Dynamics analysis for flux of carbon dioxide across seasurface

The CO2 exchange between atmosphere and seawater has ho discussed. The physical process of exchange at seasurface is related closely with the atmospheric forcing. The result of a dynamics analysis of .the CO2 flux across the seasurface, and a computed example over the shelf area of the East China Sea are reported. The analysis and calculation show that the CO2 vertical flux at seawater is mainly dependent on the CO2 concentration difference between seawater and atmosphere. Its exchange velocity is affected by the friction velocity, solubility and resistivity. The agreement between this exchange velocity and recent wind tunnel experimental results is good with wind speed over the range4～ 10m/s. This flux can increase very fast with the increase of wind speed, but very small with the increase oftemperature. During the three cruise expeditions in October 1993, and April and October 1994, the CO2 vertical flux at seasurface was directed downward over the shelf area of the East China Sea. Because the CO2 Partial pressure difference between seawater and atmosphere was negative value, the flux value was - 45. 5μg/(m2.h) in average.

背景:干性指数可能与肉瘤预后、免疫浸润有关,但具体调控机制与特征基因尚不清楚。目的:利用基因干性指数模型探究肉瘤干细胞与患者预后和免疫浸润的关系,并识别肉瘤干细胞铁死亡特征基因。方法:从癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)中获取肉瘤RNA测序数据及相关临床信息。利用肉瘤干性指数,对获取的肉瘤RNA测序数据进行分组。利用生存数据进行组间预后情况分析,获取组间差异表达基因后进行通路富集和免疫浸润分析。获得铁死亡相关差异基因,构建蛋白互作网络并进行预后相关性分析。培养横纹肌肉瘤细胞系,分为贴壁细胞组和干细胞组,贴壁细胞组不予任何干预,干细胞组通过无血清培养处理以诱导横纹肌肉瘤干细胞富集,qRT-PCR验证干细胞相关标志物、铁死亡相关差异基因以及铁死亡相关标志物的mRNA表达。结果与结论:①以干性指数中位数为界将患者分成高干性指数组和低干性指数组,通过患病风险预测显示高干性指数组患者的无进展生存期低于低干性指数组,提示预后不佳;②GO、KEGG分析显示肉瘤高、低干性指数组差异表达基因参与不同的细胞通路;高干性指数组和低干性指数组之间免疫浸润存在差异;差异基因中有23个铁死亡相关基因,其中9个可构成相关性较强的蛋白互作网络,其中IDO1、IFNG、AQP5高表达的肉瘤患者预后更好,CA9高表达的肉瘤患者预后不佳;③qRT-PCR结果显示,与贴壁细胞组相比,干细胞组干细胞相关标志物NANOG、SOX2和OCT4 mRNA表达显著升高(P<0.05);与贴壁细胞组相比,干细胞组铁死亡相关标志物SLC7A11的mRNA表达显著降低(P<0.05),ACSL4、GPX4、FTH1和COX2的mRNA表达显著升高(P<0.05);与贴壁细胞组相比,干细胞组差异基因CA9的mRNA表达显著降低,IDO1、IFNG、AQP5的mRNA表达显著升高(P<0.05)。经上述生物信息学分析与实验验证,干细胞与肉瘤生存、铁死亡过程密切相关,CA9、IDO1、IFNG、AQP5在肉瘤干细胞中异常表达,可能成为肉瘤诊断标志物和治疗新靶点。

The deformation behavior and the microstruc-ture evolution of as-cast AZ91D magnesium alloy without pre-homogenization treatment were systematically inves-tigated. The flow stress behavior was studied by com-pression tests in strain rate range of 0.001-1.000 s^-1 and deformation temperature range of 220-380 ℃ with a maximum deformation strain of 60 %. The dependence of flow stress on deformation temperature and strain rate was described by hyperbolic sine constitutive equation. Through regression analysis, the average apparent activa- tion energy and coefficient of strain rate sensitivity were estimated to be 181.98 ***^-1 and 0.14, respectively. The results also reveal that the variation of peak stress depends on strain rate and deformation temperature. Microstructure observation shows that, at temperatures higher than 300 ℃ and strain rates lower than 0.01 s^-1, DRX developed extensively at the grain boundaries and in the core of coarse grains, resulting in a more homogeneous microstructure. Furthermore, the effects of strain, defor-mation temperature, strain rate, and eutectic β phase on the microstructure evolution of as-cast AZ91D magnesium alloy were discussed.

Noise exposure is becoming extremely common in urban area,but its specific impact on sleep remains *** the limitations of previous researches,a field study which can conduct both horizontal and longitudinal analysis was *** participants were tested during two weeks in their homes,and the noise level of bedroom was artificially regulated by changing the status of window and *** the 1050 test nights in 75 households,noise exposure was reflected from both instrument monitoring at night and perception questionnaire in the morning,and sleep quality was accessed from actigraphy and *** analysis results showed that,92.3%of the bedroom acoustic environment did not meet the minimum requirements of Chinese standards,and 87.9%of subjects had ever experienced harmful noise during the test ***,sleep quality was affected by noise exposure from the perspective of both physiological and psychological;the duration of rapid eye movement(REM)sleep was significantly(p<0.05)shortened with the increase of sound intensity,the duration of deep sleep shortened and subjective sleep quality worsened significantly(p<0.05)with the increase of acoustic sensation *** addition,females were more sensitive to noise exposure and their subjective sleep quality was more likely to be influenced by *** study has important implications for acoustic environment design of bedrooms in cities,and suggested more attention should be paid to the anxiety caused by noise exposure.

Numerical simulation of tectonic stress and strain rate fields in the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau in association with major fault zones

A series of large strike-slip and thrust faults have developed in the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau since the Late Cenozoic,with strong and active tectonic activity and frequent occurrences of large *** of regional tectonic stress distribution,strain fields,and seismic hazards has not been well *** study introduces a three-dimensional viscoelastic finite element numerical model to calculate crustal stress and strain rate fields under current tectonic *** preliminary results show that the direction of the horizontal principal compressive stress rate and compressive horizontal principal strain rate in the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau rotate clockwise as a whole,and this rotation is more significant in the southeast direction because of the block of the Alxa and the Ordos *** NE-SW horizontal principal compressive stress rate and SE horizontal tensile stress rate dominate the entire study *** maximum value of the horizontal principal compressive strain rate at a depth of 0 km in the model is approximately 4×10^(-8)yr^(-1)near the East Kunlun fault and is smaller in the stable Alxa and Ordos blocks at approximately 1×10^(-8)yr^(-1).The calculated regional stress state is in good agreement with the actual focal mechanism solution,indicating that strike-slip and thrust stress fields dominate the northeastern margin of the Tibetan *** Altyn Tagh,East Kunlun,and Haiyuan faults demonstrate that the maximum shear strain rate gradually decreases eastward,and the decrease in the maximum shear strain rate value is absorbed by orogenic uplift and crustal shortening at its *** western section of the Altyn Tagh fault,west-to-middle sections of the East Kunlun fault,and west-to-middle sections of the Haiyuan fault will have high seismic hazards in the future.

Enhanced photocatalytic activity of rGO/TiO2 for the decomposition of formaldehyde under visible light irradiation

Due to the low concentration of indoor air contaminants, photocatalytic technology shows low efficiency for indoor air purification. The application of TiO2 for photocatalytic removal of formaldehyde is limited, because TiO2 can only absorb ultraviolet （UV） light. Immobilization of TiO2 nanoparticles on the surface of graphene can improve the visible light photocatalytic activity and the adsorption capacity. In this study, rGO （reduced graphene oxide）/TiO2 was synthesized through a hydrotherrnal method using titanium tetrabutoxide and graphene oxide as precursors, and was used for the degradation of low concentration formaldehyde in indoor air under visible light illumination. Characterization of the crystalline structure and morphology of rGO/TiO2 revealed that most GO was reduced to rGO during the hydrothermal treatment, and anatase TiO2 nanoparticles （with particle size of 15-30 nm） were dispersed well on the surface of the rGO sheets, rGO/TiO2 exhibited excellent photocatalyfic activity for degradation of formaldehyde in indoor air and this can be attributed to the role ofrGO, which can act as the electron sink and transporter for separating photo-generated electron-hole pairs through interfacial charge transfer. Furthermore, rGO could adsorb formaldehyde molecules from air to produce a high concentration of formaldehyde on the surface of rGO/ TiO2. Under visible light irradiation for 240 min, the concentration of formaldehyde could be reduced to 58.5 ppbV. rGO/TiO2 showed excellent moisture-resistance behavior, and after five cycles, rGO/TiO2 maintained high photocatalytic activity for the removal of formaldehyde （84.6%）. This work suggests that the synthesized rGO/TiO2 is a promising photocatalyst for indoor formaldehyde removal.
