＜正＞Peaches are highly perishable,ripen and deteriorate quickly at ambient temperature,and cold storage is used to slow these *** analyses of two different systems were conducted to find common differences that might relate to chilling injury *** injury can take different forms in peaches including flesh browning,flesh bleeding or reddening,wooliness（softening accompanied with the development of a dry rather than juicy texture）,and leatheriness（lack of softening with the texture remaining firm）.The development of these disorders was followed in two systems:a nectarine and its peach progenitor,and two peaches,one of which was more sensitive to chilling injury than the *** analysis was performed by utilizing the ChillPeach cDNA microarray platform. In the first system examined,the peach was more sensitive to chilling injury than the nectarine,and developed flesh browning and wooliness after 5 weeks of storage and shelf life,while the nectarine flesh was *** analysis of the two was performed at harvest to see if differences could be found that would precede these developments. Of the 2581 genes that met the threshold for hybridization quality（out of 4261 cDNAs on the microarray）,95%of them showed similar expression between the two ***,of the genes showed over a 2-fold difference in expression,70%of them were higher in the peach than in the *** contrast,some categories of genes had higher expression in the nectarine;antioxidant,and chaperones and *** genes might help the nectarine withstand cold stress better than the peach. Hepatitis C virus cures after direct acting antiviral-related drug-induced liver injury: Case report

The United States Food and Drug Administration recently warned that the direct acting antiviral(DAA) combination hepatitis C virus(HCV) treatment of Paritaprevir, Ombitasvir, Dasabuvir, Ritonavir, and Ribavirin(PODr + R) can cause severe liver injury in patients with advanced liver disease. Drug induced liver injury was observed in a small number of patients with decompensated cirrhosis treated with other DAAs, but has not been reported in patients with compensated cirrhosis. We report a case of a 74-year-old woman with chronic HCV and Child-Pugh class A cirrhosis(compensated cirrhosis) treated with PODr + R. The patient presented on day 14 of PODr + R therapy with jaundice and new-onset ascites. Her total bilirubin level increased to 23 mg/dL and international normalized ratio rose to 1.65, while aminotransferase levels remained relatively stable. Hepatitis C treatment was discontinued on day 24 and she gradually recovered. Follow-up testing showed that she achieved a sustained virologic response. In conclusion, hepatic decompensation developed within two weeks of starting treatment withPODr + R in a patient with Child-Pugh class A cirrhosis and was characterized by jaundice and ascites with stable aminotransferase levels. Careful monitoring is warranted in patients with HCV-related cirrhosis treated with PODr + R.
