In this study,the(3+1)-dimensional fractional time–space Kadomtsev–Petviashivili(FtSKP)equation is considered and analyzed analytically,which propagates the acoustic waves in an unmagnetized dusty *** fractional derivatives are studied in a confirmable *** new modified extended direct algebraic(MEDA)approach is adopted to investigate the diverse nonlinear wave structures.A variety of new families of hyperbolic and trigonometric solutions are obtained in single and different *** obtained results are also constructed graphically with the different parametric choices.

the Melanophila acuminata beetle is attracted to forest fires via a pair of infrared sensory organs composed of sensilla. Our histological work showed that each sensillum contains lipid layers surrounding a protein layer and a unique polysaccharide base that is associated with a neuron to each sensillum. Infrared microscopy showed that the protein region maximally absorbs infrared radiation at 3 ~tm wavelength and at 10 ~tm, which corresponds to the known radiation produced by forest fires at 3 ~tm. Mathematical calculations showed that the physical properties of the sensilla are such that the expected temperature rise is insufficient for transduction of the infrared signal through mechanical means or as a thermal receptor as previously thought; hence the protein plays the pivotal role in perception of single photons and transmission of the signal within the sensilla.

INtrODUCtION recent development has seen a drastic increase in energy use trends in Saudi Arabian buildings leading to a demand for an effective course of action for energy conservation and production.A case study-based research initiative explor-ing near-zero energy potential in Saudi Arabia was undertaken.A 4-bedroom detached single-family faculty residence at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals(KFUPM)representing common regional housing design trends was utilized.A base case simulation model of the house was developed and val-idated using short-term and real-time energy consumption *** sets of strategies:passive design strategies,representative codes and standards,and renewable technology were employed in the new design of the *** strategies com-prised a green roof,a ventilated wall system,a sloped roof,and insulation for thermal *** alternatives helped reduce the annual energy consumption of the house by 17.2%.the most recent version of the International Energy Conserva-tion Code(IECC 2012)was also incorporated along with ASHrAE Standard 62.2 for *** code and standard together reduced the annual energy consumption by 31.1%.Solar PV was then utilized to reduce grid utilization for the remainder of the house energy *** strategy provided 24.7%of the total energy consumed annually.A combination of strategies showed a 70.7%energy consumption reduction,thereby decreasing the energy index of the house from 162.9 to 47.7 kWh/m^(2)/*** Zero Energy Building(ZEB)concepts and strategies utilized in this study demonstrate a socially responsible approach to achieving near-zero energy performance for an existing house.

A traffic model based on the road surface conditions during adverse weather is presented. the surface of a road is affected by snow, compacted snow, and ice, which affects the traffic behavior. In this paper, a new macroscopic traffic flow model based on the transition velocity distribution is proposed which characterizes traffic alignment under adverse weather conditions. two examples are considered to illustrate the effect of the transition velocity behavior on traffic velocity and density. Simulation results are presented which show that this model provides a more accurate characterization of traffic flow behavior than the well known Payne-Whitham model. the proposed model can be used to reduce accidents and improve road safety during adverse weather conditions.

Carbon stocks of different land uses in the Kumrat valley, Hindu Kush region of Pakistan

Changes in land use cover, particularly from forest to agriculture, is a major contributing factor in increasing carbon dioxide（CO2） level in the *** satellite images of 1999 and 2011, land use and land use changes in the Kumrat valley KPK, Pakistan, were determined： a net decrease of 11.56 and 7.46 % occurred in forest and rangeland, while 100 % increase occurred in agriculture land（AL）. Biomass in different land uses,forest land（FL）, AL, and range land（rL） was determined by field inventory. From the biomass data, the amount of carbon was calculated, considering 50 % of the biomass as carbon. Soil carbon was also determined to a depth of 0–15and 16–30 cm. the average carbon stocks（C stocks） in all land uses ranged from 28.62 ± 13.8 t ha-1in AL to486.6 ± 32.4 t ha-1in pure Cedrus deodara forest. the results of the study confirmed that forest soil and vegetation stored the maximum amount of carbon followed by rL. Conversion of FL and rL to AL not only leads to total loss of about 56 %（from FL conversion） and 37 %（rL conversion） of soil carbon in the last decades but also the loss of a valuable carbon sink. In order to meet the emissions reduction obligations of the Kyoto Protocol, Conservation of forest and rL in the mountainous regions of the Hindu Kush will help Pakistan to meet its emissions reduction goals under the Kyoto Protocol.

In recent years,cryptocurrency has become gradually more significant in economic regions *** cryptocurrencies,records are stored using a cryptographic *** main aim of this research was to develop an optimal solution for predicting the price of cryptocurrencies based on user opinions from social *** is used as a marketing tool for cryptoanalysis owing to the unrestricted conversations on cryptocurrencies that take place on social media ***,this work focuses on extracting tweets and gathering data from different sources to classify them into positive,negative,and neutral categories,and further examining the correlations between cryptocurrency movements and tweet *** paper proposes an optimized method using a deep learning algorithm and convolution neural network for cryptocurrency prediction;this method is used to predict the prices of four cryptocurrencies,namely,Litecoin,Monero,Bitcoin,and *** results of analyses demonstrate that the proposed method forecasts prices with a high accuracy of about 98.75%.the method is validated by comparison with existing methods using visualization tools.

the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change （UNFCCC） requires reporting net carbon stock changes and anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions, including those related to forests. this paper describes the status of carbon stocks in sub tropical forests of Pakistan. there are two major sub types in subtropical forests of Pakistan viz a viz Subtropical Chir Pine and Subtropical broadleaved forests. A network of sample plots was laid out in four selected site. two sites were selected from sub tropical Chir Pine （Pinus roxburghii） forests and two from Subtropical broadleaved forests. Measurement and data acquisition protocols were developed specifically for the inventory car- ried out from 2005 to 2010. In total 261 plots （each of lha.） were established. Estimation of diameter, basal area, height, volume and biomass was carried out to estimate carbon stocks in each of the four carbon pools of above- and below-ground live biomass. Soil carbon stocks were also determined by doing soil sampling. In mature （-100 years old） pine forest stand at Ghoragali and Lehterar sites, a mean basal area of 30.38 and 26.11 ***-1 represented mean volume of 243 and 197 m3·ha-1, respectively. the average biomass （***-1） was 237 in Ghoragali site and 186 tha-1 in Lehterar site, which is equal to 128 and 100 t·ha-1 including soil C. However, on average basis both the forests have 114.5± 2.26 ***-1 of carbon stock which comprises of 92% in tree biomass and only 8% in the top soils. In mixed broadleaved evergreen forests a mean basal area （***-1）was 3.06 at Kherimurat with stem volume of 12.86 and 2.65 at Sohawa with stem volume of 11.40 ***-1. the average upper and under storey biomass （t·ha-1） was 50.93 in Kherimurat site and 40.43 ***-1 in Sohawa site, which is equal to 31.18 and 24.36 t ·ha-1 including soil C stocks. this study provides a protocol monitoring biomass and carbon stocks and valuable baseline data for in Pakistan＇s managed and unmanaged sub-tropical forests.
