The road construction industry aims to contribute to the protection of already compromised *** mix asphalt(CMA)is a measure initiated by the road industry to protect the environment and preserve *** having additional benefits,CMA has attracted little attention due to its inferior ***'s performance is enhanced using a sustainable binder bio-modifier,natural cup lump rubber(CLR)is one of *** study evaluated the tensile properties,rutting,moisture susceptibility,and adhesion properties of CLR-modified CMA(CMA-CR).The tensile property was enhanced by 26%due to CLR ***-CR had excellent rutting resistance of less than 2 mm rut depth at 10,000 load cycles,showing 70%improvement compared with conventional *** susceptibility evaluation indicated that CMA-CR had tensile strength ratio(TSR)value of 104%,satisfying the minimum 80%requirement of AASHTO *** also retained more than 96%bitumen *** moisture damage resistance was improved by 12%and 10%in terms of TSR and stripping,*** durability results revealed that the CMA-CR mixture prevented higher mass loss,representing 14%improvement compared with conventional CMA.

BACKGROUND Connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)is a mediator of transforming growth factor-beta signaling and plays a key role in connective tissue remodeling,inflammatory processes and fibrosis in various illnesses including *** To investigate the role of CTGF in colorectal cancer(CRC)progression and to compare the CTGF expression with different clinicopathological *** Real-time polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry and Western blotting was performed to evaluate the CTGF expression and the results were statistically analyzed against the clinicopathological variables of patient data using STATA software version *** CTGF expression levels in tumor specimens were significantly higher than their paired normal *** higher protein expression levels showed a significant association with smoking,staging,tumor grade,invasion depth,necrosis of tumor tissue,and both lymphovascular and perineural *** per the cox regression model and classification tree analysis,tumor-nodemetastasis stage and perineural invasion were important predictors for CTGF expression and prognosis of CRC *** analysis indicated that CTGF overexpression was associated with poorer overall and disease-free *** Expression of CTGF was increased in CRC and was linked with poor overall and disease-free survival of CRC *** findings support prior observations and thus CTGF may be a possible prognostic marker in CRC.

We present the development of a bias compensating reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm that optimizes thermal comfort(by minimizing tracking error)and control utilization(by penalizing setpoint deviations)in a multi-zone heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning(HVAC)lab facility subject to unmeasurable disturbances and unknown *** is shown that the presence of unmeasurable disturbance results in an inconsistent learning equation in traditional RL controllers leading to parameter estimation bias(even with integral action support),and in the extreme case,the divergence of the learning *** demonstrate this issue by applying the popular q-learning algorithm to linear quadratic regulation(LqR)of a multi-zone HVAC environment and showing that,even with integral support,the algorithm exhibits bias issue during the learning phase when the HVAC disturbance is unmeasurable due to unknown heat gains,occupancy variations,light sources,and outside weather *** address this difficulty,we present a bias compensating learning equation that learns a lumped bias term as a result of disturbances(and possibly other sources)in conjunction with the optimal control *** results show that the proposed scheme not only recovers the bias-free optimal control parameters but it does so without explicitly learning the dynamic model or estimating the disturbances,demonstrating the effectiveness of the algorithm in addressing the above challenges.

近年来从植物研究中发现的一种二萜衍生物（forskolin）是一种新型作用于心血管系统的药物。质膜中forskolin结合部位被认为是腺苷酸环化酶（EC4.***.1.1.）的催化亚单位。我们已经证明了它对大鼠心肌质膜腺苷酸环化酶的激活作用呈剂量效应相关。本文用〔1,2-3H〕forskolin研究了大鼠心肌质膜for-skolin结合部位的特征。实验结果表明:〔3H〕forskolin结合量和膜蛋白呈线性相关;其特异结合是快速的、可饱和的、可逆的、依赖温度的;结合反应的平衡解离常数（Ka）为0.21±SD 0.08μmol/L,其最大结合浓度为3.3±SD1.2 pmol/mg蛋白,Hill系数为1.07±SD0.05;37℃时缔合速率常数为0.0013（nmol/L）-1·min-1,30 min达到平衡状态;心肌质膜结合的〔1,2-3H〕forskolin被forskolin取代的解离速率常数:37℃时为0.22 min-1(t1/2=3.2 min),0℃时为0.03 min-1(t1/2=25.8min),IC50为1.6μmol/L。本文实验结果提示:心肌质膜〔3H〕forskolin结合分析可以作为研究激素和药物对心肌腺苷酸环化酶催化亚基作用的良好模型。

The hidden danger of the automatic speaker verification(ASV)system is various spoofed *** threats can be classified into two categories,namely logical access(LA)and physical access(PA).To improve identification capability of spoofed speech detection,this paper considers the research on ***,following the idea of modifying the constant-q-based features,this work considered adding variance or mean to the constant-q-based cepstral domain to obtain good ***,linear frequency cepstral coefficients(LFCCs)performed comparably with constant-q-based ***,we proposed linear frequency variance-based cepstral coefficients(LVCCs)and linear frequency mean-based cepstral coefficients(LMCCs)for identification of speech *** and LMCCs could be attained by adding the frame variance or the mean to the log magnitude spectrum based on LFCC *** proposed novel features were evaluated on ASVspoof 2019 *** experimental results show that compared with known hand-crafted features,LVCCs and LMCCs are more effective in resisting spoofed speech attack.

The retrieval of lost entanglement for relatively accelerated fermionic observers of a tripartite system by a partial measurement technique has been *** the prospective of the negativities of one-tangles and theπ-tangle,we show that the degraded entanglement in noninertial frames with single-mode approximation is completely retrieved by an optimal strength of the partial measurement or the partial measurement *** addition,we find that the optimal one-tangle with respect to inertial and noninertial observers turns out to be the same for an optimal strength of partial measurements at q0=0 when two accelerated observers move with infinite acceleration.

盐胁迫是影响植物生长、造成农作物减产的主要非生物胁迫之一。盐胁迫会使植物产生过量的ROS（Reactive oxygen species）并造成氧化损伤,为了减轻这种损伤,植物利用各种抗氧化酶,包括过氧化氢酶（CAT）、过氧化物酶（POD）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）等来清除ROS以调节氧化还原平衡。同时,盐胁迫引起的渗透胁迫还可降低植物根系对水分和其他营养物质的吸收。腐殖酸肥料是一种将腐殖酸与氮、磷、钾等元素结合制成的肥料,其具有肥料增效、改良土壤、刺激作物生长、改善农产品质量等功能。小麦（Triticum aestivum L.）是中国主要的粮食作物之一,为探究腐殖酸肥料施用对土壤理化性质及盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生理生化特性的影响,本研究测定了不同浓度腐殖酸肥料（0.1、0.3和0.6 g/L）施用下土壤的p H、电导率及营养物质的含量,以及两个小麦品种（JM-47和Yr-39）幼苗在不同盐浓度（100和200 m M NaCl）处理下的生长、生理、光合和抗氧化指标。具体试验结果如下:（1）盐处理可显著抑止小麦JM-47和Yr-39种子萌发和幼根生长,且抑止程度随处理浓度的增加而增加。JM-47种子在200 m M NaCl处理下的萌发率（Gr）、萌发势（Ge）和萌发指数（Gi）分别为75.83%、59.16%和4.33,与对照（0 m M NaCl）相比分别降低了20.87%、37.17%和20.11%。与JM-47相比,盐处理对Yr-39种子萌发和幼根生长的抑制程度更大。（2）施用腐殖酸肥料可显著减缓盐胁迫对小麦幼苗JM-47和Yr-39生长的抑制作用。在200 m M NaCl处理下,与不施用腐殖酸肥料相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的JM-47幼苗的分蘖数、叶面积、叶片数量、株高、根长、鲜重和干重分别增加了133.33%、8.65%、66.66%、120.45%、312.14%、237.18%和251.58%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了133.33%、8.75%、66.66%、81.56%、256.19%、240.43%和253.65%。（3）施用腐殖酸肥料可显著减缓盐胁迫对小麦幼苗JM-47和Yr-39光合色素含量、光合特性、荧光特性的抑制作用。在200 m M NaCl处理下,与不施用腐殖酸肥料相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的JM-47幼苗的光合色素a和b分别增加了54.99%和47.69%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了74.94%和35.93%;JM-47幼苗的蒸腾速率（E）、光合速率（Pn）和气孔导度（gsw）分别增加了169.23%、127.09%和176.16%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了188.53%、359.81%、270.52%;JM-47幼苗的最大荧光（Fm）、荧光的最大量子产率（Fv/Fm）、暗反应（R）、荧光的最大量子产率（PSII）和光化学猝灭（q P）分别增加了86.29%、60.67%、52.04%75.62%和102.94%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了75.18%、66.03%、54.465%、85.51%和111.32%。（4）施用腐殖酸肥料显著降低了小麦幼苗JM-47和Yr-39的抗氧化酶活性。在200 m M NaCl处理下,与不施用腐殖酸肥料相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的JM-47幼苗的SOD、POD和CAT活性分别降低了-20.46%、-23.83%和-29.035,Yr-39幼苗分别降低了-25.52%、-16.97%和-24.85%;JM-47幼苗的MDA含量降低了-35.71%,而Yr-39幼苗降低了-25.28%。（5）施用腐殖酸肥料显著降低了土壤p H和电导率,与不施用腐殖酸相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的土壤p H和电导率分别降低了-18.40%和-12.52%。但是,施用腐殖酸肥料显著增加了土壤营养元素的含量,与不施用腐殖酸相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的土壤的氮、磷、钾、硫、碳和氢分别增加了27.61%、85.91%、41.28%、61.95%、39.32%和24.55%,碳氮比（C/N）和碳氢比（C/H）分别降低了8.48%和29.03%。综上,这些结果暗示腐殖酸肥料可通过改良土壤营养,提高小麦幼苗对盐胁迫的抗性,本研究结果可为应用腐殖酸肥料改善盐胁迫下作物的生长提供基础数据。

Ti_(3)CN,as a typical hetero-MXene,has attracted tremendous attention for its unique ***,its ultrafast photonics applications are still ***,the few-layer Ti_(3)CN MXene was successfully prepared by selective etching and molecular delamination *** nonlinear optical response of few-layer Ti_(3)CN MXene at 640 nm was studied using the open-aperture Z-scan *** asprepared Ti_(3)CN MXene sample exhibited excellent nonlinear saturable absorption characteristics,resulting in the nonlinear absorption coefficient b of4.05×10^(-2)cm/GW,which was one order of magnitude larger than that of black phosphorus(BP)and molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)).For the optical modulation applications of few-layer Ti_(3)CN MXene,passively q-switched(PqS)solid-state visible lasers based on Ti_(3)CN saturable absorber(SA)at 522 nm,607 nm,639 nm,and 721 nm were successfully ***,a Ti_(3)CN-based stable passively mode-locked Pr:YLF red laser was also successfully achieved with a pulse duration of 30 ps,and the corresponding repetition rate was 73.1 *** optical modulation device based on few-layer Ti_(3)CN MXene shows good *** work demonstrates that the tremendous prospects of the few-layer Ti_(3)CN MXene as a visible optical modulation device in ultrafast photonics applications.
