Solving large scale syst.m of Simult.neous Linear Equat.ons (SLE) has been (and cont.nue t. be) a major challenging problem for many real-world engineering and science applicat.ons. Solving SLE wit. singular coefficient.mat.ices arises from various engineering and sciences applicat.ons [1]-[6]. In t.is paper, efficient.numerical procedures for finding t.e generalized (or pseudo) inverse of a general (square/rect.ngle, symmet.ical/unsymmet.ical, non-singular/singular) mat.ix and solving syst.ms of Simult.neous Linear Equat.ons (SLE) are formulat.d and explained. t.e developed procedures and it. associat.d comput.r soft.are (under MAt.AB [7] comput.r environment. have been based on “special Cholesky fact.rizat.on schemes” (for a singular mat.ix). t.st.mat.ices from different.fields of applicat.ons have been chosen, t.st.d and compared wit. ot.er exist.ng algorit.ms. t.e result. of t.e numerical t.st. have indicat.d t.at.t.e developed procedures are far more efficient.t.an t.e exist.ng algorit.ms.
