Pathological scarring and scleroderma,which are the most common conditions of skin fibrosis,pathologically manifest as fibroblast proliferation and extracellular matrix(ECM)*** proliferation and ECM hyperplasia lead to fibrotic tissue remodeling,causing an exaggerated and prolonged wound-healing *** pathogenesis of these diseases has not been fully clarified and is unfortunately accompanied by exceptionally high medical needs and poor treatment ***,a promising and relatively low-cost treatment has emerged-adipose-derived stem cell(ASC)therapy as a branch of stem cell therapy,including ASCs and their derivatives-purified ASC,stromal vascular fraction,ASC-conditioned medium,ASC exosomes,etc.,which are rich in sources and easy to *** have been widely used in therapeutic settings for patients,primarily for the defection of soft tissues,such as breast enhancement and facial *** the field of skin regeneration,ASC therapy has become a hot research topic because it is beneficial for reversing skin *** ability of ASCs to control profibrotic factors as well as anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory actions will be discussed in this review,as well as their new applications in the treatment of skin *** the long-term effect of ASC therapy is still unclear,ASCs have emerged as one of the most promising systemic antifibrotic therapies under development.

The emergence of smart edge-network content item hotspots, which are equipped with huge storage space （e.g., several GBs）, opens up the opportunity to study the possibility of delivering videos at the edge network. Different from both the conventional content item delivery network （CDN） and the peer-to-peer （P2P） scheme, this new delivery paradigm, namely edge video CDN, requires up to millions of edge hotspots located at users＇ homes/offices to be coordinately managed to serve mobile video content item. Specifically, two challenges are involved in building edge video CDN, including how edge content item hotspots should be organized to serve users, and how content items should be replicated to them at different locations to serve users. To address these challenges, we propose our data-driven design as follows. First, we formulate an edge region partition problem to jointly maximize the quality experienced by users and minimize the replication cost, which is NP-hard in nature, and we design a Voronoi-like partition algorithm to generate optimal service cells. Second, to replicate content items to edge-network content item hotspots, we propose an edge request prediction based replication strategy, which carries out the replication in a server peak offioading manner. We implement our design and use trace-driven experiments to verify its effectiveness. Compared with conventional centralized CDN and popularity-based replication, our design can significantly improve users＇ quality of experience, in terms of users＇ perceived bandwidth and latency, up to 40%.

Most heavy crude oils underwent biodegradation and generated a significant amount of naphthenic acids. Naphthenic acids are polar compounds with the carboxylic group and are considered as a major factor affecting the oil viscosity. However, the relationship between the molecular composition of naphthenic acids and oil viscosity is not well understood. This study examined a “clean” heavy oil with low contents of heteroatoms but had a high content of naphthenic acids. Naphthenic acids were fractionated by distillation and caustic extraction. The molecular composition was characterized by high-resolution Orbitrap mass spectrometry. It was found that the 2- and 3-ring naphthenic monoacids with 15–35 carbon atoms are dominant components of the acid fractions;the caustic extraction is capable of isolating naphthenic acids with less than 35 carbons, which is equivalent to the upper limit of the distillable components, but not those in the residue fraction;the total acid number of the heavy distillates is higher than that of the residue fraction;the viscosity of the distillation fraction increases exponentially with an increased boiling point of the distillates. Blending experiments indicates that there is a strong correlation between the oil viscosity and acids content, although the acid content is only a few percent of the total oil.

构建一种北方稻渔综合种养新模式并进行经济效益分析,该模式在稻蟹生态种养的基础上,添加了南美白对虾、中华长臂虾和鲢鳙鱼。结果表明,此模式2022年和2023年水产生物中产值最多是河蟹,达到31212元/hm2和32965元/hm2,产投比最大的为南美白对虾,两年分别为17.74和21.32。此模式比水稻单一种植模式增收27809元/hm2和29329元/hm2,对综合效益有正面作用。

下肢慢性疼痛严重影响患者生活质量,但目前对其治疗仍不满意,需寻找更加有效的治疗方法。交感神经系统参与或维持疼痛一直是人们关注的焦点,交感神经调控因其明确的治疗效果有望成为慢性疼痛的有力治疗方式。然而目前其治疗机制仍不清晰。文章综述了腰交感神经节的解剖结构,腰交感神经参与下肢慢性疼痛的形成以及腰交感神经调控在下肢慢性疼痛中的应用。通过对基础研究及临床研究两部分内容的回顾,以期为解决下肢慢性疼痛难题提供新的思路。

Projection models are commonly used to evaluate the impacts of ***,previously developed projection tools were not suitable for China’s fisheries as they are either overly complex and data-demanding or too simple to reflect the realistic management ***,an intermediate-complexity projection model was developed that could adequately describe fish population dynamics and account for management measures including mesh size limits,summer closure,and spatial closure.A two-patch operating model was outlined for the projection model and applied to the heavily depleted but commercially important small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis)fishery in the Haizhou Bay,China,as a case *** model was calibrated to realistically capture the fisheries dynamics with *** simulation scenarios featuring different fishing intensities based on status quo and maximum sustainable yield(MSY)were proposed and evaluated with *** projections were additionally performed to investigate the influence of uncertainty associated with recruitment strengths and the implementation of control *** was found that fishing at FMSY level could effectively rebuild the depleted stock biomass,while the stock collapsed rapidly in the status quo *** in recruitment and implementation could result in variabilities in management effects;but they did not much alter the management effects of the FMSY *** results indicate that the lack of science-based control targets in fishing mortality or catch limits has hindered the achievement of sustainable fisheries in ***,the presented work highlights that the developed projection model can promote the understanding of the possible consequences of fishing under uncertainty and is applicable to other fisheries in China.

The efficiency at the maximum power(EMP)for finite-time Carnot engines established with the low-dissipation model,relies significantly on the assumption of the inverse proportion scaling of the irreversible entropy generationΔS^(ir)on the operation timeτ,i.e.ΔS^(ir)∝1/τ.The optimal operation time of the finite-time isothermal process for EMP has to be within the valid regime of the inverse proportion ***,such consistency was not tested due to the unknown coefficient of the 1/τ-*** this paper,we reveal that the optimization of the finite-time two-level atomic Carnot engines with the low-dissipation model is consistent only in the regime ofη_(C)<<2(1-δ)/(1+δ),whereη_(C)is the Carnot efficiency,andδis the compression ratio in energy level difference of the heat engine *** the large-η_(C)regime,the operation time for EMP obtained with the low-dissipation model is not within the valid regime of the 1/τ-scaling,and the exact EMP of the engine is found to surpass the well-known boundη_(C)=η_(C)/(2-η_(C)).

In vehicular fog computing(VFC),the resource transactions in the Internet of Vehicles(IoV)have become a novel resource management scheme that can improve system resource utilization and the quality of vehicle *** this paper,in order to improve the security and fairness of resource transactions,we design a blockchain-based resource management scheme for ***,we propose the concept of resource coin(RC)and develop a blockchain-based secure computing reource trading mechanism in terms of *** a node of the blockchain network,the roadside unit(RSU)participates in verifying the legitimacy of transactions and the creation of new ***,we propose a resource management scheme based on contract theory,encouraging parked vehicles to contribute computing resource so that RSU could complete proof of work(PoW)quickly,improve the success probability of block creation and get RC *** use the gradient descent method to solve the computing resource utilization that can maximize the RC revenue of RSUs and vehicles during the block ***,the performance of this model is validated in simulation result and analysis.

The Yadu-Ziyun-Luodian aulacogen(YZLA) developed into being NW-trending in the Late Paleozoic,and was considered as an important passive continental margin aulacogen in Guizhou Province, South China. This tectonic zone is considered a large intracontinental thrust-slip tectonic unit, which has undergone a long period of development. It was ultimately determined in the Yanshanian, where the typical Upper Paleozoic marine shales were deposited. In 2021, Well QSD-1 was deployed in the Liupanshui area at the northwest margin of the aulacogen, and obtained a daily shale gas flow of 11011 m3in the Carboniferous Dawuba Formation. It thus achieved a breakthrough in the invesgation of shale gas in the Lower Carboniferous in South China, revealing relatively good gas-bearing properties and broad exploration prospects of the aulacogen. Being different from the Lower Paleozoic strata in the Sichuan Basin and the Yichang area of the Middle Yangtze, the development of the Carboniferous Dawuba Formation in the aulacogen exhibits the following characteristics:(1) The Lower Carboniferous shale is thick and widely distributed, with interbedded shale and marlstone of virous thickness;(2) The total organic carbon(TOC) content of the shale in the Dawuba Formation ranges from 1% to 5%, with an average of 2%, and the thermal maturity of organic matter(Ro) varies from 1% to 4%, with an average of2.5%, indicating good hydrocarbon generation capacity;(3) The main shale in the aulacogen was formed during the fault subsidence stage from the Middle Devonian to the Early Permian. Although the strong compression and deformation during the late Indosinian-Himalayan played a certain role in destroying the formed shale gas reservoirs, comparative analysis suggests that the area covered by the current Triassic strata has a low degree of destruction. It therefore provides good conditions for shale gas preservation,which can be regarded as a favorable area for the next exploration.
