The synthesis and spectroscopic characterization of ruthenium complexes（R-l to R-8） of the type[Ru（A）2（B）],（where A = 1,10-phenanthroline/2,2′-bipyridine and B = 3.4.5-tri-OCH_3DPC,4-CH3-DPC,4-N-（CH3）2-DPC,4-NO2-DPC arc described. These ligands form bidentate octahedral ruthenium *** title complexes were subjected to in vitro cytotoxic activity measurements against the human cancer T-lymphocyte cell lines MTT *** vitro evaluation of these ruthenium complexes revealed cytotoxic activity from 0.24 to 1.4μg/mL against CEM,0.44 to 1.9μg/mL against Molt4/C8.0.28 to 1.5μg/mL against L1210,0.24 to 0.98μg/mL against HL60,and 0.25 to 1.2μg/mL against BEL7402,depending the nature of the compound.

Due to the unpredictable growth of tumor cells,the tumor-immune interactive dynamics continues to draw attention from both applied mathematicians and ***-ematical modeling is a powerful tool to improve our understanding of the complicated biological system for tumor *** this goal,we report a mathematical model which describes how turmor cells evolve and survive the brief encounter with the immune system mediated by immune effector cells and host cells which includes discrete time *** analyze the basic mathematical properties of the considered model such as positivity of the system and the boundedness of the *** analyzing the distri-bution of eigenvalucs,local stability analysis of the biologically feasible equilibria and the existence of Hopf bifurcation are obtained in which discrete time delay is used as a bifurcation *** on the normal form theory and center manifold theorem,we obtain explicit expressions to determine the direction of Hopf bifurcation and the stability of Hopf bifurcating periodic *** simulations are carried out to illustrate the rich dynamical behavior of the delayed tumor *** model simula-tions demonstrate that the delayed tumor model exhibits regular and irregular periodic oscillations or chaotic behaviors,which indicate the scenario of long-term tumor relapse.

AIM： To determine the diagnostic yield of the “third eye retroscope”, on adenoma detection rate during screening ***： The “third eye retroscope” when used with standard colonoscopy provides an additional retro-grade view to visualize lesions on the proximal aspects of folds and fexures. We searched MEDLINE （PubMed and Ovid）, sCOPUs （including MEDLINE and EMBAsE databases）, Cochrane Database of systemic Reviews, Google scholar, and CINAHL Plus databases to identify studies that evaluated diagnostic yield of “third eye retroscope” during screening colonoscopy. Dersimonian Laird random effects model was used to generate the overall effect for each outcome. We evaluated statistical heterogeneity among the studies by using the Cochran Q statistic and quantifed by I2 ***： Four distinct studies with a total of 920 pa-tients, mean age 59.83 （95%CI： 56.77-62.83） years, were included in the review. The additional adenoma detection rate （AADR） defined as the number of ad-ditional adenomas identified due to “third eye retro-scope” device in comparison to standard colonoscopy alone was 19.9% （95%CI： 7.3-43.9）. AADR for right and left colon were 13.9% （95%CI： 9.4-20） and 10.7 （95%CI： 1.9-42）, respectively. AADR for polyps ≥ 6 mm and ≥ 10 mm were 24.6% （95%CI： 16.6-34.9） and 24.2% （95%CI： 12.9-40.8）, respectively. The ad-ditional polyp detection rate defined as the number of additional polyps identifed due to “third eye retro-scope” device in comparison to standard colonoscopyalone was 19.8% （95%CI： 7.9-41.8）. There were no complications reported with use of “third eye retro-scope” ***： The “third eye retroscope” device when used with standard colonoscopy is safe and de-tects 19.9% additional adenomas, compared to stan-dard colonoscopy alone.

Exfoliated graphite was prepared by chemical route and then further subjected to thermal oxidation and sonication for size reduction and increased interlayer spacing in natural flake graphite. Exfoliated graphite/ABs composites were pre-pared with varying filler concentration by solution casting method. Exfoliated graphite and composites were character-ised by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry techniques. After thermal exfoliation significant peak of graphite at 2? = 26.4? disappeared completely, confirming successful exfoliation of graphite. sEM images revealed homogeneous dispersion of exfoliated graphite in the matrix and EDAX confirmed successful reduction of graphite oxide.

用全氟磺酸Na^+,Ag^+,和Cs^+型离子交换膜对传递甘氨酸进行了研究。传递的特性和传递初始通量取决于膜的离子类型。Na^+型膜的初始通量不随甘氨酸浓度的增加而增加。Cs^+型膜传递的初始通量随甘氨酸浓度的增加而缓慢增加,但整个的初始通量很低。Ag^+型膜则不同,当甘氨酸浓度低时,其初始传递通量迅速增加,随着甘氨酸浓度的增加,初始传递通量增加的趋势逐渐减缓。当甘氨酸的浓度为2.0mol/L,pH6,温度26℃时,测得Na^+、Ag^+和Cs^+型膜的初始传递通量分别为4.5×10^(-8)mol/s·cm^2、8.0×10^(-8)mol/s·cm^2和1.6×10^(-8)mol/s·cm^2。测得甘氨酸通过Na^+型膜的表观活化能为5.5 k cal/mol。pH 值对甘氨酸初始传递通量也有影响,当pH 在8—10之间时可获得高的初始传递通量。

The therapeutic outcomes of conventional oral medications against ulcerative colitis(UC)are restricted by inefficient drug delivery to the colitis mucosa and weak capacity to modulate the inflammatory ***,a fluorinated pluronic(FP127)was synthesized and employed to functionalize the surface of mulberry leaf-derived nanoparticles(MLNs)loading with resveratrol nanocrystals(RNs).The obtained FP127@RN-MLNs possessed exosome-like morphologies,desirable particle sizes(around 171.4 nm),and negatively charged surfaces(−14.8 mV).The introduction of FP127 to RN-MLNs greatly improved their stability in the colon and promoted their mucus infiltration and mucosal penetration capacities due to the unique fluorine effect.
