were recorded 2 times per day when separated from their dam for 70 *** could suckle with their dam for the remainder of the *** d 24 and 25,from the total pool of 120 piglets,seven healthy well-eating piglets per treatment were selected for post-mortem evaluation,resulting in 14 replicates per *** of OH-c and OH-f did not impede clinical health and production performance of *** full stomach weights tended to be greater for OH-c compared to OH-f whereas CON was intermediate(P=0.083).Supplementing OH significantly increased ileal villus height and caecal dry matter concentration(Pthe colon,OH increased its length,contents weight,short-chain fatty acid concentration and reduced total bacterial count as well asγ-proteobacteria count and proportion(Pthe OH-c treatment specifically increased full gastrointestinal tract weight and caecum contents weight compared to piglets fed CON and ***,OH-c reduced colonic crypt depth when compared to OH-f(P=0.018).In conclusion,supplementing OH to a diet for suckling piglets exerted subtle developmental effects on gastrointestinal morphology and colonic microbial *** effects were largely independent from the particle size of the OH.

Prediction of Shear Bond Strength of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Using Machine Learning Models and grid Search Optimization technique

Determination of Shear Bond strength(SBS)at interlayer of double-layer asphalt concrete is crucial in flexible pavement *** study used three Machine Learning(ML)models,including K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),Extra trees(Et),and Light gradient Boosting Machine(LgBM),to predict SBS based on easily determinable input ***,the grid Search technique was employed for hyper-parameter tuning of the ML models,and cross-validation and learning curve analysis were used for training the *** models were built on a database of 240 experimental results and three input variables:temperature,normal pressure,and tack coat *** validation was performed using three statistical criteria:the coefficient of determination(R2),the Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),and the mean absolute error(MAE).Additionally,SHAP analysis was also used to validate the importance of the input variables in the prediction of the *** show that these models accurately predict SBS,with LgBM providing outstanding ***(Shapley Additive explanation)analysis for LgBM indicates that temperature is the most influential factor on ***,the proposed ML models can quickly and accurately predict SBS between two layers of asphalt concrete,serving practical applications in flexible pavement structure design.

Appreciation of soft-tissue thickness(Stt)at surgical sites is an increasingly recognized aspect of arthroplasty procedures as it may potentially impacting postoperative *** research has focused on the predictive value of preoperative Stt measurements for complications following various forms of arthroplasty,particularly infections,across procedures such as total knee,hip,shoulder,and ankle *** studies have indicated that increased Stt is associated with a higher risk of complications,including infection and wound healing *** assessment of Stt before surgery could play a crucial role in identifying patients at a higher risk of complications and may be instru-mental in guiding preoperative planning to optimize outcomes in arthroplasty *** measurement techniques and further research are essential to enhance the reliability and clinical utility of Stt assessment for arthro-plasty surgery.

Photobiomodulation:a novel approach to promote trans-differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells into neuronal-like cells

Photobiomodulation,originally used red and near-infrared lasers,can alter cellular *** has been demonstrated that the visible spectrum at 451-540 nm does not necessarily increase cell proliferation,near-infrared light promotes adipose stem cell proliferation and affects adipose stem cell migration,which is necessary for the cells homing to the site of *** this in vitro study,we explored the potential of adipose-derived stem cells to differentiate into neurons for future translational regenerative treatments in neurodegenerative disorders and brain *** investigated the effects of various biological and chemical inducers on trans-differentiation and evaluated the impact of photobiomodulation using 825 nm near-infrared and 525 nm green laser light at 5 J/*** adipose-derived stem cells can be used in autologous grafting and photobiomodulation has been shown to have biostimulatory *** findings reveal that adipose-derived stem cells can indeed trans-differentiate into neuronal cells when exposed to inducers,with pre-induced cells exhibiting higher rates of proliferation and trans-differentiation compared with the control ***,green laser light stimulation led to notable morphological changes indicative of enhanced trans-differentiation,while near-infrared photobiomodulation notably increased the expression of neuronal *** biochemical analysis and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays,we observed marked improvements in viability,proliferation,membrane permeability,and mitochondrial membrane potential,as well as increased protein levels of neuron-specific enolase and ciliary neurotrophic ***,our results demonstrate the efficacy of photobiomodulation in enhancing the trans-differentiation ability of adipose-derived stem cells,offering promising prospects for their use in regenerative medicine for neurodegenerative disorders and brain injuries.
