Amplified inter simple sequence repeats （ISSR） markers were used to determine genetic relationships among mutant silkworm strains of Bombyx mori. Fifteen ISSR primers containing simple sequence repeat （SSR） motifs were used in this study. A total of 113 markers were produced among 20 mutant strains, of which 73.45% were found to be polymorphic. In selected mutant genetic stocks, the average number of observed allele was （1.7080 ± 0.4567）, effective alleles （1.5194 ± 0.3950） and genetic diversity （ht）（0.2901 ± 0.0415）. The dendrogram produced using the unweighted pair group method with arithmetic means （UPGmA） and cluster analysis made using Nei＇s genetic distance resulted in the formation of one major group containing 6 groups separated 20 mutant silkworm strains. Therefore, ISSR amplification is a valuable method for determining the genetic variability among mutant silkworm strains. This efficient molecular marker would be useful for characterizing a considerable number of silkworm strains maintained at the germplasm center.

Skin cancer diagnosis is difficult due to lesion presentation variability. Conventionalmethods struggle to manuallyextract features and capture lesions spatial and temporal variations. This study introduces a deep learning-basedConvolutional and Recurrent Neural Network (CNN-RNN) model with a ResNet-50 architecture which usedas the feature extractor to enhance skin cancer classification. Leveraging synergistic spatial feature extractionand temporal sequence learning, the model demonstrates robust performance on a dataset of 9000 skin lesionphotos from nine cancer types. Using pre-trained ResNet-50 for spatial data extraction and Long Short-Termmemory (LSTm) for temporal dependencies, the model achieves a high average recognition accuracy, surpassingprevious methods. The comprehensive evaluation, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, underscoresthe model’s competence in categorizing skin cancer types. This research contributes a sophisticated model andvaluable guidance for deep learning-based diagnostics, also this model excels in overcoming spatial and temporalcomplexities, offering a sophisticated solution for dermatological diagnostics research.

Light-driven dry reforming of methane toward syngas presents a proper solution for alleviating climate change and for the sustainable supply of transportation fuels and ***,Rh/InGaN_(1-x)O_(x) nanowires supported by silicon wafer are explored as an ideal platform for loading Rh nanoparticles,thus assembling a new nanoarchitecture for this grand *** combination with the remarkable photothermal synergy,the O atoms in Rh/InGaN_(1-x)O_(x) can significantly lower the apparent activation energy of dry reforming of methane from 2.96 eV downward to 1.70 *** as-designed Rh/InGaN_(1-x)O_(x) NWs nanoarchitecture thus demonstrates a measurable syngas evolution rate of 180.9 mmol g_(cat)^(-1) h^(-1) with a marked selectivity of 96.3% under concentrated light illumination of 6 W cm^(-2).What is more,a high turnover number(TON)of 4182 mol syngas per mole Rh has been realized after six reuse cycles without obvious activity *** correlative 18O isotope labeling experiments,in-situ irradiated X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(ISI-XPS)and in-situ diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy characterizations,as well as density functional theory calculations reveal that under light illumination,Rh/InGaN_(1-x)O_(x) NWs facilitate releasing^(*)Ch_(3) and h^(+)from Ch_(4) by holes,followed by h_(2) evolution from.h.(+)reduction with ***,the O atoms in Rh/InGaN_(1-x)O_(x) can directly participate in CO generation by reacting with the ^(*)C species from Ch_(4) dehydrogenation and contributes to the coke elimination,in concurrent formation of O *** resultant O vacancies are then replenished by CO_(2),showing an ideal chemical *** work presents a green strategy for syngas production via light-driven dry reforming of methane.

Spam.h.s turned into a big predicament these days,due to the increase in the number of spam emails,as the recipient regularly receives piles of *** only is spam wasting users’time and *** addition,it limits the storage space of the email box as well as the disk ***,spam detection is a challenge for individuals and organizations *** advance spam email detection,this work proposes a new spam detection approach,using the grasshopper optimization algorithm(GOA)in training a multilayer perceptron(mLP)classifier for categorizing emails as ham and ***,mLP and GOA produce an artificial neural network(ANN)model,referred to(GOAmLP).Two corpora are applied Spam Base and UK-2011Web spam for this ***,the finding represents evidence that the proposed spam detection approach has achieved a better level in spam detection than the status of the art.

Along with conventional methods, this paper proposed a method in which 1 D and 3 D models are integrated to identify the self-sourced reservoir potential of the Farewell Formation in the Kupe Gas Field within the Taranaki Basin, New Zealand. Source rock characteristics were evaluated at both field and basin scales by investigating source rock maturity, type of organic matter,and hydrocarbon generation potential by rock pyrolysis,using Rock-Eval 2 and 6. The 1 D thermal and burial history model established the rate of sedimentation and thermal history of the Kupe 4 well. Reservoir characterization at field-scale was determined by seismic interpretation, well log analysis, and 3 D structural and petrophysical models. The sediments of the Farewell Formation contain types II-III（oil/gas prone） and type III（gas prone） and have fair-to-excellent generation potential. The oxygen and hydrogen indices ranged from 3 to 476 mg CO2/g TOC and 26 to 356 mg hC/g TOC, respectively, whereas the thermal maturity determined by vitrinite reflectance values ranged between 0.3% and 0.72%, indicating that the Farewell Formation is in immature-to-mature hydrocarbon generation stage. Thus, Farewell Formation was verified to be a good source rock. Additionally, structural interpretations demonstrated the structural complexity of an extensional and contractional regime within the reservoir package. multiple faults indicated a good reservoir property there with a trapping mechanism as well as migration paths. A well-log-based petrophysical analysis established the presence of up to 70% hydrocarbon saturation within the pore spaces of Farewell *** 3 D models confirmed that the Farewell Formation has significant sand zones and hydrocarbon-saturated zones,thereby proving its very good reservoir characteristics. It has been proved that the 1 D and 3 D structural schemes,integrated with geological techniques, was vital in identifying the Kupe Field as a self-sourced reservoir.

Robust h_∞ control for uncertain markovian jump systems with mixed delays

We scrutinize the problem of robust h∞control for a class of markovian jump uncertain systems with interval timevarying and distributed delays. The markovian jumping parameters are modeled as a continuous-time finite-state markov chain. The main aim is to design a delay-dependent robust h∞control synthesis which ensures the mean-square asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional（LKF）, sufficient conditions for delay-dependent robust h∞control criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LmIs）. The advantage of the proposed method is illustrated by numerical examples. The results are also compared with the existing results to show the less conservativeness.

We consider the flow of an incompressible viscous maxwell fluid between two parallel plates, initially induced by a constant pressure gradient. The pressure gradient is withdrawn and the upper plate moves with a uniform velocity while the lower plate continues to be at rest. The arising flow is referred to as run-up flow. The unsteady governing equations are solved as initial value problem using Laplace transform technique. The expression for velocity, shear stresses on both plates and discharge are obtained. The behavior of the velocity, shear stresses and mass flux has been discussed in detail with respect to variations in different governing flow parameters and is presented through graphs.

We report on the fabrication and characterization of multi-leg bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) and antimony telluride (Sb2Te3) thermoelectric devices. The two materials were deposited, on top of SiO2/Si substrates, using Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). The SiO2 layer was used to provide insulation between the devices and the Si wafer. Copper was used as an electrical connector and a contact for the junctions. Four devices were built, where the Bi2Te3 and Sb2Te3 were deposited at substrate temperatures of 100°C, 200°C, 300°C and 400°C. The results show that the device has a voltage sensitivity of up to 146 μV/K and temperature sensitivity of 6.8 K/mV.
