This article concerns the construction of approximate solutions for a general stochastic integrodifferential equation which is not explicitly solvable and whose coeffcients functionally depend on Lebesgue integrals and stochastic integrals with respect to martingales. The approximate equations are linear ordinary stochastic differential equations, the solutions of which are defined on sub-intervals of an arbitrary partition of the time interval and connected at successive division points. The closeness of the initial and approximate solutions is measured in the L^p-th norm, uniformly on the time interval. The convergence with probability one is also given.

Background:According to the World Health Organization (WHO),a global reduction of 17% has been achieved in the major noncommunicable disease-associated mortality rate since *** decline was due to the decreasing mortality associated with cardiovascular and chronic respiratory diseases. The WHO has not made any comments on diabetes-related mortality thus *** objective of this study was to demonstrate trends in diabetes-related mortality associated with country-wide ***:The WHO statistics were used to assess trends in diabetes-related mortality from 2000 to *** types of community-based interventions in 49 countries were compared and ***:The baseline mortality decreased by 7%.Mortality in middle-income countries was higher than that in high-income countries. The prevalence of obesity showed a gradual increase in all countries. After implementation of the WHO "best buy" in 2010, mortality increased in 17 countries and decreased in 32 countries. Regarding the smoking prevalence trend, 87% countries with decreasing diabetes-related mortality had a gradual decline in tobacco usage since *** decline was observed only in 43% countries with increasing diabetes-related mortality. The prevalence of hypertension increased in 19% countries with declining diabetes-related mortality and in 35% countries with increasing diabetes-related mortality. Physical activity measures tended to be better implemented in countries with declining diabetes-related mortality than in countries with increasing diabetes-related ***:Smoking cessation and better blood pressure control are associated with declining diabetes-related mortality. Longer implementation periods are needed for other lifestyle interventions.

We propose a highly refractive index sensor based on plasmonic Bow Tie *** sensitivity of the resonator design is enhanced by incorporating a nanowall(NW)in a modified Bow Tie design where sharp tips of V-junction are *** approach provides high confinement of electric field distribution of surface plasmon polariton(SPP)mode in the narrow region of the ***,the effective refractive index(neff)of the mode increases and is highly responsive to the ambient *** sensitivity analysis of the SPP mode is calculated for six resonator *** results suggest that the NW embedded cavity offers the highest mode sensitivity due to the large shift of effective index when exposed to a slight change in the medium refractive ***,the device sensitivity of the proposed design is approximated at 2300 nm/RIU which is much higher than the sensitivity of the standard Bow Tie configuration.

Some electrical parameters of the SIS-type hysteretic underdamped Josephson junction(JJ)can be measured by its current-voltage characteristics(IVCs).Currents and voltages at JJ are commensurate with the intrinsic noise level of measuring *** leads to the need for multiple measurements with subsequent statistical *** this paper,the digital algorithms are proposed for the automatic measurement of the JJ parameters by *** algorithms make it possible to implement multiple measurements and check these JJ parameters in an automatic mode with the required *** complete sufficient statistics are used to minimize the root-mean-square error of parameter measurement.A sequence of current pulses with slow rising and falling edges is used to drive JJ,and synchronous current and voltage readings at JJ are used to realize measurement *** algorithm performance is estimated through computer *** significant advantage of the proposed algorithms is the independence from current source noise and intrinsic noise of current and voltage meters,as well as the simple implementation in automatic digital measuring *** proposed algorithms can be used to control JJ parameters during mass production of superconducting integrated circuits,which will improve the production efficiency and product quality.

Bioenergy Perspectives in the EU Regions: Carbon Neutrality Pathway

Bioenergy plays an important role in the climate neutrality targets of the EU. However, the status of bioenergy implementation varies greatly across the EU. The aim of this paper is to assess the role of bioenergy in different EU countries using EU experts’ opinions of bioenergy implementation in their own country. The paper identifies leading and lagging countries in biomass development by focusing on the current share of bioenergy in the total energy supply. The study shows differences in bioenergy development between Southern and Western EU countries with Northern and Eastern EU countries. The anti-bioenergy movement and continuing political support for the fossil fuel industry are important barriers inhibiting biomass development in many EU countries, especially in Southern Europe and Western Europe. Our analysis finds that the EU needs more factual bioenergy information and improved promotion of bioenergy throughout society, especially in southern and western parts of the EU. Bioenergy development in the EU can be looked at optimistically, especially in Northern and Eastern Europe. The experience of societal acceptance of bioenergy in countries such as Finland and Sweden is applicable to countries that have thus far seen less progress in bioenergy implementation such as Poland and the Netherlands.

国际旅游是各国外交、社会文化和经济合作的工具。旅游业对世界经济和国家间外交、人民社会经济生活条件的作用越来越大,能够帮助国家在国际舞台上形成国家认同、提高国家声誉。东北亚是世界经济发展最快的地区,也成为世界旅游业发展潜力最大的地区。俄罗斯和中国是东北亚的超级大国,拥有丰富的旅游资源和市场,将在未来全球旅游业中发挥重要作用。本研究的主要目标是调查中国游客赴俄旅游的限制因素,及各年龄层的差异。旅游目的地吸引力是旅游者对某一特定目的地的属性所产生的情感和感知的总和。这是一个主要依赖于主观因素的概念,使得对目的地吸引力的分析变得困难。对实际和潜在的旅游者进行调查,以了解目的地在人们心中的形象,是旅游目的地营销成功的前提条件。根据生态系统理论可知,政治、文化、经济和社会现况影响着人类的发展,不同生命阶段的人会有不同的世界观。文化、政治制度,经济状况、物质资源、价值观或生活方式等因素会影响他们对生活和现实的感知,进而对生活和现实产生不同的反应。他们对俄罗斯作为旅游目的地的感受也可能因此而不同。为描述受约束影响的出行意向形成机制,我们使用了休闲约束理论(LCT)。休闲约束理论(LCT)能让我们更深入地了解出行限制及其具体特征。我们通过在线调查收集中国游客数据,分析休闲模式、休闲限制以及年龄与休闲限制形成的关系。本研究结果可供旅游目的地的经理、营销人员和促销人员了解游客需求和改进服务,有助于推动俄中旅游合作。

Derivative vegetation indices as a new approach in remote sensing of vegetation

This paper focuses on the advantages of derivative vegetation indices over simple reflectance- based indices that are traditionally used for remote sensing of vegetation. The idea of using reflectance derivatives instead of simple reflectance spectra was proposed several decades ago. Despite this, it has not been widely used in monitoring systems because the derivatives lack reliable parameters. In addition, most satellite monitoring systems are not equipped with hyperspectral sensors, which are considered necessary for operating with the reflectance derivatives. Here, we present original data indicating that the chlorophyll-related derivative index D725/D702 we derived can be accurately estimated from a reflectance spectrum of 10 nm resolution that would be suitable for most satellite-based sensors. Furthermore, the index is not sensitive to soil reflectance and can therefore be used for testing of open crops. Presence of blanc reflectance is also unnecessary. Preliminary results of index testing are presented. Perspectives on using this and other derivative indices are discussed.
