A Secure NDN Framework for Internet of Things Enabled Healthcare

Healthcare is a binding domain for the Internet of Things(IoT)to automate healthcare services for sharing and accumulation patient records at anytime from anywhere through the *** current IP-based Internet architecture suffers from latency,mobility,location dependency,and *** Named Data Networking(NDN)has been projected as a future internet architecture to cope with the limitations of IP-based ***,the NDN infrastructure does not have a secure framework for IoT healthcare *** this paper,we proposed a secure NDN framework for IoTenabled Healthcare(IoTEH).In the proposed work,we adopt the services of Identity-Based Signcryption(IBS)cryptography under the security hardness Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptosystem(HCC)to secure the IoTEH information in *** HCC provides the corresponding level of security using minimal computational and communicational resources as compared to bilinear pairing and Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem(ECC).For the efficiency of the proposed scheme,we simulated the security of the proposed solution using Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocols and Applications(AVISPA).Besides,we deployed the proposed scheme on the IoTEH in NDN infrastructure and compared it with the recent IBS schemes in terms of computation and communication *** simulation results showed the superiority and improvement of the proposed framework against contemporary related works.

Nowadays,healthcare has become an important area for the Internet of Things(IoT)to automate healthcare facilities to share and use patient data anytime and anywhere with Internet *** present,the host-based Internet paradigm is used for sharing and accessing healthcare-related ***,due to the location-dependent nature,it suffers from latency,mobility,and *** this purpose,Named Data Networking(NDN)has been recommended as the future Internet paradigm to cover the shortcomings of the traditional host-based Internet ***,the novel breed lacks a secure framework for *** article constructs an NDN-Based Internet of Medical Things(NDN-IoMT)framework using a lightweight certificateless(CLC)*** adopt the Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptosystem(HCC)to reduce cost,which provides strong security using a smaller key size compared to Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem(ECC).Furthermore,we validate the safety of the proposed scheme through *** cost-efficiency,we compare the designed scheme with relevant certificateless signature *** final result shows that our proposed scheme uses minimal network ***,we deploy the given framework on NDN-IoMT.

NonorthogonalMultiple Access(NOMA)is incorporated into the wireless network systems to achieve better connectivity,spectral and energy effectiveness,higher data transfer rate,and also obtain the high quality of services(QoS).In order to improve throughput and minimum latency,aMultivariate Renkonen Regressive Weighted Preference Bootstrap Aggregation based Nonorthogonal Multiple Access(MRRWPBA-NOMA)technique is introduced for network *** the downlink transmission,each mobile device’s resources and their characteristics like energy,bandwidth,and trust are *** by,the Weighted Preference Bootstrap Aggregation is applied to recognize the resource-efficient mobile devices for aware data transmission by constructing the different weak hypotheses i.e.,Multivariate Renkonen Regression *** on the classification,resource and trust-aware devices are selected for *** of the proposed MRRWPBA-NOMA technique and existing methods are carried out with different metrics such as data delivery ratio,throughput,latency,packet loss rate,and energy efficiency,signaling *** simulation results assessment indicates that the proposed MRRWPBA-NOMA outperforms well than the conventional methods.

Evaluation of state and community/private forests in Punjab, Pakistan using geospatial data and related techniques

Background： Forests are fundamental in maintaining water supplies, providing economic goods, mitigating climate change, and maintaining biodiversity, thus providing many of the world＇s poorest with income, food and medicine. Too often, forested lands are treated as ＂wastelands＂ or ＂free＂ and are easily cleared for agricultural and infrastructure expansion. Methods： In this paper, the sustainability of two forest ecosystems （state and community/private owned） was evaluated using SPOT-5 satellite images of 2005 and 2011. This study was conducted in a sub-watershed area covering 468 km2, of which 201 km2 is managed by the state and 267 km2 by community/private ownership in the Murree Galliat region of Punjab Province of Pakistan. A participatory approach was adopted for the delineation and demarcation of forest boundaries. The Geographic Object-Based Image Analysis （GEOBIA） technique was used for identification and mapping of ten Land Cover （LC） features. Results： The results show that between the years 2005 to 2011, a total of 55 km2 （24 km2 in state-owned forest and 31 km2 in community/private forest） was converted from forest to non-forest. The conclusion is that conservation is more effective in state-owned forests than in the community/private forests. Conclusions： These findings may help to mobilize community awareness and identify effective initiatives for improved management of community/private forest land for other regions of Pakistan.

The software development process mostly depends on accurately identifying both essential and optional ***,user needs are typically expressed in free-form language,requiring significant time and human resources to translate these into clear functional and non-functional *** address this challenge,various machine learning(ML)methods have been explored to automate the understanding of these requirements,aiming to reduce time and human ***,existing techniques often struggle with complex instructions and large-scale *** our study,we introduce an innovative approach known as the Functional and Non-functional Requirements Classifier(FNRC).By combining the traditional random forest algorithm with the Accuracy Sliding Window(ASW)technique,we develop optimal sub-ensembles that surpass the initial classifier’s accuracy while using fewer *** results demonstrate that our FNRC methodology performs robustly across different datasets,achieving a balanced Precision of 75%on the PROMISE dataset and an impressive Recall of 85%on the CCHIT *** datasets consistently maintain an F-measure around 64%,highlighting FNRC’s ability to effectively balance precision and recall in diverse *** findings contribute to more accurate and efficient software development processes,increasing the probability of achieving successful project outcomes.

近年来,随着工业化进程的不断加快,土壤重金属污染已经成为一个全球性环境问题。这些重金属会通过食物链积累在人体内,危害人类健康。如何修复土壤重金属污染,已经成为当今环境科学领域亟待解决的重要问题。植物通过对重金属的富集作用,可以促进重金属向地上部分转移,且不破坏土壤的理化性质。丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)是广泛分布于陆地生态系统中最重要的土壤微生物之一,可与80%以上的陆地植物形成互利共生关系。AMF的群落组成和多样性对维持生态系统的功能和稳定性具有重要作用。AMF通过增强植物对养分的吸收和影响植物和土壤中的金属含量来促进植物生长和提高重金属污染土壤的植物修复效率。因此,AMF被广泛认为在土壤重金属修复中具有重要价值的生物材料。小叶鬼针草具有很强的重金属抗性,且被认为是重要的重金属Pb超富集植物。但是,AMF是否能够进一步提高小花鬼针草对Pb的修复效率,尚有待揭示。本研究通过室内控制试验,分析了AMF对小花鬼针草植物修复重金属Pb效率的影响。获得的主要结果如下:土壤Pb污染显著降低了植物的地上部和根系生物量,而菌根植物的地上部和根系干重高于非菌根植物;且AMF接种增加了植物根系的Pb浓度,但对于植物地上部的Pb浓度无影响;土壤Pb污染显著减少了植物叶片的叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量,而AMF接种增加了叶绿素a(11.7%)和叶绿素b(5.8%)的含量;AMF接种提高了植物叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,但降低了植物叶片的胞间二氧化碳浓度,进而减轻重金属Pb污染对植物净光合速率的危害;另外,AMF缓解了重金属Pb污染对植物N和P元素吸收的抑制作用,但对植物K元素的吸收无影响;最后,AMF接种可通过影响植物根际磷酸酶和脲酶活性,进一步缓解Pb对植物N和P吸收的作用。综上所述,本研究表明AMF可以通过维持植物光合作用、增强植物元素吸收,以及提高植物根际土壤酶活性,促进植物生长并影响重金属Pb的浓度和分布特征,进而促进土壤重金属Pb的植物修复效率。植物-AMF共生体的应用能够显著提高植物修复的效益,为土壤中重金属Pb污染的修复提供了一种可行的防治策略。

BACKGROUND Hepatitis B virus(HBV) is a cause of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Interestingly, this process is not necessarily mediated through cirrhosis and may in fact involve oncogenic processes. Prior studies have suggested specific oncogenic gene expression pathways were affected by viral regulatory proteins. Thus, identifying these genes and associated pathways could highlight predictive factors for HCC transformation and has implications in early diagnosis and *** To elucidate HBV oncogenesis in HCC and identify potential therapeutic *** We employed our Search, Tag, Analyze, Resource platform to conduct a meta-analysis of public data from National Center for Biotechnology Information’s Gene Expression Omnibus. We performed meta-analysis consisting of 155 tumor samples compared against 185 adjacent nontumor samples and analyzed results with ingenuity pathway *** Our analysis revealed liver X receptors/retinoid X receptor(RXR) activation and farnesoid X receptor/RXR activation as top canonical pathways amongst others. Top upstream regulators identified included the Ras family gene rab-like protein 6(RABL6). The role of RABL6 in oncogenesis is beginning to unfold but its specific role in HBV-related HCC remains undefined. Our causal analysis suggests RABL6 mediates pathogenesis of HBV-related HCC through promotion of genes related to cell division, epigenetic regulation, and Akt signaling. We conducted survival analysis that demonstrated increased mortality with higher RABL6 expression. Additionally, homeobox A10(HOXA10) was a top upstream regulator and was strongly upregulated in our analysis. HOXA10 has recently been demonstrated to contribute to HCC pathogenesis in vitro. Pre-harvest Treatment of Zn ＆ B Affects the Fruit Quality and Storability of Sweet Orange

Physico-chemical composition of sweet orange （Citrus sinensis L.） cv. blood red was determined in relation to different storage conditions and micronutrients application at department of horticulture, Agricultural University Peshawar, Pakistan during 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. The post-harvest quality of sweet orange was evaluated for 60 days storage with 20 days intervals. Fruit were harvested after the foliar application of zinc and boron in two consecutive seasons. The harvested fruits were stored at an ambient temperature （ATS） of 25 ＋ 2 ℃ and at low temperature storage （LTS） of 15 ± 2 ℃ with 60%-70% relative humidity （RH） for 60 days. Sweet oranges stored at LTS maintained better fruit quality than ATS. The foliar application of zinc and boron significantly enhanced fruit juice content, total soluble solids （TSS）, ascorbic acid （AA） and non-reducing sugar （NRS） of fruit. However, fruit juice content, TSS and AA were observed significantly higher, when the fruit was treated with high zinc （1%） and low boron （0.02%）. The percent of weight loss, disease incidence, TSS and reducing sugar （RS） increased with increasing the storage durations. A reduction was noted in fruit juice, AA and NRS with increasing the storage durations.
