This paper deals with H∞ state estimation problem of neural networks with discrete and distributed time-varying delays. A novel delay-dependent concept of H∞ state estimation is proposed to estimate the H∞ performance and global asymptotic stability of the concerned neural networks. By constructing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using the linear matrix inequality technique, sufficient conditions for delay-dependent H∞ performances are obtained, which can be easily solved by some standard numerical algorithms. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.

Data centers are being distributed worldwide by cloud service providers(CSPs)to save energy costs through efficient workload alloca-tion *** CSPs are challenged by the significant rise in user demands due to their extensive energy consumption during workload *** research studies have examined distinct operating cost mitigation techniques for geo-distributed data centers(DCs).However,oper-ating cost savings during workload processing,which also considers string-matching techniques in geo-distributed DCs,remains *** this research,we propose a novel string matching-based geographical load balanc-ing(SMGLB)technique to mitigate the operating cost of the geo-distributed *** primary goal of this study is to use a string-matching algorithm(i.e.,Boyer Moore)to compare the contents of incoming workloads to those of documents that have already been processed in a data center.A successful match prevents the global load balancer from sending the user’s request to a data center for processing and displaying the results of the previously processed workload to the user to save *** the contrary,if no match can be discovered,the global load balancer will allocate the incoming workload to a specific DC for processing considering variable energy prices,the number of active servers,on-site green energy,and traces of incoming *** results of numerical evaluations show that the SMGLB can minimize the operating expenses of the geo-distributed data centers more than the existing workload distribution techniques.

Keyword search methods alleviate the problem by retrieving documents that contain words specified by users. The retrieved documents are likely to contain relevant information because of the presence of words of interest. However, keyword search suffers from a number of issues. Ambiguous keywords, which have more than one possible meaning, often result in the retrieval of irrelevant documents. Alternatively, relevant documents may contain terms different from, but similar in meaning to, specified keywords. These documents will be missed in the retrieval process, in recent years ontologies have become a topic of interest in computer science Web documents are classified based on similarities determined by the ontology, which expresses the meaning structure of the Web documents’terminology information and vocabulary in a hierarchical manner. Identifying and comparing the meaning content and relationship of each document can perform document classification more accurately and efficiently The principal application area for ontologies in computer science today is in the application of semantic technology to number of application areas this semantic technology has been developed as part of the W3C semantic web. The world of semantic web is progressing slowly but constantly. Ontologies, needs to be focused and new techniques are required to be developed relating to it. As a result the alignments produced are not as close or not as good as they should be. Traditional techniques use multiple strategies and combine the results by assigning fixed weights to each strategy, while in actual the ontologies are semantic in nature so the weights should also be assigned according to their semantics. We propose the concept of conditional information quantity which modifies formulas for computing similarity and set the weights according to the semantic contexts of strategies. In Pakistan, particularly in Punjab Province, it is difficult for agrofarmers to combine their indigenous knowledge and modern scientific methods to evaluate existing traditional farming systems and forestry practices. This requires an evaluation of indigenous soil classification in simple terms along with knowledge of the local flora, especially trees. This study focuses on land suitability classification for trees in the Attock District of Punjab, Pakistan. A survey was conducted which included interviews of local agrofarmers as well as standard soil analyses including both chemical and physical determinations of local soil types. An evaluation of soil types for cultivation of various crops was carried out given its total extent, component soil series and their proportions, spotting characteristics of each soil series and their major limitations/hazards for trees/crops. These would lead to the identification of various tree species according to soil characteristics. Then, according to the soil types and species, a land suitability map was obtained for the choice of tree species by using geographic information system （GIS） software. Land suitability classification will help local agroforesters/agrofarmers in matching suitable agricultural trees/crops properly for different soils in the area.

Spintronics has received a great attention and significant interest within the past decades,and provided considerable and remarked applications in industry and electronic information *** spintronics,the MgO based magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ) is an important research advancement because of its physical properties and excellent performance,such as the high TMR ratio in MgO based *** present an overview of more than a decade development in MgO based *** review contains three main sections.(1) Research of several types of MgO based MTJs,including single-crystal MgO barrier based-MTJs,double barrier MTJs,MgO based MTJs with interlayer,novel electrode material MTJs based on MgO,novel barrier based MTJs,novel barrier MTJs based on MgO,and perpendicular MTJs.(2) Some typical physical effects in MgO based MTJs,which include six observed physical effects in MgO based MTJs,namely spin transfer torque(STT) effect,Coulomb blockade magnetoresistance(CBMR) effect,oscillatory magnetoresistance,quantum-well resonance tunneling effect,electric field assisted magnetization switching effect,and spincaloric effect.(3) In the last section,a brief introduction of some important device applications of MgO based MTJs,such as GMR & TMR read heads and magneto-sensitive sensors,both field and current switching MRAM,spin nano oscillators,and spin logic devices,have been provided.

Recent progresses in magnetic tunnel junctions with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy （PMA） are reviewed and summarized. At first, the concept and source of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy （PMA） are introduced. Next, a historical overview of PMA materials as magnetic electrodes, such as the RE-TM alloys TbFeCo and GdFeCo, novel tetragonal manganese alloys Mn-Ga, L10-ordered （Co, Fe）/Pt alloy, multilayer film [Co, Fe, CoFe/Pt, Pd, Ni, AU]N, and ultra-thin magnetic metal/oxidized barrier is offered. The other part of the article focuses on the optimization and fabrication of CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB p-MTJs, which is thought to have high potential to meet the main demands for non-volatile magnetic random access memory.
