Multifield coupling is frequently.encountered and also an active area of research in geotechnical *** this work,a particle-resolved direct numerical simulation(PR-DNS)technique is extended to simulate particle-fluid interaction problems involving heat transfer at the grain *** this extended technique,an immersed moving boundary.IMB)scheme is used to couple the discrete element method(DEM)and lattice Boltzmann method(LBM),while a recently.proposed Dirichlet-ty.e thermal boundary.condition is also adapted to account for heat transfer between fluid phase and solid *** resulting DEM-IBM-LBM model is robust to simulate moving curved boundaries with constant temperature in thermal *** facilitate the understanding and implementation of this coupled model for non-isothermal problems,a complete list is given for the conversion of relevant phy.ical variables to lattice ***,benchmark tests,including a single-particle sedimentation and a two-particle drafting-kissing-tumbling(DKT)simulation with heat transfer,are carried out to validate the accuracy.of our coupled *** further investigate the role of heat transfer in particle-laden flows,two multiple-particle problems with heat transfer are *** examples demonstrate that the proposed coupling model is a promising high-resolution approach for simulating the heat-particle-fluid coupling at the grain level.

In 2019, the newly.revised Drug Administration Law of the People′s Republic of China was issued and implemented, clearly.proposing that China should establish a pharmacovigilance sy.tem. As a new traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) dosage form created in China, TCM injections have been widely.used in clinic, and its pharmacovigilance has attracted much attention. In response to this situation, the project team convened a group of clinical, pharmaceutical and evidence-based medicine experts from all over the country.to form an expert group, which formulated the Pharmacovigilance guidelines for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in strict accordance with the requirements of the group standards of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. From the perspective of clinical application and considering the key.elements of pharmacovigilance for clinical application of TCM injections, the guidelines put forward suggestions on the decision making of pharmacovigilance for clinical application of TCM injections from four key.links, namely.the monitoring and reporting, signal recognition, risk assessment and risk control, according to China′s pharmacovigilance regulations and learning from foreign pharmacovigilance guidelines. © 2024 Zhongguo Zhongy. y.njiuy.an. Cy.okines including tumor necrosis factor, interleukins, interferons, and chemokines are abundantly.produced in various diseases. As pleiotropic factors, cy.okines are involved in nearly.every.aspect of cellular functions such as migration, survival, proliferation, and differentiation. Oligodendrocy.es are the my.lin-forming cells in the central nervous sy.tem and play.critical roles in the conduction of action potentials, supply.of metabolic components for axons, and other functions. Emerging evidence suggests that both oligodendrocy.es and oligodendrocy.e precursor cells are vulnerable to cy.okines released under pathological conditions. This review mainly.summarizes the effects of cy.okines on oligodendrocy.e lineage cells in central nervous sy.tem diseases. A comprehensive understanding of the effects of cy.okines on oligodendrocy.e lineage cells contributes to our understanding of central nervous sy.tem diseases and offers insights into treatment strategies.

Several ternary.oxides CuCeZrO_(y.(CCZ)were sy.thesized by.a facile grinding method followed by.calcination at high temperatures,and used as cataly.ts for CO oxidation at low *** influences of calcination temperature(400-600℃)on the phy.icochemical properties of the assy.thesized ternary.oxides were investigated by.thermogravimetric analy.is/differential scanning calorimetry.TGA/DSC),X-ray.diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy.TEM),Raman,inductively.coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry.ICP-OES),N_(2) adsorption,H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),and X-ray.photoelectron spectroscopy.XPS)*** results show that the increase in calcination temperature from 400 to 500℃is conducive to the high dispersion of CuOx on cataly.t surface and the incorporation of Cu species into the support to form the Cu-Ce-Zr-O solid *** raising of calcination temperature from 500 to 600℃,however,leads to the segregation of Cu species from the solid solution to aggregate on support surface and growth of highly.dispersed CuOx *** highest cataly.ic activity.is acquired over the CCZ calcined at 500℃,which can be ascribed to the largest contents of Cu+species and oxy.en vacancies owing to the formation of the maximum amount of Cu-Ce-Zr-O solid solution.

Herein we proposed a data-driven high-throughput principle to screen high-performance single-atom materials for hy.rogen evolution reaction(HER)and hy.rogen sensing by.combing the theoretical computations and a topology.based multi-scale convolution kernel machine learning *** the rational training by.25 groups of data and prediction of all 168 groups of single-atom materials for HER and sensing,respectively.a high prediction accuracy.>0.931 R^(2) score)was achieved by.our *** show that the promising HER cataly.ts include Pt atoms in C_(4) and Sc atoms in C_(1)N_(3) coordination ***,y.atoms in C_(4) coordination environment and Cd atoms in C_(2)N_(2)-ortho coordination environment were predicted with great potential as hy.rogen sensing *** method provides a way.to accelerate the discovery.of innovative materials by.avoiding the time-consuming empirical principles in experiments.
