bACKGROUND Immunization is a key component of primary health care and an indisputable human *** are critical to the prevention and control of infectious disease *** coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic and associated disruptions over the past two years have strained the health systems,with many children missing out on essential childhood *** To evaluate the immunization coverage among 12-23-month-old children in the rural areas of Community Health Centre(CHC)Dighal and to determine the factors influencing the existing immunization *** A coverage evaluation survey was conducted according to the 30-cluster sampling technique,which is the standard methodology for such surveys devised by World Health Organization.A total of 300 children aged 12-23 months were included,whose immunization details were noted from their immunization *** Full immunization rate was noted in 86.7%of the children,with partial and non-immunized children accounting for 9%and 4.3%*** full immunization dropout rate was 4.2%.The common reasons for partial or non-immunization were family problem including illness of mother,vaccine not being available and child being *** of birth(P=0.014)and availability of immunization card(Pbeing higher than the national average,it was concluded that the immunization coverage was optimal and not affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

This paper is categorized into two parts. （1） A frame work to design the aircraft wing structure and （2） analysis ofa morphing airfoil with auxetic structure. The developed design frame work in the first part is used to arrive at the sizes of the various components of an aircraft wing structure. The strength based design is adopted, where the design loads are extracted from the aerodynamic loads. The aerodynamic loads acting on a wing structure are converted to equivalent distributed loads, which are further converted point loads to arrive at the shear forces, bending and twisting moments along the wing span. based on the estimated shear forces, bending and twisting moments, the strength based design is employed to estimate the sizes of various sections of a composite wing structure. A three dimensional numerical model of the composite wing structure has been developed and analyzed for the extreme load conditions. Glass fiber reinforced plastic material is used in the numerical analysis. The estimated natural frequencies are observed to be in the acceptable limits. Furthermore, the discussed design principles in the first part are extended to the design of a morphing airfoil with auxetic structure. The advantages of the morphing airfoil with auxetic structure are （i） larger displacement with limited straining of the components and （ii） unique deformation characteristics, which produce a theoretical in-plane Poisson＇s ratio of -1. Aluminum Alloy AL6061-T651 is considered in the design of all the structural elements. The compliance characteristics of the airfoil are investigated through a numerical model. The numerical results are observed to be in close agreement with the experimental results in the literature.

Frequent failures due to foreign particle impacts are observed in compressor blades of the interceptor fighter MIG-23 aircraft engines in the Ethiopian air force,supplied by the Dejen Aviation *** this paper,we made an attempt to identify the causes of failure and hence recommend the suitable materials to withstand the foreign particle *** and stress analysis of one of the recently failed MIG-23 gas turbine compressor blades made up of the following Aluminum based alloys:6061-T6,7075-T6,and 2024-T4,has been performed,apart from the impact analysis of the rotor blades hit by a granite *** numerical results are correlated to the practical *** on the modal,stress and impact analysis and the material properties of the three considered alloys,alloy 7075-T6 has been recommended as the blade material.

A novel bacteriohopanoid elucidated as 3fl-hydroxy-35-（cyclohexyl-5′-propan-7′-one）-33-ethyl-34-methyl-bactereohopane （1） has been isolated from the bark of Celtis australis （Ulmaceae） together with three known compounds apigenin, quercetin and its glucoside. The structure of 1 was characterized by means of chemical and spectral methods including advanced 2D NMR studies.

In this paper a hybrid parallel multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed for solving 0/1 knapsack problem. Multi-objective problems with non-convex and discrete Pareto front can take enormous computation time to converge to the true Pareto front. Hence, the classical multi-objective genetic algorithms (MOGAs) (i.e., non- Parallel MOGAs) may fail to solve such intractable problem in a reasonable amount of time. The proposed hybrid model will combine the best attribute of island and Jakobovic master slave models. We conduct an extensive experimental study in a multi-core system by varying the different size of processors and the result is compared with basic parallel model i.e., master-slave model which is used to parallelize NSGA-II. The experimental results confirm that the hybrid model is showing a clear edge over master-slave model in terms of processing time and approximation to the true Pareto front.

To meet the demand of raw material, i.e., wood, from the available sources always remained a big challenge for paper industries since the last two decades. For a sustainable supply of raw material in future, major plantation activities were undertaken by paper industries, like West Coast Paper Mills Limited （WCPM）, by constituting a society, i.e., Society for Afforestation, Research and Allied Works （SARA）, Dandeli in 2001. The main aim was to promote afforestation programme through major plantations activities on the degraded lands （under rainfed condition） and to generate employments and capacity building. The WCPM is a leading paper manufacturing industry of the country （under the flagship of bangur group） located at the bank of Kali River in Dandeli of Uttar Kannada district in State Karnataka. To date, company through SARA has raised captive plantations on more than 50,000 acres of degraded land by farmers in different districts of Maharashtm, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu States under Captive Plantation Project through Contract for Farming （CFF） since 2006 under a simple agreement period of only five years. After five years, society arranged to harvest the first rotation crop of the farmer of 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 plantations and paid the amount of the crop directly to farmers. SARA has a mutual contract with WCPM for purchasing pulpwood. With this, farmers are getting full amount of their crop harvested after five years without any hurdle through SARA. SARA did all the expenditures, i.e., from land development, plantation and harvesting. Under its agroforestry plantation programme, superior planting material of various pulpwood species suited to particular area, i.e., Eucalyptus, Subabul, Casuarina and Acacia were planted on farmer＇s land. Farmers were also encouraged for intercropping, like maize, peanut （groundnut）, chilly, tomato and ginger with plantations. With the discovery of molecular markers and marker assisted selection technology, the research has entered into a new era and has made it possible to develop new and more informative PCR-based markers, including SSR, and to further facilitate the use of markers in tomato breeding. The present study is a step to introduce a new SSR marker (TOM-144) which was deduced after evaluation of eight microsatellite loci amongst the twenty-one different tomato cultivars. The marker selected was inherited and segregated in mendelian fashion as demonstrated in successive generation of a cross between parent cvs. H-24 x GT-2.

Dioxin-like molecules have been associated with endocrine disruption and liver *** better understand aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AHR)biology,metabolic phenotyping and liver proteomics were performed in mice following ligand-activation or whole-body genetic ablation of this *** wild type(WT)and Ahr^(-/-) mice(Taconic)were fed a control diet and exposed to 3,3',4,4',5-pentachlorobiphenyl(PCb126)(61 nmol/kg by gavage)or vehicle for two ***126 increased expression of canonical AHR targets(Cyp1 a1 and Cyp1 a2)in WT but not Ahr^(-/-).Knockouts had increased adiposity with decreased glucose tolerance;smaller livers with increased steatosis and perilipin-2;and paradoxically decreased blood ***126 was associated with increased hepatic triglycerides in Ahr^(-/-).The liver proteome was impacted more so by Ahr^(-/-) genotype than ligandactivation,but top gene ontology(GO)processes were *** PCb126-associated liver proteome was *** principally regulated liver metabolism(e.g.,lipids,xenobiotics,organic acids)and bioenergetics,but it also impacted liver endocrine response(e.g.,the insulin receptor)and function,including the production of steroids,hepatokines,and pheromone binding *** effects could have been indirectly mediated by interacting transcription factors or *** biologic roles of the AHR and its ligands warrant more research in liver metabolic health and disease.
