Cutting fluid plays a cooling-lubrication role in the cutting of metal ***,the substantial usage of cutting fluid in traditional flood machining seriously pollutes the environment and threatens the health of *** machining technologies,such as dry cutting,minimum quantity lubrication(MQL),and cryogenic cooling technology,have been used as substitute for flood ***,the insufficient cooling capacity of MQL with normal-temperature compressed gas and the lack of lubricating performance of cryogenic cooling technology limit their industrial *** technical bottleneck of mechanical-thermal damage of difficult-to-cut materials in aerospace and other fields can be solved by combining cryogenic medium and *** latest progress of cryogenic minimum quantity lubrication(CMQL)technology is reviewed in this paper,and the key scientific issues in the research achievements of CMQL are ***,the application forms and process characteristics of CMQL devices in turning,milling,and grinding are systematically summarized from traditional settings to innovative ***,the cooling-lubrication mechanism of CMQL and its influence mechanism on material hardness,cutting force,tool wear,and workpiece surface quality in cutting are extensively *** effects of CMQL are systematically analyzed based on its mechanism and application *** show that the application effect of CMQL is better than that of cryogenic technology or MQL ***,the prospect,which provides basis and support for engineering application and development of CMQL technology,is introduced considering the limitations of CMQL.

Aluminum alloy is the main structural material of aircraft,launch vehicle,spaceship,and space station and is processed by ***,tool wear and vibration are the bottlenecks in the milling process of aviation aluminum *** machining accuracy and surface quality of aluminum alloy milling depend on the cutting parameters,material mechanical properties,machine tools,and other *** particular,milling force is the crucial factor to determine material removal and workpiece surface ***,establishing the prediction model of milling force is important and difficult because milling force is the result of multiparameter coupling of process *** research progress of cutting force model is reviewed from three modeling methods:empirical model,finite element simulation,and instantaneous milling force *** problems of cutting force modeling are also *** view of these problems,the future work direction is proposed in the following four aspects:(1)high-speed milling is adopted for the thin-walled structure of large aviation with large cutting depth,which easily produces high residual *** residual stress should be analyzed under this particular condition.(2)Multiple factors(e.g.,eccentric swing milling parameters,lubrication conditions,tools,tool and workpiece deformation,and size effect)should be considered comprehensively when modeling instantaneous milling forces,especially for micro milling and complex surface machining.(3)The database of milling force model,including the corresponding workpiece materials,working condition,cutting tools(geometric figures and coatings),and other parameters,should be established.(4)The effect of chatter on the prediction accuracy of milling force cannot be ignored in thin-walled workpiece milling.(5)The cutting force of aviation aluminum alloy milling under the condition of minimum quantity lubrication(mql)and nanofluid mql should be predicted.

本研究旨在评估Shivapuri-Nagarjun国家公园(SNNP)人与动物冲突事件较多的10个缓冲区居民组(BZUG)的三个不同社区的居民对救济基金计划的态度。通过对家庭的半结构化问卷调查,研究了居民态度的差异及其社会经济因素的影响,如年龄、教育、经济状况、作物损害的数量对现行救济计划的满意度的影响。研究共调查了162个住户,获得有效调查问卷153份,占研究区377个住户总数的40.5%,采用非随机抽样方法进行了调查。居民对救济计划的态度分为三个级别(积极、消极或中性)(卡方检验用于确定居民的态度和救济计划是否具有依赖性)。本研究中卡方被用来确定不同社会经济因素的依赖性以及人们对救济计划的态度。结果显示,56%的受访者对救济计划不满意(持消极态度),26%持中立态度,只有18%持积极态度(满意)。对研究区平均101美元的作物损失,仅提供了41.93美元的救济金。同样,对每只124美元的牲畜(山羊)损失救济金额只有73美元。由于补偿款不足和支付延迟,救济基金计划未能使居民的满意度发生变化。因此,建议定期修订救济准则,以解决救济款不足和延迟的问题。此外,还需要进一步研究野生动物损害救济计划及其成本效益和适当措施,以弥补该计划的缺陷。

Effects of Syzygium cuminiSeed Extract on the Memory Loss of Alzheimer’s Disease Model Rats

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most prominent dementia-related disease and characterized by the presence of insoluble amyloid beta peptide (Aβ) fibers in or around the brain neurons of the affected person. Therefore, agent(s) capable of inhibiting brain amyloid deposition might delay the occurrence or retard the progress forwards of AD and related neurobehavioral symptoms. Here, we report whether, chronic oral administration of Syzygium cumini (locally known as Jam)-seed extract exerts protection against the progressive cognitive decline in the Aβ1-40-infused AD model rats. After 12 weeks of feeding with S. cumini seed extract (at 300 mg/kg BW), we evaluated the learning-related memory of the rats by 8-arm radial maze task, where we determined two types of memory errors, namely reference memory errors (RMEs) and working memory errors (WMEs). After completion of memory tests, rats were sacrificed and the levels of lipid peroxide (LPO), the Aβ1-40-burden, Aβ1-40-oligomers, proinflammatory TNFα, brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), Tyrosine-kinase B (TrkB), postsynaptic-density protein 95 (PSD-95) and Synapse-associated protein (SNAP-25) were determined in the corticohippocampal tissues of the brain. In addition, in vitro antioxidative effects of S. cumini seed extract were evaluated. The oral administration of S. cumini extract significantly increased the memory-related learning ability of the AD model rats, concomitantly with reductions in the levels of corticohippocampal Aβ1-40-burden and Aβ1-40-oligomers. Furthermore, the extract suppressed the levels of TNFα and LPO in the corticohippocampal tissues of the AD rats and also the later in the plasma, suggesting an anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory activities of the S. cumini extract in the brains of AD model rats. S. cumini extract also increased the levels of brain cognition and memory-related proteins, including BDNF, TrKB, PSD-95 and SNAP-25. We thus suggest that S. cumini-seed extract could be used in ne

Novel Approach in Sampling and Tensile Strength Evaluation of Roots to Enhance Soil for Preventing Erosion

This paper presents novel approaches to address the complex issues associated with preservation, transportation, and tensile testing of the vegetation root samples needed for the enhancement of soil and prevent erosion. Readily availability of no equipment for in-situ assessment of the roots’ contribution to soil strength forces the researchers to transport the root samples to the lab for testing and estimating the contribution to the soil shear strength. Moreover, the standard procedures and apparatuses available in the public domain are regrettably suitable for testing of relatively stiffer materials. Therefore, conducting the tensile test of roots using off-the-shelf equipment often causes premature failure of the soft tissues and produces an erratic result, which ultimately leads to unrealistic soil shear strength. The experimental work replaced the traditional jaw type grips by innovative 3D-printed mold or metal ring with silicone, epoxy, and hot-glue to ensure a minimal degree of damage to the roots. Other scopes of the study include a comparison between fresh and refrigerated samples, the effect of sample storage temperature, pH, and Optimum Effective Root Area (OERA) per unit area of soil. Initial study conducted on the Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) roots involved comparison for different approaches based on the gripping technic to select the best method. Finally, the paper included the results of tensile strength test performed on Spartina alterniflora root samples following the suggested guidelines thus helping better evaluation of root embedded soil shear strength, enhancing the resistance against soil erosion, and conserving the ecosystem.

Optical Chemical Sensor for Screening Cadmium (II) in Natural Waters

Membrane based optical chemical sensor (optode) for Cd(II) was developed by the immobilization of a dye 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-Napthol (PAN) in the Tri-(2-Ethylhexyl) Phosphate (TEHP) plasticized Cellulose Triacetate (CTA) matrix. Various combinations of PAN immobilized in the cellulose triacetate CTA and Polystyrene (PS) matrices plasticized with Tri-(2-Ethylhexyl) Phosphate TEHP, 2-Nitrophenyl Octyl Ether (NPOE) and Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) were studied to arrive a suitable composition and found that the optode does not require any extractant to produce a distinct colour change on complexation with Cd(II). On sorption of Cd(II) in the optode matrix, PAN changes color of the optode from golden yellow to violet red having a maximum absorbance (lmax = 553 nm) within 150 min of total equilibration time at pH = 7.5. The optode developed in the present work was studied for its analytical application for Cd(II) in the aqueous samples by spectrophotometry and as well as Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (FAAS). This preconcentrated optode showed a linear response by UV-visible spectrophotometry at λmax = 553 nm over a concentration range of 10 ng/mL–1 to 500 ng/mL–1 of Cd(II) ions. Where as the aqueous solutions was also subjected to FAAS before and after equilibration of the optode and found to be linear in the concentration range of 250 ng/mL–1 to 5000 ng/mL–1 of Cd(II) ions. The optode found to be reversible and can be desorbed by equilibrating it with 0.01 mol/L–1 HNO3. The applicability of the developed optode in real samples was studied by determining cadmium in the natural waters spiked with a known amount of Cd(II) ions.

In vivo pharmacological activities of methanolic extract of Tabernaemontana recurva Roxb

Objective: To evaluate analgesic, hypoglycemic, anxiolytic, and anthelmintic activities with phytochemical screening of methanolic extract of Tabernaemontana recurva (T. recurva) whole plants. Methods: The plant parts of T. recurva were collected, dried, powdered and extracted with methanol. Then the extracts were subjected to in vivo analgesic, hypoglycemic, anxiolytic activity in mice model and in vitro anthelmintic activity. Results: The analysis of phytochemical screening confirmed the existence of alkaloid, saponin, tannins, carbohydrate, phytosterols, glycosides and phenol. In analgesic test, a significant level of percentage inhibition of abdominal constriction was observed with concentration of 200 and 400 mg/kg of body weight of extract and this was found better with formalin induced hind paw licking test rather than acetic acid induced writhing test. In hypoglycemic test, it was observed that concentration 200 mg/kg reduced blood sugar level slightly while concentration 400 mg/kg increased glucose level by 22.95%. A significant level of anxiolytic activity was observed for the study plant extract. The extract revealed potent anthelmintic activity at different concentrations. Conclusions: In light, the methanolic extract of T. recurva exhibited excellent anthelmintic, anxiolytic and analgesic activity. This plant showed moderate hypoglycemic effect at lower concentration but higher concentration increased blood glucose level.

Chronic Administration of Curcuma longa Extract Improves Spatial Memory-Related Learning Ability in Aged Rats by Inhibiting Brain Cortico-Hippocampal Oxidative Stress and TNFα

We studied on the effect of Curcuma longa extract on spatial learning-related memory ability of old rats in eight-arm radial maze task. Rats were randomly divided into two groups: one group was orally administered 100 mg/KgBW/day C. longa extract (CLE) dissolved in deionized water and the other group was administered the vehicle alone for 10 weeks. The rats were tested with the partially baited eight-arm radial maze to evaluate two types of spatial memory-related learning ability displayed by reference memory errors (RMEs) and working memory errors (WMEs). Chronic administration of CLE significantly decreased the number of RMEs and WMEs, concurrently with the decreases in the cortico-hippocampal levels of lipid peroxides (LPO) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α). In a parallel set of experiments, CLE-pretreated rats of the same age group were subjected to hypoxia-reperfusion injury by carotid artery occlusion to induce oxidative stress in the brains in order to examine whether such an in vivo hypoxia-induced oxidative stress could be ameliorated by the extract. Again, the levels of LPO were significantly decreased in the cortico-hippocampal tissues of the CLE-fed hypoxic rats. The histology of the brains also revealed that the CLE-pretreated rats had retained improved cellular integrity. Finally, our results provide the evidence that oral administration of C. longa extract increases the defense against oxidative stress and proinflammatory TNF-α, concurrently with the improvement of memory-related brain cognitive ability of the aged rats.

尼泊尔留学生在学习汉语趋向补语的时候容易产生很多偏误,本文就由此入手,先是认真分析了汉语中的趋向补语动词,然后使用对比的方法来研究尼泊尔语中趋向补语的表示形式和汉语的趋向补语,最后通过问卷调查及研究语料库的方式搜集了在华尼泊尔学生趋向补语的偏误用例并加以分析,总结出了偏误类型并提出了自己的教学建议。论文分为五个部分:第一章绪论介绍了本文的选题目的以及意义,并且对于已有的研究和相关理论进行了简单论述,由此确定本论文论述的趋向补语的范围。第二章总结了汉语各个趋向补语动词的语义并列举了相应例句。第三章着重分析尼语趋向补语的表达形式与汉语趋向补语的区别,其中包括了中尼二者之间在趋向动词的使用例句上和趋向补语及趋向补语与宾语在句中的位置关系。第四章通过分析问卷进行调查,然后总结在华留学的尼泊尔学生习得趋向补语的偏误类型以及产生偏误的原因。第五章在前文的基础上针对尼泊尔留学生习得趋向补语的偏误类型提出了教学建议
