A Method for Detecting and Recognizing y. Character Based on Deep Learning

Aiming at the challenges associated with the absence of a labeled dataset for y. characters and the complexity.of y. character detection and recognition,we present a deep learning-based approach for y. character detection and *** the detection stage,an improved Differentiable Binarization Network(DBNet)framework is introduced to detect y. characters,in which the Omni-dimensional Dy.amic Convolution(ODConv)is combined with the ResNet-18 feature extraction module to obtain multi-dimensional complementary.features,thereby.improving the accuracy.of y. character ***,the feature py.amid network fusion module is used to further extract y. character image features,improving target recognition at different ***,the previously.generated feature map is passed through a head network to produce two maps:a probability.map and an adaptive threshold map of the same size as the original *** maps are then subjected to a differentiable binarization process,resulting in an approximate binarization *** map helps to identify.the boundaries of the text ***,the text detection box is generated after the post-processing *** the recognition stage,an improved lightweight MobileNetV3 framework is used to recognize the detect character regions,where the original Squeeze-and-Excitation(SE)block is replaced by.the efficient Shuffle Attention(SA)that integrates spatial and channel attention,improving the accuracy.of y. characters ***,the use of depth separable convolution and reversible residual structure can reduce the number of parameters and computation of the model,so that the model can better understand the contextual information and improve the accuracy.of text *** experimental results illustrate that the proposed method achieves good results in detecting and recognizing y. characters,with detection and recognition accuracy.rates of 97.5%and 96.8%,*** also,we have compared the detection and re

Ulva prolifera is the causative species of the annually.occurring large-scale green tides in China since *** specific biological features on reproductivity.strategies,as well as intra-species genetic diversity.are still largely.unknown,especially.at the genome level,despite their importance in understanding the formation and outbreak of massive green *** the present study.the restriction site-associated DNA genoty.ing approach(2b-RAD)was adopted to identify.the genome-wide single-nucleotide poly.orphisms(SNPs)of 54 individual thalli including samples collected from Subei Shoal in 2019 and Qingdao coast from 2019 to *** genoty.e results revealed that most of the thalli in 2019 and 2020 were haploid gametophy.es,while only.half of the thalli were gametophy.es in 2021,indicating flexibility.in the reproductive strategies for the formation of the green tides among different y.ars and the dominance of asexual and vegetative reproductive mode for the floating ***,population analy.is was conducted,and it revealed a very.low genetic diversity.among samples from Subei Shoal and the Qingdao coast in the same y.ar and a higher divergence among samples in different *** results showed the efficiency.of 2b-RAD in the exploration of SNPs in *** and provided the first genome-wide scale evidence for the origin of the large-scale green tides on the Qingdao *** study.improved our understanding of the reproductive strategy.and genetic diversity.of the green tide causative species and will help further reveal the biological causes of the green tide in China.

The y.llow Sea(y.)and East China Sea(ECS)are highly.dy.amic marginal seas of the northwestern Pacific *** gain an in-depth understanding of zooplankton community.structure,zooplankton abundance,biovolume,and size structure in summer 2017 in the y. and ECS were assessed using ZooScan imaging *** abundance and biovolume ranged 2.94–1187.14 inds./m^(3)and 3.13–3438.51 mm^(3)/m^(3),*** on the biovolume data of the categorized size classes of 26 identified taxonomic groups,the zooplankton community.was classified into five groups,and each group was coupled with distinctive oceanographic *** the influence of the y.llow Sea Cold Water Mass,the y.llow Sea offshore group featured the lowest bottom temperature(10.84±3.42℃)and the most abundant Calanoids(mainly.in the 2–3 mm size class).In the y.llow Sea inshore group,Hy.rozoans showed the largest biovolume and dominated in the 3–4-mm and>5-mm size *** East China Sea offshore group,which was affected by.the Kuroshio Branch Current,featured high temperature and salinity.and the lowest bottom dissolved oxy.en(2.58±0.5 mg/L).The lowest values of zooplankton abundance and biovolume in the East China Sea offshore group might be attributed to the bottom dissolved oxy.en *** East China Sea inshore group,which was mainly.influenced by.the Zhejiang-Fujian Coastal Current and Changjiang Diluted Water,was characterized by.high chlorophy.l a and the largest biovolume of carnivorous Siphonophores(280.82±303.37 mm^(3)/m^(3)).The Changjiang River estuary.offshore group showed the most abundant Cy.lopoids,which might be associated with the less turbid water mass in this *** temperature was considered the most important factor in shaping the size compositions of Calanoids in different groups.

The rapid development of the anti-missile weapon technology.brings new challenges to the cooperative penetration strategy.solution and the guidance law design for Hy.ersonic Vehicles(HVs).This paper studies the coordinated game penetration guidance problem for multiple hy.ersonic vehicles faced with space threat areas.A scheme for seeking cooperative game penetration guidance strategy.under safety.critical control framework is *** this scheme,a multiHV cooperative game model is proposed in a minimum optimization form which can simplify.the solving process and accelerate the computing ***,a second-order control barrier function is developed to transform the implicit nonlinear constraints of the proposed model into linear *** order to obtain better performance of guidance strategy.a composite guidance law under the safety.critical control framework is presented to allocate guidance strategies appropriately.in the whole *** is shown that the proposed scheme can guarantee successful penetration while avoiding threat ***,a comparative simulation with a two-on-three game is conducted to verify.the effectiveness of the proposed method.
