Moreover, t.e effect. of t.e various paramet.rs such as t.e int.ract.on boundary condit.on, geomet.ic paramet.r, submerged dept. of plat., fluid densit., fluid level, and t.e mat.rial volume cont.ol coefficient. on t.e free vibrat.on behavior of BDFG plat. in t.e fluid medium are invest.gat.d in det.il. We use t.o levels of mesh repart.t.oning for t.e finit. element.limit.analysis. t.e mast.r level handles an adapt.ve primal-mesh process t.rough a dissipat.on-based indicat.r. t.e slave level performs t.e subdivision of each t.iangle int. t.ree sub-t.iangles and const.t.t.s a dual mesh from a pair of t.o adjacent.sub-t.iangles shared by common edges of t.e primal mesh. Applying a st.ain smoot.ing project.on t. t.e st.ain rat.s on t.e dual mesh, t.e incompressibilit. const.aint.and t.e flow rule const.aint.are imposed over t.e edge-based smoot.ing domains and everywhere in t.e problem domain. t.e limit.analysis problem is recast.int. t.e compact.form of a second-order cone programming (SOCP) for t.e purpose of exploit.ng int.rior-point.solvers. t.e present.met.od ret.ins a low number of opt.mizat.on variables. It.offers a convenient.way for designing and solving t.e large-scale opt.mizat.on problems effect.vely. Several benchmark examples are given t. show t.e simplicit. and effect.veness of t.e present.met.od.

本研究为一项随机、开放标签研究,研究对象为18~45岁的排卵期女性,受试者按照1:1:1的比例被随机分为自然周期组、改良自然周期组或人工周期组。由于研究干预措施的性质特殊,故本试验不设盲。自然周期组不使用雌激素、孕酮或人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG);改良自然周期组使用hCG来触发排卵;人工周期组使用口服戊酸雌二醇(从月经第2~4天开始,每天8mg)和阴道孕酮(从子宫内膜厚度≥7mm开始,每天800mg)。

t.e quant.ficat.on and effect. of syst.m pH value on t.e int.ract.ons bet.een Pb（II） and t.e biopolymer in act.vat.d sludge were invest.gat.d. t.e biopolymer had t.o prot.in-like fluorescence peaks （Ex/Em = 280 nm1326-338 nm for peak A; Ex/Em = 220-230 nm/324-338 nm for peak B）. t.e fluorescence int.nsit.es of peak B were higher t.an t.ose of peak A. t.e fluorophores of bot. peaks could be largely quenched by Pb（ll）, and t.e quencher dose for peak B was about.half of t.at.for peak A. t.e modified St.rn-Volmer equat.on well depict.d t.e fluorescence quenching t.t.at.on. t.e quenching const.nt.（Ka） values for bot. peaks decreased wit. rising syst.m pH value, and t.en sharply decreased under alkaline condit.ons. It.could be at.ribut.d t. t.at.t.e alkaline condit.ons caused t.e reduct.on of available Pb（II） due t. t.e occurrence of Pb（OH）2 sediment.. t.e Ka values of peak B were bigger t.an t.ose for peak A at.t.e same syst.m pH values. Accordingly, t.e aromat.c prot.ins （peak B） played a key role in t.e int.ract.ons bet.een met.l ions and t.e biopolymer.
