two-dimensional structure of density fluctuations is examined during the current jump phase, indicating a change from the open magnetic fields to the closed ones. During the smooth current ramp-up phase the two-dimensional contour of the LiI intensity shows vertically alignment, consistent with the magnetic surfaces. At the inflection point in Ip ramp-up the LiI intensity contour becomes flat in the observation regime and then suddenly a steep gradient and higher intensity regime are formed in the vertical direction. this higher intensity corresponds to a burst of LiI waveform. According to these changes in the contour, it is found that, within ~1 ms around the burst of LiI, a low frequency coherent wave with a long wavelength rapidly grows. the relations with other signals （magnetic flux and microwave stray power） are discussed with respect to the topological change in the magnetic configuration and mode conversion of the incident electromagnetic waves.

Japanese children (N=622) and Korean children (N=750) from 5 grade of elementary school, 2 and 3 grade of junior high school and 2 grade of high school completed the questionnaire on how they get pocket-money and how they build parent-child and peer relationship through using pocket money. Background Abdominal aortic aneurysm （AAA） is a multifactorial disease with strong genetic components. Various genetic loci have been associated with clinical AAA, but few studies have investigated pathological AAA, an intermediate phenotype of the disease. Methods We examined 2263 consecutive autopsies of older Japanese subjects from a study on geriatric diseases in Japanese individuals （the JG-SNP study）. the presence of AAA was determined with a pathological diagnosis during autopsy. Single nucleotide variants （SNVs） associated with AAA were determined with an Illumina HumanExome Beadchip array. Logistic regression analyses were performed to determine ge- netic associations. Age, gender, and other risk factors of AAA were analyzed as covariates. Results 118 subjects with AAA and 2145 sub- jects without AAA were analyzed in a case-control setting. No variants reached significance after applying the Bonferroni correction （P 〈 2.05×10^-6）. the strongest associations were found with rs3750092 （p.E321G, OR： 0.36, 95% CI： 0.24-0.56, P = 6.09 ×10^-6）, a variant in the WAS/WASL interacting protein family 3 （WIPF3）, and with rs1051338 （p.t16P, OR： 2.50, 95% CI： 1.70-3.66, P = 2.79 ×10^-6） and rs2246942 （intronic, OR： 2.32, 95% CI： 1.58-3.41, P = 1.61 ×10^-5）, variants in the lysosomal acid lipase A （LIPA）. LIPA is essential for macrophage cholesterol metabolism. Immunohistological analyses of WIPF3 protein in AAA samples from three subjects revealed that WIPF3 was expressed in macrophages ofatheromatous plaques. Conclusions this study suggests that WIPF3 and LIPA, both of which are expressed in the macrophages are involved in pathological AAA. these results should be regarded as hypothesis-generating; thus, replication study is warranted.

An intense 14 MeV neutron source facility named OKtAVIAN was installed in the A15 building,Osaka University in *** the operation period,new radioisotopes with various half-life have been produced as neutron activation products in its concrete wall *** this work,we investigated the concrete wall in the heavy irradiation room of OKtAVIAN using gamma spectrometry method to discover the presence of radioisotope having large half-life value(long-lived radioisotope)as neutron activation *** simulations were performed prior to measurement to predict the presence of long-lived radioisotopes by employing MCNP5 and FISPACt codes.A pre-calibrated Germanium detector with high energy resolution was employed to measure the *** long-lived activation products have been observed such as 152 Eu,54 Mn,65 Zn,22 Na and 60 *** activity of each radioisotope was derived after estimating the detector efficiency using *** a result of the measurement and analysis,the followings are concluded:(1)though presence of activation products represents radiological risk to everyone who performs an experimental activity in the irradiation room of the OKtAVIAN facility,the present result shows that past experiments were carried out safely without any significant additional exposure dose coming from the wall for the last 38 years.(2)the approximated total fluence of D-t neutrons to the wall was successfully estimated from the produced radioisotope,152 Eu,because it has the longest half-life of 13.5 years among the observed radioisotopes.(3)From the results of(1)and(2),it could be possible to estimate the total activity of the concrete wall in the OKtAVIAN facility,which is very essential and important information,because this would be very valuable for decommissioning or disposal of the facility in the future.
