The magnetization reduction of hematite using biomass waste can effectively utilize waste and reduce CO_(2) emission to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon *** effects of temperatures on suspension magnetization roasting of hematite using biomass waste for evolved gases have been investigated using TG-FTIR,Py-GC/MS and gas composition *** mixture reduction process is divided into four *** the temperature range of 200-450℃ for mixture,the release of CO_(2),acids,and ketones is dominated in gases *** yield and concentration of small molecules reducing gases increase when the temperature increases from 450 to 900℃.At 700℃,the volume concentrations of CO,H_(2) and CH_(4) peak at 8.91%,8.90% and 4.91%,*** the suspension magnetization roasting process,an optimal iron concentrate with an iron grade of 70.86%,a recovery of 98.66% and a magnetic conversion of 45.70% is obtained at 700℃.Therefore,the magnetization reduction could react greatly in the temperature range of 600 to 700℃ owing to the suitable reducing *** study shows a detail gaseous evolution of roasting temperature and provides a new insight for studying the reduction process of hematite using biomass waste.

U型反应室是悬浮焙烧装备的核心部件,明确其内物料的临界流化特性具有理论与实践意义.为此,自行搭建了冷态试验系统,并以赤铁矿粉、氧化铝粉为原料,研究了松动风量、物料性质对物料临界流化特性的影响规律,并对原有经验公式进行了修正.结果表明:临界流化气速随物料粒度、密度的增加而增加;在松动室床层为固定床的条件下,临界流化气速随松动风量的增大而减小;修正后的过程方程与试验数据吻合较好,可用于反应室内物料流化行为的预测.研究结果利于悬浮磁化焙烧技术实体化,对该技术工业应用具有一定的指导意义.

新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎病原菌及其危险因素

目的探讨新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎病原菌及其危险因素。方法选取2018年1月一2022年12月南通大学附属南通妇幼保健院收治确诊为新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的82例患儿为研究组,随机选取同期非新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的82例新生儿为对照组,统计并分析新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎病原菌分布、耐药性及危险因素。结果82例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎共分离出44株病原菌,革兰阴性菌29株(65.91%),革兰阳性菌14株(31.82%),真菌1株(2.27%);其中肺炎克雷伯菌对阿莫西林、头孢呋辛耐药11株,对左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星耐药0株;大肠埃希菌对阿莫西林耐药11株,对氨苄西林/舒巴坦耐药10株,对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药0株。妊娠期糖尿病、非母乳喂养、早产、新生儿休克、胎膜早破、宫内窘迫、新生儿出生体质量低是新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎感染病原菌主要为革兰阴性菌,肺炎克雷伯菌对左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星敏感;大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感。妊娠期糖尿病、非母乳喂养、早产、新生儿休克、胎膜早破、宫内窘迫、新生儿出生体质量低是新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的危险因素。

为探索岩鸽(Columba livia)产蛋数相关基因及其遗传标记,利用STAR对高产蛋数和低产蛋数岩鸽卵巢组织转录组数据高质量序列与参考基因组进行比对,去除重复序列后利用GATK进行单核苷酸多态性(SNP)筛选,利用VCFtools对SNP质控后进行主成分分析、进化树构建和Fst计算,利用KEGG富集分析SNP所在基因。结果显示,高产蛋组共有SNP数为298957个,低产蛋组共有SNP数为296137个,高产蛋组、低产蛋组共有SNP数为254118个,KEGG分析结果发现,SNP所在基因显著富集在孕酮调节的卵母细胞成熟、卵母细胞减数分裂和代谢等信号通路;高产蛋组和低产蛋组的102个特异SNP分布在14个注释基因上(LOC110357454、KDM5A、PIGS、BNC2、GBF1、SLAIN2、FGD4、DIAPH2、KIF3B、NFIB、EPG5、OSTF1、EMB、ST3GAL3),且富集的信号通路可能与其产蛋能力密切相关。

In a crowd density estimation dataset,the annotation of crowd locations is an extremely laborious task,and they are not taken into the evaluation *** this paper,we aim to reduce the annotation cost of crowd datasets,and propose a crowd density estimation method based on weakly-supervised learning,in the absence of crowd position supervision information,which directly reduces the number of crowds by using the number of pedestrians in the image as the supervised *** this purpose,we design a new training method,which exploits the correlation between global and local image features by incremental learning to train the ***,we design a parent-child network(PC-Net)focusing on the global and local image respectively,and propose a linear feature calibration structure to train the PC-Net simultaneously,and the child network learns feature transfer factors and feature bias weights,and uses the transfer factors and bias weights to linearly feature calibrate the features extracted from the Parent network,to improve the convergence of the network by using local features hidden in the crowd *** addition,we use the pyramid vision transformer as the backbone of the PC-Net to extract crowd features at different levels,and design a global-local feature loss function(L2).We combine it with a crowd counting loss(LC)to enhance the sensitivity of the network to crowd features during the training process,which effectively improves the accuracy of crowd density *** experimental results show that the PC-Net significantly reduces the gap between fullysupervised and weakly-supervised crowd density estimation,and outperforms the comparison methods on five datasets of Shanghai Tech Part A,ShanghaiTech Part B,UCF_CC_50,UCF_QNRF and JHU-CROWD++.

Dielectric elastomers(DEs)require balanced electric actuation performance and mechanical integrity under applied *** high dielectric particles as fillers provides extensive design space to optimize concentration,morphology,and distribution for improved actuation performance and material *** study presents an integrated framework combining finite element modeling(FEM)and deep learning to optimize the microstructure of DE *** first calculates actuation performance and the effective modulus across varied filler combinations,with these data used to train a convolutional neural network(CNN).Integrating the CNN into a multi-objective genetic algorithm generates designs with enhanced actuation performance and material modulus compared to the conventional optimization approach based on FEM approach within the same *** framework harnesses artificial intelligence to navigate vast design possibilities,enabling optimized microstructures for high-performance DE composites.

High speed sintering,a new powder-bed fusion additive manufacturing technology,utilizes infrared lights(IR)to intensely heat and melt polymer *** presence of defects such as porosity,which is associated with particle coalescence,is highly dependdent on the level of energy *** study investigate the influcence of energy input on porosity and its subsequent effects on the mechanical properties and microstructures of PEBA *** parts were manufactured with a variety of lamp powers,resulting in a range of energy input levels spanning from low to ***,they underwent testing using Archimedes’method,followed by tensile *** porosity,mechanical characteristics,and energy input exhibit a strong correlation;inadequate energy input was the primary cause of pore *** the reduced IR light power resulted in the following outcomes:porosity,ultimate tensile strength,and elongation of 1.37%,7.6 MPa,and 194.2%,*** the energy input was further increased,the porosity was reduced to as low as 0.05%and the ultimate tensile strength and elongation were increased to their peak values of 233.8%and 9.1 MPa,respectively.

The slow phase transformation of microalloyed dual phase steel makes the nonuniform stress and temperature fields during the post rolling cooling process have a significant impact on the phase transformation *** the relatively slow phase transformation of DP780 steel within the microalloyed dual phase steel series,the influence of stress on the phase transformation behavior of DP780 steel was *** quantify the nonuniform thermal and stress conditions in the steel coil,a thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of the hot-rolled strip cooling process was *** on the simulation data,DP780 steel was chosen as the research material,and Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation equipment was used for experimental *** thermal expansion curves were analyzed through regression to establish the dynamic model of DP780 steel phase transformation under ***,metallographic analysis was conducted to determine phase transformation type and grain size of DP780 *** results confirmed that the stress promotes the occurrence of semi-diffusion-type bainite ***,an appropriate level of stress facilitates the growth of bainitic grains,while the increased stress inhibits the growth of ferritic grains.

Applying the discrete element method(DEM)in soil mechanics can provide abundant information at the particle-scale and facilitates illustration of the macro-mechanical behaviour of soils based on the inter-particle *** triaxial test is one of the most common laboratory methods to study the macro-mechanical behaviour of particulate materials such as ***,many problems in geotechnical design can be assumed and simplified as a plane strain *** a biaxial test can be conducted to reproduce the macro-mechanical behaviour of soil,where the sample is enclosed by two horizontal rigid platens and a vertical latex membrane,which is a deformable continuous element and allows the enclosed specimen to deform freely while maintaining confining stress during *** paper presents an algorithm to represent physical and mechanical characteristics of latex membrane in the 2D DEM simulation of biaxial test using the PFC^(2D) *** investigate the impact of the lateral boundary conditions on the micro-macro mechanical behaviours of soil samples,two sets of DEM biaxial tests are conducted,*** rigid and deformable lateral boundary *** DEM modeling results indicate that the lateral boundary conditions have a significant effect on the micro-scale fabric properties,thickness and inclination of the shear *** comparison between these two simulations also demonstrates that the lateral boundary conditions play a major role in the peak and post-peak stress-strain behaviours as well as the dilation and critical state behaviours of granular soils.

In this paper,physics-informed liquid networks(PILNs)are proposed based on liquid time-constant networks(LTC)for solving nonlinear partial differential equations(PDEs).In this approach,the network state is controlled via ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The significant advantage is that neurons controlled by ODEs are more expressive compared to simple activation *** addition,the PILNs use difference schemes instead of automatic differentiation to construct the residuals of PDEs,which avoid information loss in the neighborhood of sampling *** this method draws on both the traveling wave method and physics-informed neural networks(PINNs),it has a better physical ***,the KdV equation and the nonlinear Schr¨odinger equation are solved to test the generalization ability of the *** the best of the authors’knowledge,this is the first deep learning method that uses ODEs to simulate the numerical solutions of PDEs.
