the ortho-positronium pick-off annihilation rates in gaseous chloromethane(CHCl)and bromomethane(CHBr)were measured at several pressures up to 1.2 atms using silica aerogel to form *** saturation vapor pressures of these gasses at room temperature are low,6 atms for CH3C1 and 1.9 arms for CHBr.A half of the positrons emitted from 22Na into silica aerogel forms positronium independent of the gas pressure.

this paper examines the transport analysis, including both heat transfer and mass transfer, in hybrid nanofluid flow containing gyrotactic microorganisms towards a curved oscillatory surface. the influence of magnetic fields is also inspected in terms of their physical characteristics. to depict the phenomena of transport, modified versions of both Fick's and Fourier's laws are used. Additionally, the characteristics of both heterogeneous and homogeneous chemical reactions are also incorporated. Utilizing a curvilinear coordinate system, the flow problem is formulated as partial differential equations(PDEs)for momentum, concentration, microorganism field, and energy. An analytical solution to the obtained flow equations is achieved utilizing the homotopy analysis method(HAM).the effects of significant flow parameters on the pressure and microorganism fields, velocity, oscillation velocity, concentration, and temperature distributions are shown via graphs. Furthermore, the variations in skin friction, mass transfer rate, heat transfer rate, and local motile number due to different involved parameters are presented in tables and are analyzed in detail. Graphical results indicate that the curves of velocity and temperature fields are enhanced as the values of the solid volume fraction variables *** is also verified that the concentration rate field decreases as the values of the homogeneous reaction strength parameter and the radius of curvature parameter increase, and it increases with the Schmidt number and the heterogeneous reaction strength *** outcomes show a favorable response of the motile number to advanced values of the Peclet number, the Schmidt number, the microorganism difference parameter, and the bio-convective Lewis number.

A 35-year-old mother was scheduled to be the living donor for liver transplantation to her second son,who suffered from biliary atresia complicated with biliary cirrhosis at the age of 2 *** operative plan was to recover the left lateral segment of the mother's liver for living donor *** the use of cholangiography at the time of surgery,we found the right anterior segmental duct(RASD) emptying directly into the cystic duct,and the catheter passed into the *** repairing the incision in the cystic duct,transplantation was successfully *** postoperative course was *** anatomical variations were frequently encountered,however,this variation has very rarely been *** the RASD was divided,the repair would be very difficult because the duct will not dilate sufficiently in an otherwise healthy *** preoperative evaluation of the living donor's biliary anatomy,especially using magnetic resonance cholangiography and careful intraoperative techniques,is important to prevent bile duct injury and avoid the risk to the healthy donor.

We report a case of hepatic choriocarcinoma in a man diagnosed at autopsy after a rapid downhill clinical *** patient was a 49-year-old man who presented with acute right-sided abdominal *** were no masses palpable on physical *** findings showed large multi-nodular tumors mainly in the right lobe of the *** emission tomography scan showed uptake only in the liver,and no uptake in the *** initially planned to perform a liver resection for the presumed diagnosis of intra-hepatic ***,the tumors grew rapidly and *** lung metastases rapidly developed resulting in respiratory failure,preventing liver resection or even *** died 60 d after initial presentation with no pathological *** studies included histopathological and immunohistological examinations which diagnosed a primary choriocarcinoma of the *** hepatic choriocarcinoma is very rare but should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a liver tumor in a middle aged *** this diagnosis may enable treatment of the *** biopsy and evaluation of serum human chorionic gonadotropin are recommended in these patients.
