Bali Tourism Development Corporation＇s lagoon （BTDC lagoon） has been used for treating wastewaters that come from all facilities available in the Nusa Dua Resort tourist area. Reuse of the lagoon effluent is limited for some applications due to salt and suspended solid contents. Application of an integrated membrane system for improving the water quality of the lagoon effluent which is suitable for various uses is under consideration. In this work an ultraflltration （UF） pilot performance for possible pretreatment of Reverse Osmosis （RO） was investigated. The results showed that permeate quality was stable （less than 0.5 NTU）, regardless of concentrating and diluting retentate in each cycle and fouling for a long duration of operation. However, the water quality obtained with this membrane was not enough to be directly used. The permeate quality obtained from the UF system fulfils the requirement for the optimal operation of reverse osmosis. Moreover, appropriate intermittent-backwash operation was fairly effective to maintain the fluxes at a reasonable level.

A significant obstacle in intelligent transportation systems(ITS)is the capacity to predict traffic *** advancements in deep neural networks have enabled the development of models to represent traffic flow ***,accurately predicting traffic flow at the individual road level is extremely difficult due to the complex interplay of spatial and temporal *** paper proposes a technique for predicting short-term traffic flow data using an architecture that utilizes convolutional bidirectional long short-term memory(Conv-BiLSTM)with attention *** studies neglected to include data pertaining to factors such as holidays,weather conditions,and vehicle types,which are interconnected and significantly impact the accuracy of forecast *** addition,this research incorporates recurring monthly periodic pattern data that significantly enhances the accuracy of forecast *** experimental findings demonstrate a performance improvement of 21.68%when incorporating the vehicle type feature.

Predicting traffic flow is a crucial component of an intelligent transportation *** monitoring and predicting traffic flow remains a challenging ***,existingmethods for predicting traffic flow do not incorporate various external factors or consider the spatiotemporal correlation between spatially adjacent nodes,resulting in the loss of essential information and lower forecast *** the other hand,the availability of spatiotemporal data is *** research offers alternative spatiotemporal data with three specific features as input,vehicle type(5 types),holidays(3 types),and weather(10 conditions).In this study,the proposed model combines the advantages of the capability of convolutional(CNN)layers to extract valuable information and learn the internal representation of time-series data that can be interpreted as an image,as well as the efficiency of long short-term memory(LSTM)layers for identifying short-term and long-term *** approach may utilize the heterogeneous spatiotemporal correlation features of the traffic flowdataset to deliver better performance traffic flow prediction than existing deep learning *** research findings show that adding spatiotemporal feature data increases the forecast’s performance;weather by 25.85%,vehicle type by 23.70%,and holiday by 14.02%.

This paper explored the feasibility and benefit of CO2 utilization as gasifying agent in the autothermal gasification process. The effects of CO2 injection on reaction temperature and producer gas composition were examined in a pilot scale downdraft gasifier by varying the CO2/C ratio from 0.6 to 1.6. O2 was injected at an equivalence ratio of approximately 0.33-0.38 for supply- ing heat through partial combustion. The results were also compared with those of air gasification. In general, the increase in CO2 injection resulted in the shift of combustion zone to the downstream of the gasifier. However, compared with that of air gasification, the long and distributed high temperature zones were obtained in CO2-O2 gasification with a CO2/C ratio of 0.6-1.2. The progress of the expected CO2 to CO conversion can be implied from the relatively insignificant decrease in CO fraction as the CO2/C ratio increased. The producer gas heating value of CO2-O2 gasification was consistently higher than that of air gasification. These results show the potential of CO2-O2 gasification for producing high qualityproducer gas in an efficient manner, and the necessity for more work to deeply imply the observation.

Objective： This article aimed to evaluate the effects of an educational intervention programme on improving peer educator （PE） knowledge in issues around growth and development and its risk behavior problems of adolescents in Indonesia. Methods： The study was conducted in 31 of PEs to evaluate their knowledge in adolescents. The PEs received health education and were assessed by individual work during the structured three-week programme. Data were collected before and after the training programme as pre- and post-tests. Results： The PE demonstrated significant improvements in their knowledge after attending the three-week structured training programme. The post-test scores had significant effects on the dimensions of PE knowledge scores. The PE become knowledgeable to maintain and monitor adolescents health issues around growth and development and its risk behavior problems of adolescents. Conclusions： The PE become knowledgeable to respond to the adolescent problems and readiness to become PE during puberty.

Objective:This study aims to examine the effects of a community-based friendly health clinic(CFHC)program that adopts manual participatory learning(MPL)intervention on the adolescents living in the rural and urban areas of Indonesia to gain further insights into their knowledge,attitudes,and skills related to adolescent reproductive health(ARH).Methods:A quasi-experimental design was used to obtain information on the ARH knowledge,attitudes,and skills of *** intervention studies that used similar protocols and measures were conducted.A total of 192 adolescents(96 adolescents from urban and rural areas)participated in the project,and the participants from each area were divided into eight groups.A questionairre was adopted to measure the ARH knowledge,attitudes,and skills of these participants.A content analysis of the logbook entries of these respondents was conducted to identify their ARH-related *** questionnairre and self-reported ARH data were collected before and after the eight-week ***:The CFHC program significantly increased the ARH attitudes(p=0.045)and skills(p=0.009)of adolescents in the rural area,but only improved the ARH knowledge(p<0.001)of adolescents in both rural and urban *** themes were identified in three dominant categories,namely,schools,families,and ***:The CFHC with MPL intervention can improve the ARH knowledge,attitudes,and skills of adolescents in the rural area,but can only improve the ARH knowledge of adolescents in the urban *** ARH program must be designed based on the characterictics of these adolescents to improve their life skills during puberty.

Conventionally synthesized silver nanoparticles(AgNP)imposed an alarming effect on the environment and caused toxicity to ***,the use of zeolite(zeoY)as a support system could increase its biocompatibility and reduce its ***,green synthesis of AgNP using Persicaria odorata leaves extract supported on zeolite Y has been prepared by an in situ synthesis *** phytochemical compounds in the optimized leaf extract concentration of 1%and volume of 0.9 mL reduced the silver ions to AgNP within the zeolite Y *** observation revealed the incorporation of AgNP in the zeolite Y(average size:18.51 nm).The release of AgNP exhibited antibacterial activity on *** at a concentration lower than 1 g L^(−1) which is also dependent on the ***-zeoY promoted cell proliferation in vitro and it has a non-irritating effect when tested in the in vivo skin irritation model.

Identification of phytochemical compounds in Calophyllum inophyllum leaves

Objectives: To investigate the proximate composition, mineral content, and phytochemical compounds in Calophyllum inophyllum(C. inophyllum) leaves. Moreover,isolation and identification of pyrene were also ***: C. inophyllum leaves were extracted with methanol by percolation *** proximate composition of C. inophyllum leaves was analyzed by standard *** contents in this plant were analyzed by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Phytochemical screening and analysis of this plant were performed by spectrophotometric method. Washing method with carbon disulfide was used for isolating dihydropyrene compound from C. inophyllum leaves ***: The result revealed that C. inophyllum leaves contained 11.24% moisture,4.75% ash, 6.43% crude protein, 23.96% crude fiber, 9.91% carbohydrate, and energy(79.17 kcal/100 g). The leaves also contained 0.007% iron, 1.240% calcium, 0.075%sodium, 0.195% magnesium, 0.100% ppm potassium, and 0.040% phosphorus. Moreover, 11.51% alkaloid, 2.48% triterpenoid, 2.37% flavonoid, 7.68% tannin, 2.16%saponin, 2.53% polyphenol, were identified in the methanolic crude extracts of C. inophyllum leaves. It was found that trans-2-[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-10 b,10 c-dimethyl-10 b,10 c-dihydropyrene was obtained at purity of 79.18%(22.17% yield)from C. inophyllum ***: C. inophyllum leaves may be used as a good source of fiber. It was found that C. inophyllum leaves have the potential as herbal drugs due to their phytochemical content. The separation, isolation, and purification of bioactive compounds from this methanolic crude extract and their biological activity are under further investigation.

Objectives:We aim to explore the factors related to the health promotion behavior of reproductive health(RH)among Indonesian adolescents via structural equation ***:A cross-sectional quantitative study was used to measure 108 adolescents aged 12-16 *** employed a self-administered questionnaire developed from the health promotion model(HPM)and the empowerment model(EM)on the basis of self-efficacy to determine the factors related to health promotion in maintaining RH *** equation modeling(SEM)was used to examine re-lationships among the *** Analysis of Moment Structures(AMOS)approach was used to evaluate if the proposed model is suitable for the data based on goodness-of-fit ***:The model is appropriate for the *** interrelationships emerge among independent variables(P>0.05),namely,personal and cognitive behaviors(r=-0.01),cognitive and health pro-motion behaviors(r=0.09),and affective and health promotion behaviors(r=-0.17).The strongest relationship is between empowerment and health promotion behavior(r=0.72).Affection(interper-sonal and situational influences),immediate competing demands and preferences,and empowerment(participation and control)are directly related to RH behavior ***,willingness of adolescents,prior related behavior,personal factor,and commitment to a plan of action are indirectly related to RH behavior *** model explains 43.9%of the variance in maintaining RH ***:The HPM and EM models help determine the factors related to RH behavior maintenance among *** to promote RH among Indonesian adolescents should begin from the level of child-parent-health care professional encounter for empowering the RH of adolescents.
