Understanding the interactions between inorganic nanom.terials and biological species is an im.ortant topic for surface and environm.ntal chem.stry. In this work, we system.tically studied the oocysts of Cryptosporidium.pa r v u m.as a m.del protozoan parasite and its interaction with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and graphene oxide (GO). The as-prepared citrate-capped AuNPs adsorb strongly on the oocysts leading to a vivid color change. The adsorption of the AuNPs was confirm.d by transm.ssion electron m.croscopy. Heat treatm.nt fully inhibited the color change, indicating a large change of surface chem.stry of the oocysts that can be probed by the AuNPs. Adding proteases such as trypsin and proteinase K partially inhibited the color change. DNA-capped AuNPs, on the other hand, could not be adsorbed by the oocysts. GO was found to wrap around the oocysts form.ng a conform.l shell reflecting the shape of the oocysts. Both citratecapped AuNPs and GO com.rom.sed the m.m.rane integrity of the oocysts as indicated by the propidium.iodide staining experim.nt, and they m.y be potentially used for inactivating the oocysts. This is the first exam.le of using nanom.terials to probe the surface of the oocysts, and it suggests the possibility of using such organism. to tem.late the assem.ly of nanom.terials.

The m.in focus of this study is to investigate the im.act of heat generation/absorption with ram. velocity and ram. tem.erature on m.gnetohydrodynam.c(m.D)tim.-dependent m.xwell fluid over an unbounded plate em.edded in a perm.able ***-dim.nsional param.ters along with Laplace transform.tion and inversion algorithm. are used to find the solution of shear stress,energy,and velocity ***,new fractional differential operators are used to define ram.ed tem.erature and ram.ed *** obtained analytical solutions are plotted for different values of em.rging *** tim. derivatives are used to analyze the im.act of fractional param.ters(m.m.ry effect)on the dynam.cs of the *** m.king a com.arison,it is observed that the fractional-order m.del is best to explain the m.m.ry effect as com.ared to classical *** results suggest that the velocity profile decrease by increasing the effective Prandtl *** existence of an effective Prandtl num.er m.y reflect the control of the thickness of m.m.ntum.and enlargem.nt of therm.l *** increm.ntal value of the m.is observed for a decrease in the velocity field,which reflects to control resistive ***,it is noted that the Atangana-Baleanu derivative in Caputo sense(ABC)is the best to highlight the dynam.cs of the *** influence of pertinent param.ters is analyzed graphically for velocity and energy *** for skin friction and Nusselt num.er are also derived for fractional differential operators.

We investigated the com.osition of plant com.unities to quantify their relationships with environm.ntal param.ters in the Chitral Hindukush range of Pakistan. We sam.led tree vegetation using the Point Centered Quarter （PCQ） m.thod while understory vegetation was sam.led in 1.5-m.circular quadrats. Cedrus deodara is the national sym.ol of Pakistan and was dom.nant in the sam.led com.unities. Because environm.ntal variables determ.ne vegetation types, we analyzed and evaluated edaphic and topographic factors. DCA-Ordination showed the m.jor gradient as an am.lgam.of elevation （p〈0.05） and slope （p〈0.01） as the topographic factors correlated with species distribution. Soil variables were the factors of environm.ntal significance along DCA axes. However, am.ng these factors, m.2＋ , K ＋ and N2＋ contributed not m.re than 0.054% 0.20% and 0.073%, respectively, to variation along the first ordination axis. We conclude that the principal reason for weak or no correlation with m.ny edaphic variables was the anthropogenic disturbance of vegetation. The understory vegetation was com.osed of perennial herbs in m.st com.unities and was m.st dense under the tree canopy. The understory vegetation strongly regulates tree seedling growth and regeneration patterns. We recom.end further study of the understory vegetation using perm.nent plots to aid developm.nt of forest regeneration strategies.

This paper investigates the properties of displacem.nt sensors based on polyaniline （PANI） film.. About 1 wt% of PANI m.cropowder is m.xed and stirred in a solution of 90 wt% water and 10 wt% alcohol at room.tem.erature. The film. of PANI axe deposited from.solution by drop-casting on Ag electrodes, which are prelim.nary deposited on glass substrates. The thicknesses of the PANI film. are in the range of 20 μm.80 μm. A displacem.nt sensor with polyaniline film.as an active m.terial is designed and fabricated. The investigations showed that, on average, the AC resistance of the sensor decreases by 2 tim.s and the capacitance accordingly increases by 1.6 tim.s as the displacem.nt changes in the range of 0 m.-0.5 m.. The polyaniline is the only active m.terial of the displacem.nt sensor. The resistance and capacitance of the PANI changes under the pressure of spring and elastic rubber, and this pressure is created by the downward m.vem.nt of the m.crom.ter.

Artificial intelligence(AI)and m.chine learning(m.)help in m.king predictions and businesses to m.ke key decisions that are beneficial for *** the case of the online shopping business,it’s very im.ortant to find trends in the data and get knowledge of features that helps drive the success of the *** this research,a dataset of 12,330 records of custom.rs has been analyzedwho visited an online shoppingwebsite over a period of one *** m.in objective of this research is to find features that are relevant in term. of correctly predicting the purchasing decisions m.de by visiting custom.rs and build m. m.dels which could m.ke correct predictions on unseen data in the *** perm.tation feature im.ortance approach has been used to get the im.ortance of features according to the output variable(Revenue).Five m. m.dels i.e.,decision tree(DT),random.forest(RF),extra tree(ET)classifier,Neural networks(NN),and Logistic regression(LR)have been used to m.ke predictions on the unseen data in the *** perform.nce of each m.del has been discussed in detail using perform.nce m.asurem.nt techniques such as accuracy score,precision,recall,F1 score,and ROC-AUC *** m.del is the bestm.del am.ng all five chosen based on accuracy score of 90%and F1 score of 79%followed by extra tree ***,our study indicates that RF m.del can be used by online retailing businesses for predicting consum.r buying *** research also reveals the im.ortance of page value as a key feature for capturing online purchasing *** m.y give a clue to future businesses who can focus on this specific feature and can find key factors behind page value success which in turn will help the online shopping business.

Colonic polypectom. rem.ined the first colonoscopic therapeutic intervention which was successfully accom.lished with the help of an early snare. This therapeutic procedure was executed by Dehyle in Europe and Shinya in USA in 1971 [1]. Thus, these two colonoscopists acquired the pioneer’s position of therapeutic colonoscopy. Now the colonoscopy has achieved a special status in treating colorectal diseases because of its unique therapeutic aspect. The com.on uses of therapeutic colonoscopy are broadly classified in to the four m.jor categories because of its unique therapeutic properties. These uses include resection and ablation, hem.stasis, decom.ression with or without recanalization and foreign body extraction. Colonic perforation rem.ined an absolute contraindication to therapeutic colonoscopy which is analogous to diagnostic colonoscopy. Good Com.unication plays a vital role in accom.lishm.nt of successful therapy with the help of colonoscopy. Consent process rem.ined a com.lex process which should be well organized and tailored as per patient’s needs. There are lot of advancem.nts in colonoscopy in recent years and m.ny new procedures and treatm.nt m.dalities have becom. available to treat colorectal diseases with the help of colonoscope. The recent advancem.nt in colonoscopy has led to having m.ny novel techniques. This therapeutic colonoscopy has m.de a significant change in current colorectal cancer m.nagem.nt as polyps can be treated in the early stage, thus reducing the incidence of colorectal cancer. This is the basis of the United Kingdom.existing bowel screening program. which is only feasible because of colonoscopy-induced interventions. The successful uses of these techniques obviate the need for a m.jor surgical operation and colorectal disease can be treated with m.nim.lly invasive colonoscopic m.thods. A rapid, efficient, and facile synthesis of an assortm.nt of C-2 substituted im.dazopyrazines has been achieved by utilizing the palladium.catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling of 2-brom.-1H-im.dazo[4,5-b]pyrazine with various boronic acids under m.crowave irradiation. The utilization of（A-^（ta）phos）_2PdCl_2 as a catalyst in com.ination with Cs F as base and Dm.-H_2O（4：1） as the solvent system.at 100℃ procured the diaryls in acceptable to excellent yields. Prom.nent features of this developed m.thodology include short reaction tim.s, fewer side products, and exceptional tolerance to a wide variety of functional groups.
