废热回收(EHR)系统是改善燃油经济性和车内舒适性的有效且充满吸引力的方法之一,对于冬季的混合动力汽车尤为如此。多数传统旁通系统的热执行器都含有旁通管和旁通阀,从而导致EHR系统的体积和质量都较大。在有效改善EHR系统废热回收性能的同时,必须使系统的尺寸和质量最小化。非旁通系统回收来自废气的热量,对其废热回收性能进行设置,以确保在高发动机负荷下不超过散热器的冷却能力,从而防止整车动力系统过热。对于非旁通系统来说,在高发动机负荷或高冷却液温度条件下,减少回收热量及在低发动机负荷或低冷却液温度条件下增加回收热量是必不可少的。提出了一种能取代原有旁通阀机构的先进非旁通EHR系统,该系统采用的是能根据冷却液温度或发动机负荷自动限制回收热量的双层冷却液通道结构,可实现发动机预热阶段的有效废热回收及高发动机负荷或高冷却液温度条件下的有效散热。介绍了该先进非旁通EHR系统的基本结构。试验结果表明,该系统在冷起动阶段具有良好的废热回收性能,在发动机高负荷下具有良好的散热性能。

Insulin resistance is one of the pathological features in patients with hepatitis C virus(HCV) ***,persistence of insulin resistance leads to an increase in the risk of life-threatening complications such as cardiovascular ***,these complications are not major causes of death in patients with HCV-associated insulin ***,insulin resistance plays a crucial role in the development of various complications and events associated with HCV *** evidence indicates that HCV-associated insulin resistance may cause(1) hepatic steatosis;(2) resistance to anti-viral treatment;(3) hepatic f ibrosis and esophageal varices;(4) hepatocarcinogenesis and proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma;and(5) extrahepatic ***,HCV-associated insulin resistance is a therapeutic target at any stage of HCV *** the risk of insulin resistance in HCV-infected patients has been documented,therapeutic guidelines for preventing the distinctive complications of HCV-associated insulin resistance have not yet been *** addition,mechanisms for the development of HCV-associated insulin resistance differ from lifestyle-associated insulin *** order to ameliorate HCV-associated insulin resistance and its complications,the eff icacy of the following interventions is discussed:a late evening snack,coffee consumption,dietary iron restriction,phlebotomy,and zinc *** is known regarding the effect of anti-diabetic agents on HCV infection,however,a possible association between use of exogenous insulin or a sulfonylurea agent and the development of HCC has recently been *** the other hand,insulin-sensitizing agents are reported to improve sustained virologic response *** this review,we summarize distinctive complications of,and therapeutic strategies for,HCVassociated insulin ***,we discuss supplementation with branched-chain amino acids as a unique insulin-sensitiz

two topics were focused. the first one was about the gamma-ray scintillator, Pr^3＋：Lu3Al5O12 （LuAG）. the second one was about neutron scintillator, Ce^3＋：^6LiCaAlF6 and Eu^2＋：^6LiCaAlF6 （^6LiCAF）. those scintillators have been developed very recently for modem imaging applications in the medical and homeland security fields. In both cases, the rare earth ions are playing the crucial role as emission centers. Pr^3＋ in LuAG provided fast 5d→4f transition providing noticeably shorter decay time than that of Ce^3＋. Among several candidate hosts, LuAG showed the best performance. Bulk crystal growth, basic scintillation properties, two-dimensional gamma-ray imaging and positron emission mammography （PEM） application were demonstrated. Due to the international situation, the homeland security was compromized by illicit traffic of explosives, drugs, nuclear materials, etc. and the ways to its improvement became an important R＆D topic. For this purpose the Ce and Eu doped LiCAF appeared competitive candidates. Especially, when substitution of 3He neutron detectors was considered, the discrimination ability of gamma-ray from alpha-ray was important. Bulk crystal growth, basic scintillation properties and two-dimensional neutron imaging were demonstrated.

this study was carried out to examine the development of an “elderly tele-nursing model” for care provided in-home by family members and through remote nursing systems in a super-aging society. this model studied the travel time, cost, and means of transportation of care providers. the pre-survey results regarding elderly tele-nursing show that a son/daughter can visit a parent more than once a week. In the results, the time required for elderly tele-nursing was influenced by whether or not the visitor uses the shinkansen （bullet train of Japan）. In the main survey, based on 40 questionnaires, clear differences were observed according to whether visits were “every two weeks” or “once per month”. Furthermore, this result was also indicated by t-tests.

In order to obtain information on the biodegradation potential of biofilms involved in the removal of natural estrogens by biological activated carbon (BAC) columns, batch degradation of estrone (E1) and 17β-estradiol (E2) at temperature of 5℃, 20℃ and 35℃ by biofilms from four BAC columns (packed with activated carbon of particle size ranging from 0.5 - 0.59 mm and 1.0 - 1.19 mm into two bed depths) was studied. the results indicated that E2 was degraded faster by than E1 at all three temperatures and with the increasing of temperature, the amount of E1 converted from E2 increased. By fitting observed concentration data with a first-order rate expression, the bio-mass based degradation rate constants (kVSS) for E1 and E2 under all experimental conditions were estimated and linear relationship between lnkVSS and 1/t (t = absolute temperature) was demonstrated, resulting that with the increasing of the experimental temperature, degradation rate of biofilms for both E1 and E2 increased, and the increasing rate for E2 was higher than that for E1.

AIM:to investigate thrombotic microangiopathy (tMA)in liver transplantion,because tMA is an infrequent but life-threatening complication in the transplantation field. MEtHODS:A total of 206 patients who underwent living-donor liver transplantation (LDLt) were evaluated,and the tMA-like disorder (tMALD) occurred in seven recipients. RESULtS:these tMALD recipients showed poor outcomes in comparison with other 199 recipients. Although two tMALD recipients successfully recovered,the other five recipients finally died despite intensive treatments including repeated plasma exchange (PE) and re-transplantation. Histopathological analysis of liver biopsies after LDLt revealed obvious differences according to the outcomes. Qualitative analysis of antibodies against a disintegrin-like domain and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin type 1 motifs (ADAMtS-13) were negative in all patients. the fragmentation of red cells,the microhemorrhagic macules and the platelet counts were early markers for the suspicion of tMALD after LDLt. Although the absolute values of von Willebrand factor (vWF) and ADAMtS-13 did not necessarily reflect tMALD,the vWF/ADAMtS-13 ratio had a clear diagnostic value in all cases. the establishment of adequate treatments for tMALD,such as PE for ADAMtS-13 replenishment or treatments against inhibitory antibodies,must be decided according to each case. CONCLUSION:the optimal induction of adequate therapies based on early recognition of tMALD by the reliable markers may confer a large advantage for tMALD after LDLt.

＜正＞Dendritic trees influence synaptic integration and neuronal excitability,yet appear to develop in rather arbitrary *** electron microscopy and serial reconstructions,we analyzed the dendritic trees of four morphologically distinct neocortical interneuron subtypes to reveal two underlying organizational principles common to ***,cross-sectional area at any given point within a dendrite is proportional to the summed length of all distal segments spanning beyond ***,the total cross-sectional area is perfectly conserved at bifurcation ***,dendritic cross-sections become more elliptic at proximal locations,resulting in a conservation of the surface to volume ratio throughout the dendritic ***,computer simulations revealed that these conserved morphological features limit distance dependent filtering of somatic EPSPs and facilitate distribution of somatic depolarization into all dendritic *** these features were shared by all interneurons studied,they may represent common organizational principles underlying the otherwise diverse morphology of dendritic trees.

the influence of phlorotannins and bromophenols on the feeding behavior of marine herbivores was determined using bioassay of turbo cornutus. It was found that phloroglucinol and its oligomers isolated from the brown alga Eisenia bicyclis (eckol, fucofuroeckol A, phlorofucofuroeckol A, dieckol, and 8,8’-bieckol) had a deterrent effect against feeding behavior of t. cornutus in the concentration of algal body, respectively. In the case of the examination of 0.1 mM concentration, although fucofuroeckol A and phlorofucofuroeckol A significantly reduced feeding by t. cornutus, phloroglucinol and 8,8’-bieckol did not show any significant influence on feeding behavior, and eckol and dieckol had stimulating activity. 2,4-Dibromophenol and 2,4,6-tribromophenol, which are major components of extracellular secretions from Eisenia and Ecklonia species, caused the death, the torpidity, and the decreased appetite of t. cornutus at the concentration of 0.1 mM. In addition, 2,4-dibromophenol had strong feeding deterrent activity at the concentration of 1 μM. these results indicate that phlorotannins and bromophenols act as chemical defense agents of brown algae against environmental stresses such as the herbivore attack.
