BACKGROUND: In recent years, recombined human growth hormone (rhGH) has been increasingly used in patients to help them recover from operation. But GH, as a mitogen, can promote cell renewal and increase malignant transformation. In the current study, we assessed the proliferation of a bile duct cancer cell line (QBC939) in vitro with GH and explored the possible relationship with the axis of GH-IGFs (insulin-like growth factors). METHODS: QBC939 cells in the exponential growth stage were harvested and divided into an experimental group (GH group) and a control group (NS group). The GH group was divided into four sub-groups according to the dose of GH and culture time (50 mu g/L for 2 hours, 50 mu g/L for 24 hours, 100 mu g/L for 2 hours, 100 mu g/L for 24 hours). The NS group was divided into two sub-groups (NS for 2 hours and NS for 24 hours). After 2 or 24 hours, IGF-1 and IGF-2 were detected using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The QBC939 cells cultured for 24 hours with two GH concentrations were made into single cell suspensions and samples underwent subsequent cell cycle evaluation. Messenger RNA of IGF-1 and IGF-2 receptor (IGF-1RmRNA and IGF-2RmRNA) were tested with the method of in situ hybridization. RESULTS: There was no statistically significant difference between the GH and NS groups after 2 hours of culture (P>0.05). But after 24 hours of culture, GH stimulated cell growth in vitro and also elevated the percentage in S phase and the proliferation index (Phanism is most likely by the GH-IGF-1-IGF-1R axis.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

目的探讨腹腔镜下囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y吻合技术在治疗胰腺假性囊肿手术中的可行性、安全性及其临床应用价值.方法回顾分析近年收治的胰腺假性囊肿患者4例,实施完全腹腔镜下囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术.观察患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后下床时间、排气排便时间、术后并发症、住院时间及随访结果.结果所有手术均顺利无中转开腹.平均手术时间约90 min,出血量约40 ml,术后约1.5 d下床,2.3 d排气或排便.患者均顺利恢复,无胰漏等并发症发生.平均住院时间为7d.术后随访2年,无发热腹痛、无胰腺炎和肠粘连等并发症发生,无复发.结论完全腹腔镜胰腺假性囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术是安全可行的,具有创伤小、恢复快及并发症少等优点,值得推广.其中掌握精湛的腹腔镜技术和娴熟的打结技巧至关重要.

目的总结腹腔镜下胃大部切除术的可行性、方法及效果并探讨其临床价值。方法回顾分析2002年1月至2006年6月行完全腹腔镜治疗的胃良性病患者50例的临床资料(LG 组),并与同期104例开腹手术患者(OG 组)在平均手术时间、术中失血、术后平均住院日及并发症等方面进行比较。结果 50例 LG 组患者手术均在腹腔镜下顺利完成,平均手术时间105 min,平均出血50ml,平均住院时间7 d,术后2例发生切口感染,无其他严重并发症发生。OG 组平均手术时间118min,平均出血108 ml,平均住院时间12 d,其中7例发生切口感染,3例发生胃排空障碍,并且有1例发生吻合口瘘,1例发生术后肠梗阻。两组问术中出血和住院时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胃手术是一种安全适用的微创外科手术,具有手术时间短、出血少、创伤小、住院时间短的优点。

目的观察生长激素（GH）作用前后胰腺癌细胞中GH-磷酸化Janus激酶2（pJAK2）信号转导通路的特征,探讨GH对胰腺癌细胞作用的分子机制.方法不同浓度的GH（50、100 μg/L）作用于胰腺癌细胞（SW-1990、Cap-1、ASPC）,计数培养24、48、72h后的细胞数;收集SW-1990注射于裸鼠背部皮下,成瘤后随机分为注射GH的实验组（GH组,共21只,每日4 mg/kg共2周,1、2、24 h取材,每组7只）及注入盐水的对照组（NS组,7只）,注射期间隔日测量瘤体积.Western blot方法观察GH作用后不同时间（体外,GH 50μg/L：5、10、15、30、45min、1、2 h;体内：1、2、24 h）胰腺癌细胞pJAK2表达变化.结果 GH可刺激SW-1990、Cap-1、ASPC增殖但在体内不促进肿瘤牛长：pJAK2在7株胰腺细胞（SW-1990、Cap-1、Colo、Mia、Aspc、P3、Panc-1）均有不同程度的表达;与细胞毒T淋巴细胞（CTL）比较,GH刺激后pJAK2表达显著增强（5、10、15 min尤为明显）,但1、2 h有减弱趋势;GH应用于裸鼠后各时间点（1、2、24 h）pJAK2在移植瘤中的表达差异无统计学意义.结论 GH能促进胰腺癌细胞SW-1990、Cap-1、ASPC增殖,但在体内不刺激肿瘤生长;GH可显著增强pJAK2在SW-1990中的表达,而在体内这种变化不明显.

Background:Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKFT)is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used widely to decrease proteinuria and the progression of chronic kidney ***:This trial compared the efficacy and safety of SYKFT,for the control of proteinuria in primary glomerulonephritis patients,against the standard drug,losartan ***,setting,participants and intervention:This was a multicenter,double-blind,randomized,controlled clinical *** glomerulonephritis patients,aged 18-70 years,with blood pressure≤140/90 mmHg,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)>45 mL/min per 1.73 ㎡,and 24-hour proteinuria level of 0.5-3.0 g,were recruited in 41 hospitals across 19 provinces in China and were randomly divided into five groups:SYKFT,losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 mg,SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 *** outcome measu res:The primary outcome was change in the 24-hour proteinuria level,after 48 weeks of ***:A total of 735 participants were *** percent decline of urine protein quantification in the SYKFT group after 48 weeks was 8.78%±2.56%(P=0.006)more than that in the losartan 50 mg group,which was 0.51%±2.54%(P=1.000)less than that in the losartan 100 mg *** with the losartan potassium 50 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg group had a 13.39%±2.49%(Pline did not change statistically *** average change in TCM syndrome score between the patients who took SYKFT(-3.00[-6.00,-2.00])and who did not take SYKFT(-2.00[-5.00,0])was statistically significant(P=0.003).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any ***:SYKFT decreased the proteinur
