Recent developments on Internet and social network.ng have led to the growth of aggressive language and hate *** provocation,abuses,and attack. are widely termed cyberbullying(CB).The massive quantity of user generated content mak.s it difficult to recognize *** advancements in machine learning(ML),deep learning(DL),and natural language processing(NLP)tools enable to detect and classify CB in social *** this view,this study introduces a spotted hyena optimizer with deep learning driven cybersecurity(SHODLCS)model for *** presented SHODLCS model intends to accomplish cybersecurity from the identification of CB in the *** achieving this,the SHODLCS model involves data pre-processing and TF-IDF based feature *** addition,the cascaded recurrent neural network.CRNN)model is applied for the identification and classification of ***,the SHO algorithm is exploited to optimally tune the hyperparameters involved in the CRNN model and thereby results in enhanced classifier *** experimental validation of the SHODLCS model on the benchmark.dataset portrayed the better outcomes of the SHODLCS model over the recent approaches.

GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) are among the most successful medications for treating people with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), giving reasonable glycemic control with a low risk.of hypoglycemia in those who have failed to control their condition with other oral anti-diabetic drugs (OADs). However, GLP-1RAs are underutilized—as time patients remained on their last oral treatment regimen with inadequate glycemic control prior to GLP-1RA initiation is on average of 19 month—despite evidence supporting their effectiveness, safety, and possible CV outcome advantages. With the new advances in GLP-1 RAs, the first oral form for the semaglutide molecule was developed with proven efficacy, safety, and patient preferences that may help pave the road for more utilization of this class. Therefore, we, a Saudi task.force, gathered to develop an explicit, evidence-based consensus on oral semaglutide use in Saudi patients with diabetes. The panel recommends a GLP-1RA in those T2DM patients with or without or at high risk.for ASCVD, HF, and/or Ck. when there is a need to minimize weight gain or promote weight loss, or when there is a need to minimize hypoglycemia. Ensure that people with T2DM and ASCVD, HF, or Ck. are treated appropriately with an SGLT-2i or GLP-1 RA. This approach should be initiated independent of back.round therapy, glycaemic control, or individualized treatment goals. Healthcare professionals should do their best to prevent clinical inertia in T2DM to help people with T2DM achieve better glycemic control and prevent or delay diabetes-related complications. The availability of oral forms of GLP-1RA medications could help combat this problem of clinical inertia to start GLP-1RA at the right time, as patients prefer oral to injectable forms. The availability of oral GLP-1RA can help in starting this class early and encourage healthcare professionals in prescribing it at the right time. Analysis of Local Diagnostic Reference Levels for Pediatric Patients Undergoing 18F-FDG PET/CT Imaging for Oncology

Back.round: The PET/CT imaging studies have two doses components the dose from the PET radiopharmaceutical and the other from the low dose CT used for PET images attenuation correction. We have one PET/CT scanner at our institution a Philips Time of Flight scanner. Our local patient’s radiation protection rules requires continuous assessment of radiation doses delivered to our patients. Purposes: The objectives of this study are to develop a weight- based facility DRLs for paediatric F-18-FDG PET-CT imaging for oncology in a large tertiary hospital and to determine whether the calculated DRLs compares with internationally published DRLs. Materials & Methods: Radiation dose data and patient demographics of two-hundreds and sixteen paediatric PET-CT oncology patients imaging procedures from one large tertiary hospital were selected and analysed in order to establish a facility paediatric DRLs. Statistical analysis was performed. Results: The PET dose reference levels ranged between [62 - 525] MBq of injected activity for a range of pediatric age groups. The CTDIvol values were between 3.5 and 16.5 mGy for all age groups. Comparison with current EANM and SNMMI recommendations of patient’s dose are discussed. Conclusion: Our pediatric PET/CT reference levels are higher than the ones reported internationally with notable variations. .

In this research, the researchers addressed the issue of digital transformation and its impact on the development of medical maintenance, and this topic is very important in the field of medical engineering. The researchers chose the military Hospital in Medina as his study location. The study aimed to identify and address the main challenges facing the digital transformation of medical maintenance at the Military Hospital in Medina. It seek. to analyze the current state of digitalization in medical maintenance operations, identify areas requiring improvement, and propose effective strategies to overcome obstacles. The study will evaluate the impact of digital transformation on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, patient care, and overall operational performance. At the end of the research, the researchers reached several results, including that introducing digital systems and technologies into medical maintenance can increase efficiency in various aspects, such as scheduling equipment maintenance, inventory management, and resource allocation. Researchers may find evidence of reduced downtime, streamlined work.low, and optimized use of resources. In addition, digital transformation initiatives in medical maintenance may focus on ensuring the safety and reliability of medical equipment. Research can reveal improvements in equipment reliability, decreased equipment failure rates, and improved patient safety outcomes. The researchers also recommended developing a comprehensive strategy for digital transformation: Based on the research results, it is recommended to develop a well-defined strategy that defines the hospital’s vision, goals, and roadmap for the digital transformation of medical maintenance. Glucagon-lik. peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) provide adequate glycemic control, weight reduction, low risk.of hypoglycemia, and CV risk.reduction. Their usage for type 2 DM (T2DM) is recommended mainly when hypoglycemia or weight gain should be considered, also, whenever initial therapy is failed. There are many recent updates in the treatment paradigm of T2DM. There are many types of GLP-1RAs, with a k.owledge gap regarding switching between the different types. A Saudi task.force gathered to develop an explicit, evidence-based consensus for switching between GLP-1RAs, when, why, and how? This article contains the expert panel’s recommendations as a contribution to complement the k.owledge gap in this area from the national perspective. As an alternative to intensifying therapy, switching from one GLP-1RA to another has various advantages. Improvements in glycemic control, weight loss, adherence, and medications with established cardiovascular benefits are among them. Also, switching needs to be individualized upon many discussed factors lik. the dose of the previous GLP1-RA and gastrointestinal adverse effects. Discussion with patients about the why and how to switch is critical.

Dear Dr. Martin Hovland, We learned from the literature that premixed insulins are short-acting insulin or rapid-acting insulin analogue mixed with intermediate-acting insulin in a fixed ratio, addressing FBG and PPBG in one injection. There are two categories;high-mix and low-mix premixed insulins. We, a Saudi task.force, gathered to develop an explicit, evidence-based consensus for the use of the low-mix premixed insulin for better glycemic control. The treatment with premixed aspart 30 was non-inferior to treatment with premixed insulin lispro 25. In addition, Self-monitored blood glucose levels were comparable. Safety profiles were similar between both treatments, as was the incidence of hypoglycemic episodes. The switch between both products of the low-mix family can be carried out without any problem. Both products of the low-mix premixed insulin analogues aspart 30/70 and premixed insulin lispro 25/75 have comparable efficacy and safety as shown from the medical literature. Therefore, we can change from one to another safely as demonstrated by the US FDA statement. In addition, the ergonomic features of k.ik.en’s design and function may offer important advantages for the user during insulin administration.
