Association between Gene Polymorphisms and SNP-SNP Interactions of the Matrix Metalloproteinase 2 Signaling Pathway and the Risk of Vascular Senescence

Objective This study aimed to explore the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)in the matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)signaling pathway and the risk of vascular senescence(VS).Methods In this cross-sectional study,between May and November 2022,peripheral venous blood of151 VS patients(case group)and 233 volunteers(control group)were *** SNPs were identified in five genes encoding the components of the MMP-2 signaling pathway,assessed through carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity(cf PWV),and analyzed using multivariate logistic *** multigene influence on the risk of VS was assessed using multifactor dimensionality reduction(MDR)and generalized multifactor dimensionality regression(GMDR)*** Within the multivariate logistic regression models,four SNPs were screened to have significant associations with VS:chemokine(C-C motif)ligand 2(CCL2)rs4586,MMP2 rs14070,MMP2rs7201,and MMP2 *** of the T/C genotype of MMP2 rs14070 had a 2.17-fold increased risk of developing VS compared with those of the C/C genotype,and those of the T/T genotype had a19.375-fold increased ***2 rs4586 and MMP-2 rs14070 exhibited the most significant *** CCL2 rs4586,MMP-2 rs14070,MMP-2 rs7201,and MMP-2 rs1053605 polymorphisms were significantly associated with the risk of VS.

Engineering geological classification of the structural planes for hydroelectric projects in Emeishan Basalts

The scale and characteristics of rock mass are important indexes of the rock mass structural plane classification. This paper firstly analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics, the structural plane types （original structural plane, tectonic structural plane and hypergenic structural plane） and the associated features of the Emeishan basalts and then studies the classification schemes of the built hydropower structure planes of different rock areas （the east district, the central district and the west district） in the Emeishan basalt distribution area, Southwest China. Based on the analysis and comparison of the scale and the engineering geological characteristics of the typical structure planes in the basalt hydroelectric Stations, the types of structural planes are used in the first order classification. The secondary order classification is made by considering the impact factors of rock mass quality, e.g., the state of the structural planes, infilling, joint opening, extending length, the grade of weathering and strength. The engineering geological classification for Emeishan basalt is proposed. Because there are no evidences of a large structure presenting in study area, the first-order （Ⅰ） controlling structural planes do not appear in the classification, there only appear Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ grade structural planes influencing the rock-mass quality. According to the different rock-block types in bedding fault zone, the second-grade （Ⅱ） structural planes consisted of bedding fault zone is further classified into Ⅱ1, Ⅱ2 and Ⅱ3. The third-grade （Ⅲ） structural planes constructed by intraformational faulted zones are not subdivided. According to the different characteristics of intrusion, alteration and weathering unloading structural planes, the Ⅳ grade structure plane is divided into Ⅳ1, Ⅳ2 and Ⅳ3. Increased expression of myocardial semaphorin 3A in isoproterenol-induced heart failure rats

Background Maintenance of normal cardiac function is controlled by the autonomic nervous system. In congestive heart failure （CHF）, sympathetic nerve denervation is increasingly recognized. The sympathetic fiber density depends on the balance between neurotrophins and neural guidance molecules. Semaphorin 3A （sema3a）, a secreted neural guidance factor, is a well characterized member of the newly found semaphorin family. It can induce sympathetic growth cone collapse and axon repulsion. We conducted this study to investigate cell sources of sema3a in the heart, the expression level of sema3a in CHF and discuss the possible role of sema3a in *** Rats were divided into four groups： 30 days control group rats, 30 days CHF rats, 60 days control group rats,60 days CHF rats. The heart failure model was induced by injection of isoproterenol （ISO） 340 mg/kg continuously two days. All animals underwent echocardiography and haemodynamics measurements. Cardiac expression of sema3a was determined by real time polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and Western blotting analysis. Immunohistochemical analysis was used to determine the cell source of sema3a in the *** Isoproterenol induced 30 days and 60 days CHF rats displayed left ventricular dilation, systolic and diastolic function decrease. Sema3a was secreted by the cardiocytes and increased significantly in 30 days and 60 days CHF rats compared with the controls （RT-PCR： 30 days group： 0.32±0.05 vs. 0.58±0.06, P ＜0.01; 60 days group： 0.34±0.08 vs.0.71±0.07, P＜0.01. Data-driven casting defect prediction model for sand casting based on random forest classification algorithm

城镇化中的城市污染、失业与经济发展政策的效应

党的"十八大"以来,城镇化的发展受到了密切的关注。实际上,20世纪80年代以来,发展中国家在推进城市化、工业化中取得了令人瞩目的成就,但同时显示出了令人瞩目的"生态问题",因此,环境保护、绿色经济,可持续发展等成为当今的热门话题。发展经济学中的哈里斯-托达罗(Harris-Todaro)模型解析了城镇化中的劳动力移动等问题,该模型认为城乡劳动力移动的动因是劳动者的收入差别,其中还未考虑到环境问题,如今中国的环境问题已经越来越深刻,尤其近两年在中国境内大面积出现雾霾天气,大气污染程度已经到了无以复加的地步。因为环境的恶化,使得一些人迁出大城市甚至移民国外,即所谓的"环境移民",考虑到城市污染会影响消费者的效用,从城乡效用的差别角度分析劳动力移动则是对哈里斯-托达罗模型的一个新的扩展方向。本文拟在哈里斯-托达罗模型框架内导入环境污染并考虑环境污染对劳动者的负效应,利用一般均衡分析法分析城镇化中的环境保护政策、最低工资制度和关税保护政策的经济效应,比较静态学的计算结果表明:①保护环境的政策虽然会使城市失业增加但对全民的福利增加是积极的;②利用关税保护重污染行业虽然可能减少失业但却会恶化环境,对全社会福利的提高是消极的;③提高城市最低工资水平有利于社会福利的改善。因此本文认为,城镇化中政府的宏观调控应该以增加全民福利为目标,污染削减技术的改善和城市最低工资水平的提高是积极的绿色发展政策。

Photoacoustic imaging(PAI)is a noninvasive emerging imaging method based on the photoacoustic effect,which provides necessary assistance for medical *** has the characteristics of large imaging depth and high ***,limited by the equipment cost and reconstruction time requirements,the existing PAI systems distributed with annular array transducers are difficult to take into account both the image quality and the imaging *** this paper,a triple-path feature transform network(TFT-Net)for ring-array photoacoustic tomography is proposed to enhance the imaging quality from limited-view and sparse measurement ***,the network combines the raw photoacoustic pressure signals and conventional linear reconstruction images as input data,and takes the photoacoustic physical model as a prior information to guide the reconstruction *** addition,to enhance the ability of extracting signal features,the residual block and squeeze and excitation block are introduced into the *** further efficient reconstruction,the final output of photoacoustic signals uses‘filter-then-upsample’operation with a pixel-shuffle multiplexer and a max out *** results on simulated and in-vivo data demonstrate that the constructed TFT-Net can restore the target boundary clearly,reduce background noise,and realize fast and high-quality photoacoustic image reconstruction of limited view with sparse sampling.

Bloch oscillations(BOs),an important transport phenomenon,have been studied extensively in static systems but remain mysterious in Floquet ***,by harnessing notions from photonic analogy,we propose a generalization of the existing BOs in photonic Floquet lattices,namely the“photonic Floquet–Bloch oscillations”,which refer to rescaled photonic Bloch oscillations with a period of extended least common multiple of the modulation period and the Bloch oscillation ***,we report the first visual observation of such photonic Floquet–Bloch oscillations(FBOs)by employing waveguide fluorescence *** significantly,the FBOs surpass the existing BOs in Floquet systems and exhibit exotic properties on their own,including fractal spectrum and fractional Floquet *** new transport mechanism offers an intriguing method of wave manipulation that may contribute to rapidly developing fields in photonics,condensed matter physics,and quantum physics.
