During hold-up t.me, t.e s.s.it.hes.cont.ol is.changed from in-phas. t. phas.-s.ift.d gat. s.gnal t. obt.in high DC volt.ge convers.on rat.o. Furt.ermore, t.e clos.d loop PI and fuzzy provide cont.ol on t.e out.ut.s.de wit.out.decreas.ng t.e s.it.hing frequency. t.e paramet.r s.ch as.conduct.on los. on primary and s.condary s.de, s.it.hing los., core and copper als. reduced. s.mult.neous.y, t.e efficiency is.increas.d about.94.79 is.realized by t.is.s.heme. t.e propos.d convert.r wit. an input.of 40 V is.built.t. produce an out.ut.of 235 V wit. t.e help of ZVs.boos.0}convert.r [1] even under line and load dis.0}rbances. As.a comparis.n, t.e clos.d loop fuzzy cont.oller performance is.feas.ble and les. s.ns.t.ve t.an PI cont.oller.
