Ewing sarcoma localized on t.e fift. lumbar vert.brae 6 years aft.r curat.ve gast.ect.my for t. gast.ic *** palliat.ve surgery t. release nerve compression,pat.ological diagnosis of t.e resect.d specimen was followed by curat.ve radiat.on and *** t.eat.ent.G-CSF was administ.red 32 t.mes for severe neut.openia *** mont.s aft.r complet.ng definit.ve t.eat.ent.she complained of severe back pain and was diagnosed as mult.ple bone met.st.ses wit. DCBM from gast.ic *** palliat.ve chemot.erapy,she died of disseminat.d int.avascular coagulat.on 13 d aft.r t.e *** examinat.on of t.e aut.psied bone marrow confirmed a diffuse posit.ve st.ining for t.e G-CSF recept.r(G-CSFR)in t.e relapsed gast.ic cancer cell cyt.plasm,whereas t.e primary lesion cancer cells showed negat.ve st.ining for *** t.is case,G-CSF administ.at.on may have been t.e key t.igger for t.e disseminat.d relapse of a dormant.gast.ic *** administ.ring G-CSF t. cancer survivors,recurrence of a preceding cancer should be monit.red even aft.r curat.ve t.eat.ent.

Management.Company （SKB） were simulat.d using bot. cont.nuum and discont.nuum based numerical met.ods. t.o-dimensional （2D） and t.ree- dimensional （3D） finit. element.met.od （FEM） and 2D dist.nct.element.met.od （DEM） wit. part.cles were used. t.e main object.ve for t.e large scale in sit. experiment.is t. invest.gat. t.e yielding st.engt. of cryst.lline rock and t.e format.on of t.e excavat.on dist.rbed/damaged zone （EDZ） during excavat.on of t.o boreholes, pressurizing of one of t.e boreholes and heat.ng. For t.e DEM simulat.ons, t.e heat.flow algorit.m was newly int.oduced int. t.e original code. t.e calculat.d st.ess, displacement.and t.mperat.re dist.ibut.ons were compared wit. t.e ones obt.ined from in sit. measurement. and FEM simulat.ons. A paramet.ic st.dy for init.al microcracks was also performed t. reproduce t.e spalling phenomena observed in t.e APSE.

Vinyl est.r (VE) resin inherent.y has int.insic brit.leness due t. it. high cross-link densit.. t. improve mechanical performance, micro/nano fillers are widely used t. modify t.is mat.ix. In present.st.dy, glass fiber in submicron scale at.low cont.nt. was added int. VE t. prepare submicron composit. (sMC). t.e impact.resist.nce of un-not.hed sMC degraded wit. t.e increase of sGF cont.nt.while t.at.of not.hed-sMC remained t.e unchanged. Flexural propert.es of sMCs also were t.e same wit. t.at.of neat.resin. t.e result. of Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) t.st.showed t.e slight.increase of st.rage modulus and t.e decrease of t.n delt. value in t.e case of sMC compared t. t.ose of un-filled mat.ix. However, t.e Mode I fract.re t.ughness of sMC improved up t. 26% and 61% corresponding t. 0.3 and 0.6 wt. glass fiber used. t.e compact.t.nsion sample t.st.suggest. t.at.t.ere is t.e delay of crack propagat.on under t.nsile cyclic load in resin reinforced by submicron glass fiber. t.e number of failure cycle enlarged proport.onally wit. t.e increment.of sGF cont.nt.in mat.ix.

Plant.class III heme peroxidases cat.lyze lignin polymerizat.on. Previous report. have shown t.at.at.least.t.ree Arabidopsis t.aliana peroxidases, At.rx2, At.rx25 and At.rx71, are involved in st.m lignificat.on using t.D NA insert.on mut.nt., at.rx2, at.rx25, and at.rx71. Here, we generat.d t.ree double mut.nt., at.rx2/at.rx25, at.rx2/at.rx71, and at.rx25/at.rx71, and invest.gat.d t.e impact.of t.e simult.neous deficiency of t.ese peroxidases on lignins and plant.growt.. St.m t.ssue analysis using t.e acet.l bromide met.od and derivat.zat.on followed by reduct.ve cleavage revealed improved lignin charact.rist.cs, such as lowered lignin cont.nt.and increased arylglycerol-β-aryl （β-O-4） linkage t.pe, especially β-O-4 linked syringyl unit., in lignin, support.ng t.e roles of t.ese genes in lignin polymerizat.on. In addit.on, none of t.e double mut.nt. oexhibit.d severe growt. defect., such as short.r plant.st.t.re, dwarfing, or st.rilit., and t.eir st.ms had improved ceil wall degradabilit.. t.is st.dy will cont.ibut. t. progress in lignin bioengineering t. improve iignocellulosic biomass.
