A 34 years old male patient presented to us on 15th February 2015,with complaints of mild pain in right eye and a foreign body sensation to the left eye,associated with redness,discomfort and blurring of vision with 4 days *** was history of a penetrating eye injury to his right eye 20 years *** showed bilaterally inflamed *** right eye was going into phthisis *** examination of the left eye showed blurred optic disc with hemorrhagic areas,macular edema and exudative retinal *** review did not show any gross skin changes,neurological signs or *** was initially treated as sympathetic ophthalmitis,but the history and examination noted that he had bilateral sensory neural hearing *** fluorescein angiography showed that he had hyperfluorescent spots in the ***,the diagnosis was changed to Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada *** patient was treated with oral steroids(1 mg/kg per day)and subsequent follow up showed a marked improvement in the ocular findings.

This a case of 2 immunocompromised patients with a surprising ocular toxocariasis *** first is a 23-year-old girl who is a known case of systemic lupus erythematosus,presenting with both eyes progressive blurring of vision for the past 3 *** showed bilateral panuveitis with posterior pole *** was treated as endogenous endophthalmitis as per protocol,but with limited *** our surprise and with high index of clinical suspicion,Toxocara serology was *** was then started on oral albendazole for 4 *** second case is a 51-year-old lady with end stage renal failure undergoing regular dialysis and on immunosuppressive *** was warded for long duration for sepsis secondary to candidal fungal *** revealed right peripheral and posterior pole granulomas almost exactly similar to the first *** was treated for endogenous endophthalmitis and again in close succession a positive serology was *** cases since then showed gradual clinical improvement.

Uveitis secondary to Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease is rare in *** the best of our knowledge,this patient is the first reported case of uveitis attributed to VKH in a child in Malaysia.A 9-year-old girl complained of non-resolving painful red eyes bilaterally for 3 *** segment of right eye showed mutton fat keratic precipitates,posterior synechiae and moderate anterior chamber *** segment of left eye revealed mutton fat keratic precipitates,band keratopathy on peripheral 3 and 9 o'clock of the cornea,iris bombe,iris nodule and seclusio *** examination of right eye revealed subretinal deposit at superior and inferior arcades with flat retina while left eye showed hazy *** was then noted to have poliosis and vitiligo after 1 month from initial *** cataract and widespread atrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium accounting for the loss in vision *** case report is to highlight the importance of early recognition of paediatric Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada and treating it aggressively to prevent the irreversible destructive sequalae of the disease.

This case report aims to report an uncommon case of bee sting keratopathy with retained stinger.A 55-year-old man presented with left cornea bee sting while gardening two days prior to first *** complained of severe eye pain with redness,tearing and blurring of *** examination,his right eye visual acuity was 6/6 and in left eye was hand *** was generalized conjunctival hyperemia and cornea showing significant descemet striae.A bee stinger with surrounding infiltration noted at 2 o'clock was associated with striate *** was deeply seated at the posterior third of cornea stroma near to paracentral *** was mid-dilated with absence of relative afferent pupillary *** was neither hypopyon nor *** posterior segment could not be visualized due to severe corneal ***,B-scan ultrasound was *** stinger was removed under local anaesthesia on the day of ***-operatively,patient was administered with topical moxifloxacin and topical non steroidal anti-inflammatory *** weeks later,there was resolution of cornea infiltrate with improvement of striate keratitis and his vision was improved to 1/***,cornea edema did not regress but ended up with bullous *** patient has undergone descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty and his vision was improved to 6/*** recommend early stinger removal to reduce the possible sequelae of bee sting toxicity for better visual outcome.

患者,女,农民,59岁,左眼被名为Scotinophara菌的黑色谷物昆虫蜇伤后疼痛肿胀1wk,表现为急性进行性视物模糊。左眼检查发现有明显的眼球突出、眶周肿胀和上睑下垂,眼球各个方向运动均受到限制。角膜浑浊伴上皮大片缺损。眼底检查发现视网膜中央动、静脉闭塞,视盘水肿和黄斑区缺血等特征。CT扫描和脑与眼眶MRI检查发现眼眶软组织炎症。患者诊断为左眼眶蜂窝织炎、角膜炎(角膜葡萄肿)和和视网膜中央动静脉闭塞。全身和局部抗菌素治疗后,眼眶周围肿胀,眼球突出明显改善。但是视力仍为无光感,此外,仍存在持续性眼球运动障碍。Scotinophara菌产生了严重的和长久的潜在眼部刺激。Scotinophara菌所致可觉察的轻微人眼伤害尤其在易发部位应该及时给予滴眼液治疗。

The software development process mostly depends on accurately identifying both essential and optional ***,user needs are typically expressed in free-form language,requiring significant time and human resources to translate these into clear functional and non-functional *** address this challenge,various machine learning(ML)methods have been explored to automate the understanding of these requirements,aiming to reduce time and human ***,existing techniques often struggle with complex instructions and large-scale *** our study,we introduce an innovative approach known as the Functional and Non-functional Requirements Classifier(FNRC).By combining the traditional random forest algorithm with the Accuracy Sliding Window(ASW)technique,we develop optimal sub-ensembles that surpass the initial classifier’s accuracy while using fewer *** results demonstrate that our FNRC methodology performs robustly across different datasets,achieving a balanced Precision of 75%on the PROMISE dataset and an impressive Recall of 85%on the CCHIT *** datasets consistently maintain an F-measure around 64%,highlighting FNRC’s ability to effectively balance precision and recall in diverse *** findings contribute to more accurate and efficient software development processes,increasing the probability of achieving successful project outcomes.

Solving complex post-disaster reconstruction challenges requires the altruistic involvement of heterogeneous stakeholder ***,small,more organized groups,such as government parastatals,private developers,and contractors often exploit large,unorganized groups,such as affected communities,leaving them more vulnerable to future *** on data collected from a case study in Pakistan,this study proposed a framework to assess,anticipate,and mitigate the exploitation of vulnerable stakeholders in post-disaster reconstruction *** framework draws on influential management theories and utilizes reciprocal relationships between stakeholder attributes(power,legitimacy,and urgency),participation,and *** study also argued for non-binary treatment of stakeholder *** framework will allow practitioners to address issues around the exploitation of stakeholder interests in future post-disaster reconstruction projects.
