this paper is concerned with a class of semilinear hyperbolic systems in odd space dimensions. Our main aim is to prove the existence of a small amplitude solution which is asymptotic to the free solution as t →-∞ in the energy norm, and to show it has a free profile as t →＋∞. Our approach is based on the work of [11]. Namely we use a weighted L^∞ norm to get suitable a priori estimates. this can be done by restricting our attention to radially symmetric solutions. Corresponding initial value problem is also considered in an analogous framework. Besides, we give an extended result of [14] for three space dimensional case in Section 5, which is prepared independently of the other parts of the paper.

An important factor in the emergence and progre sion of osteosarcoma(OS)is the dysregulated expression of microRNAs(miRNAs).transcription factor 7-like 1(tCF7LI),a member of the t cell factor/lymphoid enhancer factor(tCF/LEF)transcription factor family,interacts with the Wnt signaling pathway regulator β-catenin and acts as a DNA-specific binding *** study sought to elucidate the impact of the interaction between miR 3293p and tCF7L1 *** growth and apoptosis of OS and analyze the regulatory expression relationship between miRNA and mRNA in osteosarcoma cells using a variety of ***329-3p was significantly downregulated,while tCF7L1 was considerably up-regulated in all examined OS cell ***,a clinical comparison study was performed using the tCGA ***,the regulatory relationship between miR-329-3p and tCF7L1 on the proliferation and apoptosis of OS cells was verified through in vitro and in vivo *** miR 329-3p was transfected into the OS cell line,the expression of tCF7L1 decreased,the proliferation of OS cells was inhibited,the cytoskeleton disintegrated,and the nucleus condensed to fom apoptotic *** expression of proteins that indicate apoptosis increased *** cell cycle was arrested in the G0/G1 phase,and the G1/S transition was *** introduction of miR 3293p also inhibited downstream Cyclin D1 of the Wnt *** experiments indicated that the overexpression of miR-329-3p signi ficanly inhibited the growth of OS xenografts in nude mice,and the expression of tCF7L1 and C-Myc in tumor tssues *** 329-3p was significantly reduced in OS cells and played a suppressive role in tumorigenesis and proliferation by targeting tCF7L1 both in vitro and in *** cell cycle arrest and pathway inhibition were observed upon the regulation of tCF7LI by miR *** these results,it can be inferred that miR.3293p exerts anticancer efects in osteosarcom

In order to flower in the appropriate season,plants monitor light and temperature changes and alter downstream pathways that regulate florigen genes such as Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana)FLOWERING LOCUS t(Ft).In Arabidopsis,Ft messenger RNA levels peak in the morning and evening under natural long-day conditions(LDs).However,the regulatory mechanisms governing morning Ft induction remain poorly *** morning Ft peak is absent in typical laboratory LDs characterized by high red:far-red light(R:FR)ratios and constant ***,we demonstrate that ZEItLUPE(ZtL)interacts with the Ft repressors tARGEt OF EAts(tOEs),thereby repressing morning Ft expression in natural *** LDs with simulated sunlight(R:FR=1.0)and daily temperature cycles,which are natural LD-mimicking environmental conditions,Ft transcript levels in the ztl mutant were high specifically in the morning,a pattern that was mirrored in the toe1 toe2 double *** night-to-morning temperatures increased the inhibitory effect of ZtL on morning Ft expression by increasing ZtL protein levels early in the ***-red light counteracted ZtL activity by decreasing its abundance(possibly via phytochrome A(phyA))while increasing GIGANtEA(GI)levels and negatively affecting the formation of the ZtL-GI complex in the ***,the phyA-mediated high-irradiance response and GI play pivotal roles in morning Ft *** findings suggest that the delicate balance between low temperature-mediated ZtL activity and the far-red light-mediated functions of phyA and GI offers plants flexibility in fine-tuning their flowering time by controlling Ft expression in the morning.

the term ‘biological resources' here means a set of organisms that can be used by man directly or indirectly for consumption. they are involved in economic activities and represent an important part of a country's raw material potential. Many other organisms are also subject to rational use and protection. they can be associated with true resource species through interspecific relationships. the Caspian and Aral Seas are continental water bodies, giant saline lakes. Both categories of species are represented in the benthic and pelagic communities of the Caspian and Aral Seas and are involved in human economic activities. the most important biological resource of the Caspian Sea and the Aral Sea is their ichthyofauna, represented by both aboriginal species and species introduced by man in the 20 th century. Among invertebrates, the main biological resource of these saline lakes is the brine shrimp A rtemia. the physical state of the Caspian as a water body is relatively stable but its biological resources are very seriously af fected by irrational use. the Aral Sea since the second half of the 20 t h century has experienced catastrophic anthropogenic regression, which has led to the almost complete loss of its biological resources due to salinization. However, thanks to efficacious engineering measures, it has now become possible to preserve its northern part(Small Aral) and rehabilitate it, lowering the salinity to its former state. the result has been the restoration of its fish biological resources. In the southern part of Aral(Large Aral), which turned into a group of separated hypersaline reservoirs, the only resource species currently available is the brine shrimp A rtemia. the main environmental threats for biological resources of the future Caspian and Aral as well as potential solutions are considered.

BACKGROUND McCune–Albright syndrome(MAS)is caused by postzygotic somatic mutations of the GNAS *** is characterized by the clinical triad of fibrous dysplasia,caféau-lait skin spots,and endocrinological *** complications in MAS,including hepatobiliary manifestations,are also *** SUMMARY this is a case of a 4-year-old boy who presented with MAS with neonatal *** was suspected to have Alagille syndrome due to neonatal cholestasis with intrahepatic bile duct paucity in liver biopsy,peripheral pulmonary artery stenosis,and renal tubular *** the age of 2 years,his cholestatic liver injury gradually improved,but he had repeated left femoral *** did not exhibit endocrinological abnormality or café-au-lait skin ***,MAS was suspected due to fibrous dysplasia at the age of 4 *** mutation was identified in the GNAS gene in the DNA isolated from the peripheral blood,but an activating point mutation(c.601C>t,***201Cys)was observed in the DNA extracted from the affected bone tissue and that extracted from the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue,which was obtained at the age of 1 *** MAS should be considered as a differential diagnosis for transient cholestasis in infancy.
