Spintronics has received a great attention and significant interest within the past decades,and provided considerable and remarked applications in industry and electronic information *** spintronics,the MgO based magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ) is an important research advancement because of its physical properties and excellent performance,such as the high TMR ratio in MgO based *** present an overview of more than a decade development in MgO based *** review contains three main sections.(1) Research of several types of MgO based MTJs,including single-crystal MgO barrier based-MTJs,double barrier MTJs,MgO based MTJs with interlayer,novel electrode material MTJs based on MgO,novel barrier based MTJs,novel barrier MTJs based on MgO,and perpendicular MTJs.(2) Some typical physical effects in MgO based MTJs,which include six observed physical effects in MgO based MTJs,namely spin transfer torque(STT) effect,Coulomb blockade magnetoresistance(CBMR) effect,oscillatory magnetoresistance,quantum-well resonance tunneling effect,electric field assisted magnetization switching effect,and spincaloric effect.(3) In the last section,a brief introduction of some important device applications of MgO based MTJs,such as GMR & TMR read heads and magneto-sensitive sensors,both field and current switching MRAM,spin nano oscillators,and spin logic devices,have been provided.

BACKGROUND Burnout amongst radiologists is common in many different institutions and is increasing day by *** battle burnout,we have to address the root causes already recognized in published ***,it is crucial to examine and discern important *** To provide evidence-based data and trends related to burnout in radiologists so that researchers can work on it further and develop preventive strategies to overcome this *** Bibliometric analysis conducted by two independent reviewers separately used Scopus Library for data extraction by using medical subject heading and International Classification of Diseases ***-nine articles were selected for analysis after an extensive *** Package for the Social Sciences version 20 was used for *** correlation coefficient,Kruskal Wallis test,and Mann-Whitney U test were *** The most productive period with regards to the number of publications was between 2017 and 2019.A total of 160 authors contributed to the topic burnout among radiologists,with an average of 3.26 authors per *** 41.68%of the authors were female,whilst 35%of them were first *** co-citation analysis by author involved 188 cited authors,13 of whom were cited at least 70 *** six out of forty-nine studies were funded by various government institutions and non-governmental *** Current analysis casts a spotlight on important trends being witnessed in regard to the mental health of radiologists,including lack of funding for mental health research,narrowing of female vs male citation gap,as well as authorship and citation trends.

Arsenic(As)contaminated food chains have emerged as a serious public concern for humans and animals and are known to affect the cultivation of edible crops throughout the ***,the present study was designed to investigate the individual as well as the combined effects of exogenous silicon(Si)and sodium nitroprusside(SNP),a nitric oxide(NO)donor,on plant growth,metabolites,and antioxidant defense systems of radish(Raphanus sativus L.)plants under three different concentrations of As stress,i.e.,0.3,0.5,and 0.7 mM in a pot *** results showed that As stress reduced the growth parameters of radish plants by increasing the level of oxidative stress markers,i.e.,malondialdehyde and hydrogen ***,foliar application of Si(2 mM)and pretreatment with SNP(100μM)alone as well as in combination with Si improved the plant growth parameters,i.e.,root length,fresh and dry weight of plants under As ***,As stress also reduced protein,and metabolites contents(flavonoids,phenolic and anthocyanin).Activities of antioxidative enzymes such as catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),guaiacol peroxidase(POD),and polyphenol oxidase(PPO),as well as the content of non-enzymatic antioxidants(glutathione and ascorbic acid)decreased under As *** most of the parameters in radish,As III concentration showed maximum reduction,as compared to As I and II ***,the individual and combined application of Si and NO significantly alleviated the As-mediated oxidative stress in radish plants by increasing the protein,and metabolites *** in the activities of CAT,APX,POD and PPO enzymes were *** of glutathione and ascorbic acid were also enhanced in response to co-application of Si and NO under As *** obtained were more pronounced when Si and NO were applied in combination under As stress,as compared to their individual *** short,the current study highlights that Si and NO synergisticall

The world has been facing serious environmental issues in recent times such as pollution,climate change,deforestation *** purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between international trade and the environmental performance *** of twelve emerging Asian countries is collected for the period 2002 to *** panel regression techniques random effects model and fixed effects model along with the robust checks are used to analyze the *** findings suggest that the free international trade have significant adverse affect on the environmental performance of the selected *** the mediation analysis is used to identify the intermediary variables between trade and *** is argued that the energy consumption and green-field investment are leading channels for the negative impact of international trade on the *** results suggest that strict environmental regulations and use of alternative energy should be increased to mitigate the harmful effects of international trade in emerging developing *** is also analyzed that higher manufacturing GDP,high per capita income and big population have considerable influence on the environmental *** the findings can be helpful for policy making in the emerging developing countries of Asia to ensure better environmental performance.

Human activity detection and recognition is a challenging *** surveillance can benefit greatly by advances in Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud *** intelligence IoT(AIoT)based devices form the basis of a smart *** research presents Intelligent dynamic gesture recognition(IDGR)using a Convolutional neural network(CNN)empowered by edit distance for video *** proposed system has been evaluated using AIoT enabled devices for static and dynamic gestures of Pakistani sign language(PSL).However,the proposed methodology can work efficiently for any type of *** proposed research concludes that deep learning and convolutional neural networks give a most appropriate solution retaining discriminative and dynamic information of the input *** research proposes recognition of dynamic gestures using image recognition of the keyframes based on CNN extracted from the human *** distance is used to find out the label of the word to which those sets of frames belong *** simulation results have shown that at 400 videos per human action,100 epochs,234×234 image size,the accuracy of the system is 90.79%,which is a reasonable accuracy for a relatively small dataset as compared to the previously published techniques.

Recent progresses in magnetic tunnel junctions with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy （PMA） are reviewed and summarized. At first, the concept and source of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy （PMA） are introduced. Next, a historical overview of PMA materials as magnetic electrodes, such as the RE-TM alloys TbFeCo and GdFeCo, novel tetragonal manganese alloys Mn-Ga, L10-ordered （Co, Fe）/Pt alloy, multilayer film [Co, Fe, CoFe/Pt, Pd, Ni, AU]N, and ultra-thin magnetic metal/oxidized barrier is offered. The other part of the article focuses on the optimization and fabrication of CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB p-MTJs, which is thought to have high potential to meet the main demands for non-volatile magnetic random access memory.

Motion Planning of Humanoid Robot for Obstacle Negotiation

The motion planning for obstacle negotiation by humanoid robot BHR-2 through stepping over or stepping on/off the wide and flat obstacle at known locations is presented. In the trajectory generation method, first the constraints of the foot motion parameters which include obstacle dimensions and the distance of obstacle from the humanoid robot is formulated. By varying the values of the constraint parameters, different types of foot motion for different obstacles can be produced. In this method, first the foot trajectory is generated, and then the waist trajectory is computed by using cubic spline interpolation without first calculating the zero moment point （ZMP） trajectory . The dynamic stability during the execution of stepping over and stepping on/off trajectories are ensured by incorporating the ZMP criterion. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by simulations and experiments on humanoid robot BHR-2.
